Was great as we could bring our dogs also.

We really enjoyed our stay - it was super relaxing and the property was set up really well! There were paddle boards, bikes, games, etc. and plenty of room to just chill. The host was really helpful and quick to respond. My favourite spot was sitting out on the balcony taking in the view... I hope to come back and stay here again soon!

We loved our stay in Pottsville - the house was modern and spacious, positioned perfectly on the river close to the beach. Every amenity was supplied from bikes to surfboards to beach gear - it really is a fabulous home, particularly for an active family wanting the classic Aussie beach holiday. We would love to return in the future !

We had a fantastic stay at this lovely house right on the water. Swimming straight out the back with the use of rubber rings and boogie boards over at the beach. And only a short stroll into town for everything you need or across the road for groceries and the pub which has great food. We would definitely stay again, good for a family of 4 plus grandparents.

Wonderful house in a great location and our fur babies could holiday with us! Fantastic family time together.

Beautiful home and so well equipped. Location is a delight AND with our dogs!Can't wait to visit again!

Overall, our stay was amazing. Yes, the bin was full but the owner was easy to talk to and we simply left our rubbish as per her directions via message. Small issue which is easily addressed. The house is well lived in but it makes you feel relaxed when kids are being kids.. The amenties are right on your door stop - kayak, SUP, kids toys, bikes, cricket.. made for a memorable weekend. We will be back!

The house is beautiful, easy to get to the beach as well as the creek. We had no problems at all . In fact Anneke gave us some extra time for the check out. We could explore the place more. Overall a very good vacation, with the accommodation playing a very big role in it.

Beautiful house with a great location. Everything you need is provided. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Caught heaps of fish!! Loved the double kayak.

We had the best time staying here. Swimming and fishing in the river out the back, walking to the beach and enjoying a BBQ on the deck. Loved the fact we could bring our dog too. Would highly recommend for a family holiday!

We had so much fun staying at Anneke property. Having our pup stay was awesome. Anneke is also arranging our shirt be sent back to us which we left behind which is so lovely!! Thanks we will be back

Be careful where you sleep, sit and shower. There is a Lounge chair broken, second queen bed has no support under the mattress and groans loudly when you move. One shower unusable and other sometimes stays above head height. The what to do book is outdated on many items and gives the renter a stern reminder that the lovely grass between the deck and water is a public walkway, dogs must be on the lead and the ranger comes and checks...the only place for our dogs is on the deck as the small enclosed front yard has an unsecured gate that blows open in the wind even with a brick (supplied) in front. Plus the smell from the overflowing bins that greeted us was not a good beginning. The bathroom taps leak, there is lots of dust inside the house, louvred are broken or stiff, there was sand all over the chairs outside and the list goes on. It is a beautiful space...in need of regular maintenance and regular checks from the owner. Whilst I appreciate it’s an ongoing task maybe the house needs to be blocked as unavailable a few times a year? Some of these issues are obviously not new as they have either been mentioned or alluded to in the visitors book.

We had a lovely two nights in Pottsville. The house was spotless and everything you could think of was provided. The location is excellent, I think we went to the shops across the road at least 6 times. My husband enjoyed fishing & caught 5 fish. We had fun taking the two dogs for a walk to the beach which was only about 5 minutes walk. The woodburner was an added bonus & it made the house cozy in a short time.

Thanks to Anneke for a fabulous stay in a fabulous spot. What a way to soak up the winter rays ...
