We love the Manitou Springs area and plan a trip there, every year. We are so happy to have found this VRBO, as it is close to the downtown area and you can walk to many places. Tim & Kris are outstanding hosts and respond quickly to any concern. We plan to be back next year and will make our reservation once we know the date we will be coming. This is a beautiful little town and the property just added to the quaint feeling. Owners were so accommodating and the place was very comfortable! Excellent location to walk to anywhere you’d want to go. Highly recommended!

The location was great since it is only one block from the main street. We liked being within walking distance to the shops and places to eat. The parking lots around town were busy, and we liked the convenience of being able to walk. One thing to note is the driveway and parking spot is narrow at the house. It could be a challenge if you have a larger SUV. There is a park across the street, and we enjoyed the concerts on Friday evenings. The band stopped playing by 9pm, so no issues with noise. There were bottles of water and wine waiting for us when we checked in. We also appreciated the extras that were provided like coffee, spices and condiments and dishwasher and laundry pods. These are items we haven't had included with other VRBO properties. Tim and Kris were responsive and said we could check in early. We had a very comfortable stay!

Beautiful property! So beautiful and clean. They had everything we needed to have a great stay. Recommend highly! The view from the deck is gorgeous.

Loved the location within walking distance of shops, restaurants, libations and your view of Pikes Peak. Very comfortable carriage house with all the amenities. Bonus was the close proximity of driving to the Peak and best of all visiting the Olympic & Paralympic Training Facility & Museum.

The Carriage House West was a lovely unit -- clean and comfortable. Such a great touch having a personal greeting on the fridge on arrival. We had everything we needed. My Godson loved the park and creek just across the street and he especially loved the penny arcade just a couple of blocks away! I really enjoyed having shops and restaurants just steps away after a day of adventure and exploring. Also, laundry is included in the unit. More than one night there was live music in the park and we could just sit on the balcony and enjoy. Having a parking spot is key in Manitou. Figured out quickly how to negotiate the driveway (decided to back it in rather than park head on). Communication with the hosts was great before and upon arrival. I would definitely consider staying at the Carriage House again and would highly recommended.
