Seas the Day may just be our favorite spot after spending over 25 years of celebrating Thanksgiving on 30A. The open floor plan and breathtaking ocean views were a perfect home base for our week-long family get together. Other family members rented houses nearby and Seas the Day was an ideal location for gathering together throughout the week. The house had everything we needed for cooking and dining, conversation, games, puzzles, and art, and even infant and toddler play. We had a couple of questions for Kara during the week and she responded immediately. Unlike many of the surrounding beaches, the beach was uncrowded and peaceful and so easy to access! Thank you for wonderful memories!

We have been vacationing along 30A for years and this was by far our favorite beach vacation! The house is beautiful and spacious and the location is perfection. Can’t wait to come back for another visit!

We absolutely LOVED this house!!! The location was just perfect for our family. The house was beautifully decorated and had the most well stocked kitchen!!! We had everything we needed right there. We will most certainly rebook as soon as we get dates for our family to return. You could tell that the owners took every convenience needed at the beach in account when seeing this house up. We took our immediate family ( 6 of us) , our 7month old granddaughter and my mom. My aunt and uncle came for a few days too. We rented an electric beach wheelchair for my mom - that made all the difference and she had the time of her life. This home is wonderful! Having so many balconies was a treat. We also didn’t realize we would have beach service daily !! That was fantastic! Kara ( homeowner) was quick to respond to any questions I had. I loved this home and so did my family !

We had a total of 13 which included 5 kids under 4 years old. The house was updated, layout was perfect for us. Large family kitchen was well designed and became the gathering spot in the house. The beach chair guys showed up every morning and set up 8 chairs and 4 umbrellas by the water. There's a Publix about 2 miles from the house that is pretty new which had a section full of beach toys. Overall great house at a great location we would definitely rent the house again!

Our favorite week of the summer!

This was our 4th or 5th time to stay here and each gets better. Location and house are perfect for our family and owner has upgraded house through the years. Beach was closed a couple of days due to dangerous undertow but lots to do in area. Beach chair set up each day was a nice benefit. We hope to return again.

We had an amazing week with our 4 grown children and their kids! Property is wonderful! Big kitchen, well stocked, for all the home cooked meals you would want to make. Porch over looking the beach was a great gathering spot for meals (has a large table) and for sitting and visiting. Comfortable accommodations and lovely furnished. Hope to bring the family another time!

This is the best beach house we have ever stayed at. Fit a family of 10 adults and 3 infants/toddlers very well. We loved the 3 decks and how close you are to the beach. Also the privacy of the beach is nice.

We picked this house for the # of bedrooms and the beach access. They had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well appointed, there were kids books/toys, plenty of bath towels, etc. The beach service made it so easy to enjoy the beach. The beds were very comfortable and we are super picky about that! Everything about this rental was perfect except the grill was left very dirty from a previous renter. We would absolutely rent here again!

This rental is in a fabulous location. It is a bit worn as are some rentals. People before us pretty much trashed the property. Housekeepers were wonderful but came in late due to another housekeeper canceling so not exceptionally clean due to lack of time to clean. Don’t think this is the norm. Furniture covers and rugs need to be replaced. We are going back next year. Property owner is very good!

We were eight adults and three children. This was by far the best place we have stayed on the panhandle. The house was large enough to give everyone their own space. This was our first stay on Grayton beach and we will be back. The kids loved the bunk room. The kitchen was well stocked and large enough to accommodate all of us.

Perfect location and house. Right on a fairly secluded beach area but walking distance to coffee shop & some restaurants. Room for all to gather in kitchen living room, dining room or on porches, but still privacy for 10 adults if wanted. Everyone asked when are we going back!

My wife and I came down with a group of our siblings and our children, 14 in all, so we needed a larger place. Seas the Day was our choice based on size. It was the cleanest, most well-equipped VRBO we’ve ever booked. Everyone complimented the beds, the house the access to the beach and the views were spectacular. We will definitely be back!

We had an awesome stay. There was plenty of room for our whole family and the house is a short walk to the water. Perfect!

8 of us stayed for a long weekend. The house was perfect. We had plenty of bedrooms and baths. All the beds were so comfortable too! Great layout and wonderful outdoor area. The kitchen was well stocked, they had everything we needed. Had one issue and the owner responded quickly and had the issue resolved within a few hours.

Our family of 9 had a wonderful Christmas staying at Gulf Trace. It exceeded our expectations and we would rent again!

Everything was perfect. Kara was great to work with. We loved watching the sunrise and sunset from the back porch. My family is hoping to book this house again next fall!

Seas the day is perfect for a large group. The house is well stocked. The location is great. It was a quick drive to anything on 30a and is right on the beach.

Our Family first stayed at this property when it was brand new in 1993--We have come back to Gulf Trace on 30A every year since. This house has changed hands a number of times. The present owner is the best! She gets an A+++ for maintenance, upgrading, remodeling and communication. After 30+ years in the same area and in this house for many of those years, we would not even think of anywhere else for our evolving four-generation family. No doubt, the upcoming generations will continue this tradition long after we, the 88 and 84 year old parents-grandparents-great grandparents, are not there.

The location of this beach is private and perfect for a large group.

Spacious house right on the beach.

This house is amazing. The pictures are great but don't even come close to doing it justice. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, including things like 2 panini presses, a griddle, a nice charcoal grill, a crock pot and more. Because we all like to cook we especially appreciated this! The house is right on the beach, which is very private and not crowded at all. All of the bedrooms had private baths, except for the bath shared with the bunkroom, which we didn't use because we didn't have any children with us. Kara was great to work with - very responsive and helpful. There was plenty of room for our 5 couples to lounge around, eat together (both the inside and outside dining tables seat 10), hang out on the deck and generally enjoy our time together. The house was very comfortable and just outstanding and we will rent it again in a New York minute. Rent this house! You will be so glad you did!

A well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, great views, easy, easy access to a big beach area.

The location of this house can’t be beat! The beach in this area is flat and smooth- you don’t have to climb 50 stairs to get back to the house. The house is obviously undergoing a remodel and once it is finished, I feel it will be amazing.

Our family spent a delightful week at this property. The beach house was very clean when we arrived. It has a great layout allowing our group to come together when we wanted, or to spread out into more quiet spaces. LOVE that the indoor dining table seats 12, with more seating space at the counter. Beach is BEAUTIFUL!.

Perfect place to spend spring break with my daughter and her family and best friends with their young ones. Lots of time on the beach for the four elementary age kids, great bike rides for the adults and kids, adventure hikes through the state park and lovely ocean watching from the decks and the chairs on the beach. Plus a wonderful kitchen for the cooks among us.

This house was just as advertised. Very clean. Had all the amenities with a kitchen full of everything we needed. A pleasant surprise were the the chairs and umbrellas set up in the sand each morning and put away each evening. Short walk along the beach to Grayton and several restaurants and a brewery. When we first arrived, the wifi wasn't working. However, a technician was sent out, replaced the modem, and we we had wifi.

We had a blast here! The house had everything we needed, and Kara could not have been a better host. She was extremely responsive and kind with all of our asks. The location is also incredible. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future.
