We stayed in this home last year to visit my daughter who attends Vanderbilt (apparently my original review never went through). The location is perfect. We walked everywhere, including the grocery store, and we always felt safe. The home was very clean and comfortable with plenty of towels and a well appointed kitchen. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We hope to stay there again very soon.

Beautiful home and lots of space for us 7 women for our girls trip. Lovely neighborhood and close to downtown for activities and night life and Uber rides!

My two sisters and I stayed here with our three adult daughters for a long girls’ weekend. It was a perfect fit for our group. Very clean and well stocked with needed items. Having the covered parking in the back was also appreciated. Great location too!

This property is in a great location - so many fun places nearby. Info hosts provided was very helpful. The house was lovely and comfortable and well stocked. The beds are extremely comfortable!

Great location in quiet neighbor that was still close to everything. Property was well-equipped. Brought many things that I had missed on other trips to different rental properties. Kitchen was well equipped and already had everything I brought. Amazingly they even had a garlic press! Had I read the email from the owners the week before about what the kitchen/unit already had I wouldn't have brought anything. Only challenge I had was when I couldn't get the TV to work with Hulu -- completely operator error on my part. Email to owners was quickly answered with the solution. Beds were comfortable. Shower pressure was great. Really nice having the screened-in porch. Would stay here again if in the area,

Highly recommend! Beautiful, quiet neighborhood yet only 10-15 minutes away from everything we wanted to do. Felt like our home away from home. Well stocked and we didn’t want for anything. Excellent communication from owners and all inquiries were replied to immediately. We will re book here if our family vacations in Nashville again!

Very nice rental home with walkable entertainment near the university area. We enjoyed brunch at Biscuit Love and had dinner at Double Dogs. All within walking. Short and cheap Uber drive to downtown. The house itself is everything you need. Clean and large with TVs in all rooms. Beds were extremely comfortable. Perfect house and location to visit Nashville.

Beautiful home that really is in walking distance (even for those slowed by age or injury) to Vanderbilt. Love the open floor plan. Nice kitchen with tons of dishes, pans, cutlery etc for cooking. The grill is showing it's age, but it worked fine and there was a fresh tank of propane waiting for us. Love Nashville and her people!

It breaks my heart to write this review and things could of been so much better if Isabeau would of kept her promise. When we arrived on Fri. May 26th, we noticed dishes in the sink and the master bed was not made and there were towels on the bathroom floor. The place was not cleaned. I immediately called Isabeau and she was so sweet. I had to clean the bathroom because we needed to get ready to go dinner, but she arranged for the cleaners to come that night. She said that she would give me half of my money back for the inconvenience. Well, no refund. I have asked her about it in 2 correspondences and she has never even replied. Bad business, as far as I am concerned. We will never stay there again. Too bad because the home is lovely. There was no reason why she did not keep her promise. We did everything that they asked before leaving. Good Luck.

We were most comfortable in this lovely, well stocked, spacious home. It was close to Vanderbilt campus for grandson's graduation. It's very obvious the owners take great pride in making certain your stay is a pleasant experience. I'd come back anytime. Certainly made the right choice in homes while in the great city of Nashville. Thank you for the well stocked linen closets.

I've stayed here before with a group of girls for a bachelorette party and decided to stay again. And of course, the house did not disappoint. Beautiful home, well-maintained, great location, and easy management to work with. The property has everything you need. I plan to stay again sometime. Thanks for being so accommodating!

Thank you Isabeau for sharing your beautiful home. Many thoughtful amenities set this place above others such as coffee supplies, well stocked paper products and an abundance of bath towels and very comfortable beds and couches - even comfortable air mattresses! The layout of the common area and bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group, and the location of the home within walking distance to parks and playgrounds and delightful shops and restaurants, and a less than 10 minute Uber to Broadway, make this home one we will want to return to anytime we stay in Nashville.

Isabeau, the owner was amazing!!! We were a group of 9, 40 something's on a girls weekend. The house was big enough that we didn't feel like we were crammed in.

The house was excellent. We rented the house for a Bachelor Party weekend. The house had plenty of room, was clean, and walking distance to Vanderbilt University and a short Uber ride to Broadway Street. I would highly recommend this property.

My family (9 of us) had a great time in Nashville including our stay at this property. It was nice being able to get groceries & make some of our own meals (including grilling breakfast outside) versus eating out all the time. The home was beautiful and spacious and very modern. Everyone had their own space and there were enough bathrooms. We took full advantage of the IPOD speaker. We were able to wash/dry our bathroom towels for use again. Uber rides were very cheap to Broadway! Only minor suggestions would be to clean the ceiling fans as dust was very visible and to trim the bushes along the driveway as when getting out of the vehicle they were right in our face. Overall- great experience!

This is a beautiful home in a wonderful, walkable neighborhood that's close to everything that Nashville has to offer. The home is HUGE and very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable and the towels may have been my favorite part:) The property manager was awesome...very accommodating when we arrived an hour before check-in and eager to assist in any way we wanted. We had one issue with the home's security system in the middle of the night. Not fun and I was not very kind (more of a morning person). Isabeau was very calm and reassuring and simply rectified the situation as quickly as she could...very professional as she had no reaction to my frustration level. She also followed up the next day to make sure all was well. Thank you for everything. I would recommend this home for anyone looking for luxury and convenience that's close to everything but not right in the middle of downtown congestion. We hope to be back soon! PS-walk to Pancake Pantry...amazing!

The stay was absolutely amazing. They were so accommodating with an early check in and a late check out. The place was just as described on the website. Each Uber/Lyft to downtown was only about $7 which made it very easy to go back and forth. There was also a nearby grocery store (Kroger) to stock up for the weekend. I would highly recommend staying here if you have the chance!

We had 10 guys stay here for a bachelor party. The place was extremely well kept and plenty big for us. Location was great and an uber anywhere was reasonable. Definitely recommend!

House was nicely decorated and furnished. Owners helpful and quick to respond and resolve one issue. Location good. Some added cleaning/dusting of staircase and above fridge needed. Agree with other comments about garbage pickup. Quite smelly and full when we arrived and makes the porch unpleasant. Few more kitchen towels could be helpful. All else great and these things were minor in the big picture. Would stay there again for sure.
