Had a great winter week getaway. Very comfortable and clean. The gas fireplace was convenient and perfect. There is plenty of space here to relax inside or on the balcony. Waking up to spectacular sunrises with great views was wonderful.

I stayed here with my wife and 83-year old mother in law. The layout of the unit was great and overall our stay was great. We would do this again. The furniture was in great shape. The kitchen was well stocked with needed items. The location is hard to beat. The floors and bathrooms were clean. There were some issues with the cleanliness of the unit that included sliding door window had not been cleaned and contains bird debris and a peace sign drawn on the glass highlighting the dirt. The Keurig Coffee Machine contained coffee grounds in it and my mother-in-law would not use it. The refrigerator had hair in some of the drawer and shelves as well as what appeared to be food debris. All cleaning issues were reported to management and were offered to be immediately addressed. Communication during our stay with the management staff was prompt and informative.

Plenty room, convenient to everything fun

Loved the property, fully equipped kitchen, easy access to boardwalk and parking. Our hosts were very accommodating and available if needed. Our only recommendations would be to improve the cleanliness of the floor, our grand-daughters' feet were black after walking barefoot throughout the kitchen and living area. Pool maintenance could use some help, the water was a green color.

The property was absolutely gorgeous and a fantastic location. Owners are very thorough and responsive. The only negative I had was some wet bathing suits left in the washer from previous tenants but we're super easy going and that wasn't a huge deal or enough to make our trip any less enjoyable.

We enjoyed our stay. We were right in the middle of everything we wanted to do and could walk to all of our destinations. The ocean views from the balcony were amazing. The fireworks were literally right in front of us. We enjoyed watching the activities on the boardwalk as well.

This was our second week of our stay and the first week was in Belmont 204. The views were tremendous of the ocean, the inlet and the back bay. It was also much quieter than the second floor first week stay. Everything was great and I would stay again. Only improvement would be the water pressure in the showers but other than that all aces!

The check-in process was extremely easy! The condo was extremely clean, great location, we sat on the balcony and watch the fireworks on Monday night. The pool is so nice! The pictures do not do this condo justice. The parking garage with two assigned parking spots was great. I highly recommend staying here! We’ll be back next summer! Overall excellent stay. Cleaning service could use a definite upgrade, countertops, floors, toilets didn’t look like they had been touched. I cleaned the unit myself when we arrived.

We brought my mother who used a walker and my mother in law who’s in a wheel chair! The condo was absolutely perfect for the 4 of us! It has a gorgeous view. In fact, my mother sat beside the fireplace while looking at the ocean. She was in her glory!

Absolutely loved the condo. Everything is very well maintained and kept. Lots of space and great atmosphere. Location was convienient to everything. Loved this place!

This was our yearly girls trip, and our first stay here. The condo was beautiful and amazing. We all enjoy the accommodations and had the best time.

Great getaway! Perfect weather for December. Clean and well stocked. Will be back again!

While the overall location was convenient, the noise from the boardwalk was terrible & lasted until midnight each night. Despite being up 8 floors, "pop-up entertainers" brought microphone karaoke & loud speakers that were very audible. Even using a white noise machine barely drowned out the nuisance. Check pans/dishes prior to using them. We found a few to be dirty & had to wash them. Overall condo was clean & tidy. However, we did notice accumulations of dust & a few hanging cobwebs. Owners were very responsive & answered my questions/concerns quickly.

We enjoyed our trip even through the weather didn’t cooperate! Lots to do in the area and the place is at a great location.

The view was stunning, condo was clean, and everything as advertised. Our family really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back. Thanks to our hosts again

Nice well maintained condo. Great location on the boardwalk for the teens. The parking garage is a great bonus. Seating in the living area was a bit tight for adults and teens but overall I would recommend.

We had a wonderful stay here and loved the condo and all the valuable info provided by the owner. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the couch in the living room and for the property management company to spot check your cleaning crews are doing the work they are being paid for. We would absolutely stay here again though.
