Location is great. Quiet area. Neighbors were great. Nice area to walk. We’re lucky enough to see dolphins and manatees. Floor wasn’t mopped. Towels were left in dryer. Even though it’s published that only a small supply is provided, it was a pain to have to get garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper etc. Would have been nice to have cleaning spray. Living area spacious and balconies are great. Plenty of dishes to use. Nice to have up stairs washer and dryer.

Everything was really easy to access. It was nice to have access to gym and other amenities when traveling. Property was clean and had everything we needed.

All conveniences of home away from home. Will repeat this stay.

Not only was the condo perfect for our family get-together, centrally located and well-furnished, but located in a marina with a variety of amenities including a beachside grill with good food and a friendly staff. The well-kept community is easy to recommend.

We had a wonderful experience at this location. VERY clean. Easy drive to to Tampa and Brandon. Pool was great and food on the property was great as well.

Nice place. The neighborhood has much to offer and seems family oriented and quiet. Renting a golf cart would be helpful unless you like walking everywhere in searing heat.

This is our 4th time here at Little Harbor and 1st time staying in your Townhome. Each and every time we have stayed here at Little Harbor we have stayed somewhere different at this resort. The Townhomes have always been on our bucket list to either purchase in the future and or rent. I didn’t know they were available to rent until I stumbled across this townhome on Expedia. I’m so glad I did. This has been our greatest trip to Florida so far. Looking forward doing business with you and your company in the future.

It was a great property and very nicely appointed. The only set back was some vertical blinds in the master bedroom were missing. So the sun came beaming in very early and made it difficult to sleep past 7am.

The property is lovely, and amenities are nice. Two restaurants on the property, private beach and pool. The upstairs beds are very comfortable the twin mattresses are firm. A few cosmetic fixes could be made and the pool fob needs a new battery, but otherwise a great place with nice views of the marina. Management was quick to respond when contacted. A nice place to stay.

Our unit was quite nice. It was very clean accept for the dirty washcloth left in the upstairs bathroom. The decor was lovely and the beds were very comfortable. We had some issues with the blinds falling apart when you try to open them and missing light bulbs in the master, to which the management company was extremely responsive and corrective. The kitchen needs some help, again clean but If you plan on doing any cooking be prepared to bring or purchase EVERYTHING you need, Aside from plates, bowls, cups, glasses and two very old coffee pots the cabinets are bare… not even a salt or pepper shaker to be found. There were only 4 spoons and the cookware is sparse. The patio views were beautiful, sadly the patio furniture was not. It is very worn and wobbly, a few chairs were broken but we made it work. Little Harbor as a whole was an amazing community, lots of rentals. Our family reunion of almost 50 found this was just what we needed; each family could choose a unit that was appropriate for their family size and needs and we were all in walking distance of each other. The pool was great. The Sunset Grill was just fantastic!!!!! Overall… this unit has the potential to be amazing but it definitely needs a shopping spree and content upgrades. Also maybe some privacy on the front door… especially since you walk almost in front of it to get from the bedroom to the bathroom. Just sayin, some things the neighbors can’t unsee

I can not say enough about this place! I have never stayed somewhere that was stocked so well with linens and towels on top of it all. Beautiful views, watched the sunrise every morning. The master was incredible. We were beyond thrilled with our stay and even gave us an early check in and check out due to our flights being red eyes from California. We’re so grateful! The only trying I could suggest would be to keep salt and pepper in the kitchen, I haven’t ever stayed at a property that did not have that in kitchen. Thank you for such a great stay!

This was a great place to stay for a few days after our cruise. The property was clean, everything was exactly as the listing stated, and there were amenities close by. The only issue we had was that we asked for an early check in. I was told repeatedly that we couldn't do it because their team wasn't done. However, because we got off the cruise ship in the morning, we knew there was no one at the property for hours before we could get in. Other than that, everything was great. We could walk to a boat rental place right behind the property and we enjoyed a great day out on Tampa Bay. Just know that there are lots of steps up to the unit and then again to upstairs bedrooms. Not a problem unless stairs are an issue. We would definitely like to stay there again!

Location was great to do day trips around the area…. Anna Maria island, Saint Pete…

Our 10-day stay with family at the Little Harbor property was everything we hoped it would be and more. The unit definitely lived up to its billing,. Whether waking up and breakfasting on the the marina-side patio, dining at one of the property’s two restaurants or watching the sun set on the private beach, we enjoyed the ambiance and amenities offered by the rental.

Beautiful views. Great amenities. Loved our stay.

Nice set up. The decks afforded nice outside gathering. Beach a close walk. Quiet.

Make sure you bring extra trash bags and soaps (all kinds) if you are staying longer than a few days.

We were there for a week long conference. So it fitted the our needs which were a place to sleep and catch a nap and eat between meetings. Only real negative was the terrible sewer smell that was all around the marina.

The property was spacious and clean. We did come across some cosmetic damages, and also some supplies listed were missing, but nothing that impacted our stay. I made sure I informed property management regarding damages so I would not be charged. I suggest they do a walk through, so they are aware of any issues or damages before rentals. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The property was as advertised. A nice spacious unit with more than enough room for our family.

Great accommodations, nice decor, nice size bedrooms each with balconies, lower-level room has twin beds that are not very comfortable, kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and bathrooms are nice sized and very clean. The only complaint we have is the front door lock is a little challenging to open but once you get it then you have it. I would recommend putting the exact locations of the pool and gym (which is not open yet but will be soon). Overall, I give this property 5 stars. I would recommend this property to everyone and can't wait to stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. We recommend you bring your own hand soap, bath soap and wash cloths. This home either had none or not good quality products. Overall, nothing a quick trip to the dollar store couldn’t solve.

This is a wonderful property with an incredible location. So many fun things to do right on resort and plenty of places to venture to nearby. I highly recommend!
