We had a girls weekend, celebrating a bride-to-be and had the best time! The house was lovely with plenty of space. The location was ideal and it was so easy for us to get to the beach and the pool. Tje neighbors were also really kind and helpful. The check out process was the easiest I’ve ever had. Would definitely stay again!

Sandalwood was fantastic! The house is beautiful and had everything we needed (beach towels, chairs, umbrellas). The beach is just a quick golf cart ride or about a 5 min walk. Carlene the owner was very responsive! we would definitely stay here again!!

We had a great experience staying at this 30A beach home. The house was gorgeous, clean, and perfect for our family. The convenience that the golf cart provided, along with a close beach access made this week with 2 small children a breeze. The closest beach access is across the road and diagonal from the street where this house is located. Less than a 5 minute walk or a 1 min cart ride. This property is a very close drive (within a 5 minute care or golf cart ride) to many fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store, and bars. Needless to say if you are considering staying here, dont hesitate. Thank you again!

This house was perfect for our group to enjoy the beach, which was only a few minutes walk, or the heated pool right across the street, or the nearby ice cream shop, restaurants, general stores & more. We also enjoyed that this house was a block off the Highway 30A so we easily got to neighboring beach towns, too. And our hosts were super responsive, within minutes every time we had a question or needed a recommendation. We had a flat tire on one of our bikes and it was fixed within 10 minutes, which was fantastic! Superior house in a superior location with superior service!! We can't wait to get back to 30A and we definitely have this house on our short list!!

Such attention to detail with the owners of this home. Owners are so generous and easy to communicate with. Everything was so well stocked and thought out. Beach chairs, sand toys, wagon, beach towels were so appreciated! Beautiful kitchen with all utensils and cookware you'd ever need. Easy three minute walk to a beautiful beach. The little neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Walkable shops/restaurants in each direction. Publix is five minutes away for groceries. We will stay here again if we return to 30a! Thank you for everything!

We stayed here with our 3 adult children, their spouses and 4 grandchildren. The bikes were a hit, and the beach was an easy walk. The house is conveniently located to nearby restaurants, grocery, donuts and ice cream. Kitchen was well stocked with good cookware and cooking utensils. Plenty of towels and linens. Beds were very comfortable. Furniture was comfortable and house was beautifully decorated. The ice machine was really nice. Lots of beach toys, a wagon and chairs to use. The pool was very close to the house. The owners were great to work with-answered any questions promptly. Just all around a great place to stay!

Excellent for family vacation
We had an amazing time at the Magnolia Dune. The owner was very quick to communicate with us and provided prompt answers to any questions. The home is beautiful and cozy with top quality fixtures. I was amazed at how quiet the home is which is great for a large group of kids and older adults. The location is a quick walk to the beach and close to several good food options. For the younger kiddos the pool is a few steps away. I’d highly recommend this home especially for larger family groups.

Wonderful property and host
The property is in excellent condition and is exactly as represented. Carlene is incredibly accommodating and helpful before your stay as well as after. Our entire family, ages ranging from 3 months to 80 years old, enjoyed our time immensely. The kitchen has absolutely everything you could ever want to have and every item is of high quality. There are lots of towels for the bathrooms, extra beach towels, comfortable beds and a lovely neighborhood just to mention a few things. The beach equipment is so nice and they have everything you could need....wagon, chairs, umbrellas, coolers....and four bicycles to go with it all. They have a very generous starting supply of everything you might need (ex. toilet paper) as well as a gift toward the purchase of a delicious pizza at a nearby pizzeria. We would definitely come again! Wonderful host!

Absolutely loved renting this home for our vacation!! So beautiful and well-stocked. We could not have asked for a better location and the responsiveness of the home owner, Carlene, was second to none. Despite some terrible weather this past week, we made amazing memories with our kids. We will definitely return!!

Communication was excellent. Owner was super accommodating when our flight got canceled and we needed a few more hours. One of the best rentals we've ever stayed in.

What You See is What You Get!
This property is awesome. You get exactly what you see in the pictures. The home is very well maintained, well equipped with everything you need. The home is immaculate, the owners are very nice and they stay in touch with you from the moment your reservations are confirmed. They respond pronto when you text or call with questions. My family and I had an awesome time, there is something to do for everyone. We range in age from 12 to 66 years of age and no complaints. The location is steps from the beach and very to close to stores and a few restaurants. We will definitely be coming back!! The bikes are a plus, the kids loved them.

Perfect Weekend!
We booked this property for my 50th birthday celebration with my girlfriends. Unfortunately we ended up having to reschedule due to illness in the group. The property owner was very accommodating and understanding of our situation. The house was perfect for 6 of us for a long weekend. Easy beach access. Plenty of space. Easy drive to Seaside, Rosemary, Watercolor and other towns along 30A.

This beach comes stocked with kitchenware, beach towels, beach equipment, towels, etc.The pool is super close and not crowded. The only problem we encountered was the small public beach space. It was a pretty crowded place. We still enjoyed our stay.

This property is in a great location, the house is beautiful and has everything you need for your stay. With the beach set up plus all of the beach gear at the house, there’s no need to bring anything but your swimsuit. The kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. The location is close to all that 30A has to offer.We would definitely return!
