The property was just as advertised. Easy to locate after dark, quiet neighborhood, great parking, and location was perfect for Tybee Island and Savannah. Close to beach access and the Tybee Island Lighthouse. We had a couple of dogs and the fenced backyard was perfect for them. Any questions we had were answered immediately. Thank you for a great vacation home that if we are in area again will definitely be our place of choice.

We've been coming to this rental for about 4 years now and it has become our little home away from home. Hosts are great... excellent communication and service.

Could not ask for better location to the beach! We had a wonderful long weekend. The property is cozy and the backyard is fully fenced for our Boston Terrier, Scooter, to explore! Loved the outdoor hot/cold showers!!

Everything was perfect. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to make the stay perfect. Everything was clean and comfortable. The beach is a quick walk down a side street.

We live in NC and brought our family visiting from NV to Savannah for a couple days. The house was perfect! It was so close to everything! We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back for a visit. Thank you!

Place was exactly as described. Perfect location. backyard was a nice perk for the dogs, and we enjoyed the outdoor showers. Overall, our stay was awesome!

There were 5 of us and we had a fantastic time. Relaxation was the #1 priority for us, that's exactly what we had. The beach is walking distance from there and the beach was very nice. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with just about anything you might need. We will be returning.

This was a very good place for us to stay while on Tybee Island. It was very clean and on a nice quiet little block, although not far from lots of things to do, including very easy access to the beach. The owners were wonderful with communications. We had a plumbing issue and were pretty amazed at how quickly they had a handyman over to fix it. We really appreciated that we could have our small dog with us and that there was a fenced backyard where we could let him off leash. I wasn't sure what to expect about the bathrooms and the layout, which are different, but it all worked. Basically, there are two half baths and one full bath and also the outdoor showers. It was very warm for February, so we mainly showered in the very nice outdoor showers. But the main bathroom is very nicely equipped, too. The outdoor eating area is great, and that is what we mainly used. (We were lucky with the weather.) If I'm ever on Tybee Island again, I would gladly come back to this property.

This was our 3rd year staying here on tybee... it has become our little home away from home... the owners are amazing and fast with communications. The house is perfect for a little get away and the fenced in backyard is great to relax in. Can't wait to see you again next year!

No problems at all. Loved the house, very clean. Great recommendations for restaurants as well. Close to beach, 2 block walk. Very quiet neighborhood but easy walking distance to good restaurants. We would definitely return!! Absolutely no negatives other than we didn’t have time to use the beautiful backyard!

We were not disappointed in the least. The house was very clean and in a quiet location. Our dog enjoyed the back yard emensley. It's a short 5 minute walk to the beach. We discovered a great park right down the road about 3 blocks which was a beautiful walk for all of us. Our stay was great.

The stay was awesome I’ve always wanted to visit Tybee and we were on our way back home to Pittsburgh from Disney so this was a good De stresser after Disney the house was awesome the restaurants were great and the beach was amazing thanks so much we hope to be back sometime and stay longer and the beds were super comfy

This is a fantastic place to kick back on a vacation. The showers (indoor and outdoor) are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Not just travel size, full liter bottles. Towels and linens are provided and beds are made when you arrive, no rushing around to find the sheets. No rushing around to find paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper - all the essentials are there and ready for your arrival. Check in is a breeze, the owner is super responsive and helpful, and you are a block from the beach. This house is in a less dense area of Tybee, not at the end with all the bars, which we found really nice since we seek a quiet, relaxing vacation. The fenced in yard is a huge plus for those with dogs (or kids). The king size bed in the master suite is also fantastic and comfy. Looking forward to spending another vacation here!

Communication with owner was quick and easy. Beautiful House that fit our Family of 6 perfectly. It was a definite bonus that it's only a block away from the Beach.

Cute little house. You literally turn the corner and you can see the boardwalk to the beach. The outside showers were clean and private. The back deck was lovely. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with items for barbecuing. The instruction book was clear. Our friends hope to return for a week with family.

This was our second time renting this cottage and same as last year it was perfect. Look forward to going next year.

It was a pleasant little stay and the bed in the back room was the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in away from home. Cute backyard and loved the outdoor showers.

We had a fantastic stay at the Dreamsicle cottage. Its location was perfect for our family - at the beach within a couple minutes' walk and with walkable options for breakfast, coffee, and ice cream. We enjoyed the indoor space, as well as the abundance of bathrooms (two spacious outdoor showers!), and the effective air conditioning. I only wish the weather had been a bit cooler so we could enjoy the outdoor space more. We'd love to return!

It was so enjoyable!! The beds were comfortable and plenty of space for four little ones!! The outdoor showers were fabulous after a day at the beach!! The walk to the beach was a perfect distance but we wish we had rented a golf cart in advance to stroll around town!

We continue to have the best time staying.. So close to the beach and walk distance to so many things. Perfect spot to relax

This house i great if you like the quiet life. Like the owner says it's a 2 block walk to the beach. They had everything. A wagon, roller cooler& sand toys in the shed. No bad comments& I will rent from them again.
