Coeur D'Alene is a wonderful lakeside town with friendly residents, great dining opportunities, and captivating natural beauty. We rented this unit for two weeks and loved our time here in this well appointed and comfortable condo. Would highly recommend!

Highly recommend this place, very clean, decotated really nice. Close to everything we wanted to do. Golf, boat ride. 2 restaurants in the building both very good.

In typical VRBO marketing, the picture shows condo on waterfront, but mine had parking lot view. Owner very grouchy about giving us entry instructions, and 3:00 check in is too late if you have early morning arrival

This place was amazing. It looked nice on-line, but was even better in person. Such a well kept property in such a great location. We came to check out the town and ride bikes. My eight year old twins lived it and want to come back. Thank you for sharing this place.

Best all-around place to stay in the Northern Idaho area. Trust me...this place has it all. Great communicative Owners really help make your stay enjoyable.

My husband and I loved our stay at this property. It was spacious and comfortable as we were able to visit with friends, relax on the deck, and enjoy close proximity to bike paths and eateries. We found the parking garage to be easy to access and the bikes "ready to ride" were a wonderful resource for us to explore. Highly recommend this property, as we take priceless memories from our stay at this Coeur d'Alene property.

This condo was in a great part of town. The condo building is on the river which is absolutely gorgeous. Everything about the property was clean and beautiful. I would definitely rent this property again!!!

I have stayed often at this place, consistent quality presentation, cleanliness, stock and communication with the owner who I’ve been renting from for many rears.

The condo is in a nice area, right on the river. There are restaurants and a movie theater within walking distance. The condo was clean and well-organized. There is a cute deck/patio but it rained during most of our visit so we didn't get to sit out there.

Great property! Well appointed and conveniently located for shopping and walking. Two couples (brothers and wives) stayed and two additional couples (brothers and wives) joined us. We played cards, prepared and shared meals and a million laughs! Excellent communication from our hosts! Thank you! We would definitely recommend!

This is a beautifully appointed condo in a great location in Coeur d Alene. The owners thought of every detail in the way of niceties. The condo is very quiet and the beds are very comfortable. We stayed off season in the winter, which was actually quite pleasant. Easy to walk the city as there was no snow on the ground but plenty in the nearby mountains for skiing. Coeur d Alene has developed into a major destination spot without the ultra high costs of other destination areas and this condo is located in the heart of the action.

The Belle Rive is a very secure condo with underground parking on the water. Really enjoyed walking on the boardwalk on the water side and easy walk to Centennial trail. The condo was 2 bedroom, 2 bath, nice kitchen with all the kitchen basics. All appliances worked, easy to cook our simple meals. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Owner very responsive.

I have stayed in at least 6 different condos in this community and I can say this is one of the best in all regards. Great communications. Very clean. Well appointed and comfortable. Very well supplied on disposable items. This is the only condo I have used in this community that had two parking spots which is a big deal there if two parties are coming in for a stay. Street parking is not available and you have to pay for parking across the street. Several good restaurants in the building located right on the river.

Everything worked as expected. Happy to stay there in the future.

Perfect open space square footage, quality furnishings, full on kitchen appliances, good interior lighting….nice outdoor deck. The location has access to many restaurants, small shops, walking paths! A huge plus is the security of the interior garage. Do not hesitate to book this condo….you will not be disappointed 😊

Larry and Rosanne are wonderful for sharing they’re condo! The check-in and check-out processes were thorough and seamless. We felt at home in the condo while hanging out resting and cooking/grilling. Enjoyed our morning and evening walks on the boardwalk along the river taking in the beauty of Coeur d’ Alene. This is the perfect condo and a great location. Very clean and comfortable. The host was very hospitable and even had toiletries there at the property, which was very helpful after a long flight as I didn’t have time to stop the first day… We will definitely stay here again:) can’t wait to come back….

Great space for our family to sprawl out, two full bathrooms, lots of privacy, full kitchen, gas grill on deck (bought steaks at Costco and grilled our final night), washer and dryer, modern atmosphere and most importantly AC! Only complaint: little more clarity upon arrival where to park while retrieving keys to get into building, the unit, grabbing remote for underground parking, and then bring family and belongings up from garage. Surprised to see elevator behind a door. Wasn’t sure the elevator bad behind it, requires the key. Great security measures! Also, for those who need tv entertainment at night or in morning, cable tv was great, but lots of steps to try connecting your own phone or device. No “airplay” which could make things simpler. The flat screens are older and probably could use upgrading. Wi-Fi was great!

This was a great place to stay. The check in and check out instructions were spot on and easy to follow. The home was clean and the beds were the most comfortable we have stayed in away from our own home. The location of the home was very close to everything that we wanted to visit and do in town. The hosts were very communicative and responded quickly to any questions or concerns that we had on our trip. I would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity!

We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs and this one is a winner! The entire process from renting, moving in, and checkout was super easy and well communicated. The property was spotless and well supplied with a lot of nice touches, beautiful rooms. You definitely feel like you are on vacation. Loved being on the water and sitting down on the dock with a cold beer and watching the boats go by. Having the bikes available was also a plus. Thanks for the great communication. We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean, very comfortable stay for 2 couples. Owners provided coffee and a bottle of wine! We loved the proximity to everything we had planned. Beautiful walk along the river in the morning/evening stroll. Peaceful quiet location. Will definitely stay here again.
