Communication with the property manager was outstanding. Any questions we had were addressed right away. House had lots of space. We had 3 couples plus 4 kids 6-12 in our group and had plenty of space to sleep and spread out a little. I wavered in between 4 and 5 for the overall rating. Decided on 5 stars because the exceptional service from the property manager. Also the location was great. Nice and safe neighborhood with a grocery store just over a mile away.

I stayed with a total of 10 adults and a 2 year old. The home was beautiful as well as the neighborhood. It was a safe area. About 30 minutes away from Disney and about 15-20 minutes away from Universals. The house was very clean upon arrival. The host Steve was very easy to get in touch with when we wanted to add heating to the pool. He was quick to respond and easy to work with even prior to the stay. I contacted him two times before our stay with questions and he responded right away and was very nice and patient. I would definitely stay here again!

This house was spacious and very enjoyable. The master bedroom is huge with a top tier bathroom. There were games and a movie room that was at use. Nothing I can complain about.

Wonderful home, very welcoming host that was very accessible. Loved the neighborhood, house and pool! We had 11 people staying here comfortably. I would for sure recommend this home!

We had a group of 8 adults staying and the house fit us all comfortably. We were able to cook dinner and breakfast with ease. The house was extremely clean and maintained. If we plan another get together over in Orlando I would definitely return to this home for another stay.

My wife and I planned to take grandchildren to Disney however I sustained hip fracture and couldn’t make it. Our kids said it was very nice.

I enjoyed the house. I just wish that the entertainment system was updated like the movie room, arcade and sound system to play music.

We had a very relaxing and fun trip to Orlando, and this house was a big part of that. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool and pool table more than anything else. The location was convenient, with shopping and the theme parks nearby. We'll definitely return.

We booked this as part of a graduation celebration for our oldest. We asked him where he wanted to go and he said Universal. He's a big gamer, I'm an old school gamer (billiards, board games) and we all love to swim, and it's only about 15 minutes from Universal, so this property hit all the marks. As other reviewers have stated, the technology was not all working. We never figured out how to work the arcades, the theater room was great but not everything was functional in there - the massage chair, however, was fully functional and a nice added bonus! The pool is great - although it's a bit of a bummer that you have to swim around the vacuum in the deep end because it cannot be removed. All in all, we really enjoyed the accommodations and wouldn't hesitate to book again if our travels took us back to the Orlando area.

Worked very well for relaxation away from the hussle of the meets we were at and the traffic of Disney area

We enjoyed the movie room, the pool, the pool table, and video games. The kitchen was well appointed and we made many delicious meals.

Media centers very disappointing. The games (we did follow instructions provided) never worked after many efforts from different people. Never could get the surround sound working in movie room. Sliding glass doors very dangerous...in fact my mother-in-law got her finger caught while closing the kitchen door (could have been a hospital run). Since we were not there most of the time we did enjoy the pool when we were there.

Very clean and quiet neighborhood. We had a long weekend to relax and enjoy with family. The house was fully equipped and the overall process was smooth.

Love the stay very calm had a couple ups n downs but that could all be fixed with the owner !

I rented this home for the second time to celebrate my son's 20th birthday. He and several of his friends really enjoy the pool, pool table, movie room, and proximity to Universal. The host is very helpful and the neighborhood is super quiet!

We loved the house,had everything we needed and more,great location,quiet neighborhood,just needs alittle TLC,(broken door handles,lights wouldn't work but overall a great experience! Highly recommend!

I had a good experience no issues it was just too cold to use the pool even though Steve the host made an attempt to heat the pool it was still to cold for the kids to swim and I couldn’t turn on a couple of things in the game room but Steve the host was great assisting us thanks so much for the stay I wish we could have stayed longer

Family get together for the wedding of a family member- location and neighborhood was great. It was close to grocery store. No problems at all with the property while staying here.

