Really great property for the family! The Paisley Pig is right downstairs. So is coffee! Short drive to the beach. Nicely updated with plenty of space.

Nice quiet condo a few of the regular Tennants were unfriendly and parking was hard to find on evenings and weekends other than that it was fine.

3rd year staying at this beautiful property that is only few minutes drive to the beach. Clean property. Will absolutely stay again

We didnt spend anytime here during the day, but a friendly, safe, close place to stay and a great coffee shop just steps away. Appreciated the beach chairs and small rolling cooler, as well as the trash chute just down the hall.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Friendly owners and quick to respond. Location is great about a mile to state park beach.

We stayed for four nights. It's a good space with nice light and big windows to open. The layout of great, too. The one change I would recommend is the master bed. It squeaked and made noises like a rubber mat, although it's foam, every time my husband and I moved, rolled, or got in and out of bed. We did not sleep well, unfortunately.

We have come here multiple times and continue to return every summer ! The location is great, we eat at the Paisley Pig every night and this is conveniently located right above the restaurant. Our kids love the bunk beds, plenty of room for us all!!!

A little cool but had a great weekend! Apartment was wonderful. Enjoyed watching sunset at the beach. Paisley Pig, Lake House, Finns and Kilwains. Erica was very helpful. We will be back !

I liked the property and the location a lot. It was less than a mile to the beach and the strip and it was surrounded by nice restaurants, a bakery , coffee shop and “sweet temptations”. The apartment is nice and has the master, bunk bed room and a pull out couch. My only complaint was the master bed is so uncomfortable and loud, it creeks and grinds with any movement, it’s very creeky and uncomfortable. I stay in hotels all the time and get a bad bed every now and then, this one is the worst. I recommend investing in a new master bed and this would be a perfect place. I still gave 5 stars because the owner was awesome to me and made the trip work out for us and the place is very cute and convenient.

Property and location were perfect for our visit. Comfortable property with everything we needed and location was perfect for walks downtown and to the beach. Would definitely stay again.

We loved this property! It was a perfect distance from the down town district and not far from the beach. The condo was very clean and it had a nicely stocked kitchen. Erica was great to work with and we hope to make this a yearly trip!

Nice place. Master bedroom bed a bit squeaky. It met our needs.

Our 2nd stay was even lovelier than the first with no more construction and access to the balcony this time! A comfy and clean space less than 5 minutes from the beach, you can’t go wrong!

Erica's place was exactly the kind of place we needed for a trip to visit family: a bed for each person, two full baths, and a well appointed kitchen, with everything we needed. Erica was prompt in her communication, even checking in with us before we arrived. Highly recommend!

Property was very clean and easy to get too.. Plenty of good restaurants with in walking distance. Would definitely come back.. American Dunes Golf course near by. A MUST PLAY !!

Arrived late and left early…super easy process for coming and going! Very clean and spacious apartment located conveniently between the downtown area and Spring Lake.
