We returned because we enjoyed staying here last summer. It was the same pleasant experience as last time. Low-key location near I-90, the golf course, and downtown. Would stay yet again.

Hello: Home is beautiful and very clean. Great location as well. Only negative (for us) is the backyard could use some attention. Needs new grill, new patio furniture (existing has mold on chairs), and some shrubs to disguise the alley view would be most appreciated. Again, home is wonderful and the best location. We boat all day and like to relax and bbq in the evening so the outdoor/backyard area is important to us.

Great location in a comfortable home - enjoyed morning coffee on the front porch and very walkable to good restaurants, downtown and Tubbs Hill. The Kitchen is also very well stocked.

I was in CDA for a 5-night stay, to visit family who live there. The house was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. I appreciated that it is a house with a no pet policy, as it is cleaner that way. And the kitchen is very well stocked with a wide range of necessary items for cooking. The bed was very comfortable with good quality bedding. And there was plenty of extra linens, and towels. The photos in the online listing are outdated, as the LR furniture has been updated, so that is the only reason for the 4-star rating for the listing accuracy. My only suggestion is the yard needs a complete cleaning and some additional TLC, and a new BBQ, to really shine. The location of the house is convenient to downtown. The neighborhood is older. Overall though, it was a perfect choice for my visit to CDA.

We enjoyed the house very much and the location was perfect to the centennial trail, walks in the neighborhood or a quick trip downtown.

Wow! Had a wonderful stay. Just dreamy! We walked from the house to Sanders Beach, Tubbs Hill and downtown. We drove to the boardwalk (easily could have walked) and enjoyed the park and boardwalk. Accommodations were absolutely perfect - clean with everything you need except the groceries! We had great weather and enjoyed reading, visiting on the front porch and the back porch as well. Great communication from Kim. Easy check in. Hope it’s available next time we visit.