Pictures do not do this house justice! Everything was perfect, Clean and Stocked! Great location to food shopping and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Great experience

I've waited several months to write this review to try and give it a fair shot, but, it's tough. Half the TV's didn't work Internet didn't work There was cockroachs No one took out the trash, trying to go into the garage to play ping pong or something was impossible due to the stench and flies. Property manager allowed anyone in at anytime they wanted without approval. Property manager sent cleaning lady over at 6 AM and she let herself and another gentleman into the house while my family and I were sleeping. We were woken up to them cleaning the trash cans and banging them around. Out of everything, this upset me the most. Theatre room didn't work, the bulb was dead. Reading other reviews, this was broke for sometime They replaced the fridge one day when I requested them not to when they asked. They sent someone over while we were out and that person decided it was okay to touch all of our food They had a bug company come one day and we had to allow them in and spend our vacation time with them They sent AT&T out one day and we had to let them in to get the TV's and internet to work Had to allow the pool people to come several times in the same week. This was the worst experience Ive ever had staying at a property. The manager thought giving me $100 would suffice. He was strongly mistaken. I would NEVER advise anyone to stay here.

Overall, this was a wonderful place for my family vacation this year! The photos were accurate. It was clear walking into the house on arrival that it had been cleaned thoroughly. Bathrooms were stocked with paper product, and kitchen had paper towels and garbage bags. I mention this because coming from NYS, we were trying to travel lightly, and waited to buy any necessary paper products until we arrived. We were able to get through an 8 night stay with only buying extra paper towels. Bath towels are available, and laundry on site makes it easy to clean daily for use. However, if you have more than 5 people in your party, you will want to bring additional bath towels, hand towels, face clothes, and pool towels. We arrived at 3pm, earlier than expected but on time for check-in. The pool cleaner was in the back yard beginning his cleaning. It was a bit odd and awkward but I had originally told the owner who doesn't live in the area (Utah according to the neighbors), that I did not think we would arrive until 6pm, so I gathered it was scheduled according to my original arrival. Check-out is at 11 am. We were leaving early due to needing to get to the airport early to return a rental car, and drop off members at multiple terminals in regards to their airline. The cleaning individual was parked outside the house and partly blocking the driveway by 10:15am. It felt rushed and again a little awkward trying to pack up the rental and say good bye to family with a woman watching and waiting for us to leave, but again. that is not part of the property, just experience. Overall, I would give this rental a 4 only because the property does need updates i.e. paint in some bedrooms, door to upstairs bathroom needs attention for how it is hung on hinge, some bedroom furniture upstairs needs minor things like fixing drawers, movie room (which is WONDERFUL!) needs attention to wall speakers- all little things, paint, centering projector, -- again ALL minor things. I only list these for the owner reading this can contact the property manager for a walk through, Other than that, it is a 5/5! We will be booking this rental again!

Great for big families! Home for perfect for our oversized family. Location was close to the parks and owner was accommodating and very responsive. Next time we visit the area again we will most definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect location for our stay. We visited many different attractions and all were within a 15-30 minute drive which was great! House was clean and pool was perfect temp all trip. Close to plenty of dining and grocery store.

We had a great time but wanted the owner to know some issues that we had. I sent this to the owner when we returned from vacation in December with no return email from him. A few things that you may want to know. The downstairs bathroom sink does not drain for several hours. We had to stop using it. The fridge kept making loud noises which I think may have been the broken ice maker trying to make ice. The movie theatre room was very difficult to figure out, the input that was recommended did not work so we were not able to utilize that room at all. The arcade game we could not get the controllers to work with the games even following your instructions. Pool light was broken and notified owner immediately. One last thing is that the pool company showed up on our last day first thing in the morning and we were a little startled not knowing they would be there, and we were not dressed appropriately.

The pictures that were posted do not accurately display the condition of the home. The upstairs bathroom has patch marks on the wall from what appears to be something that was ripped down off of the wall. The tile floor is also cracked and the shower liner does not come all the way down so when you take a shower, water gets all over the floor and becomes very slippery. The light in the pool did not work and was not fixed until Thursday late afternoon. We were not able to enjoy night swimming as you needed the light in order to see where the vaccumm was in the pool that had to stay in the pool at all times. The hose for the vacuum was also not attached when we arrived so we had to clean the pool out from the dirt that and debrie that was on the bottom of the pool. The battery on the key pad to get into the house died and we were unable to get into the house and had to obtain the garage code to be able to get in and out of the house, until that was fixed. The oven does not work correctly, it burns things and then shoots off error codes. We had to find the breaker box in order to turn off the oven. The owner was made aware and stated that he had never heard of this problem. So for 3 days of the trip we could not use the oven. A repair man showed up to the house around 8 in the morning, thankfully we were up and moving. We did not know he was coming and the repair man stated that had we not answered the door, he would have used the code to come in and fix what needed to get fixed. The house was very nice and if it wasn't for the above, I would be rating the experience much higher.
