Alan and Kerstin were great hosts. The communication was excellent and the townhome was everything that was described. The walk to Canyon Lodge was even closer than we expected which made it easy for the non skiers to join us for lunch and apres ski fun. I would highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Mammoth. I have used both several rental properties for years and have never encountered the above and beyond communication like we did with the owners of this property. With snow piled high everywhere, it can be hard to find the location but not with the instructions given by the owners. The place is walking distance from canyon making it super easy to get rentals and lessons for our kiddos. The condo is clean, has great amenities, and super cozy sheets. Highly recommend staying here and will likely come back!!

We recently stayed at this property and the location is fantastic for being able to walk right to Canyon Lodge. The place itself was well stocked, clean and the beds were really comfy. The giant mudroom is a huge plus for taking off your gear . We will definitely rent this place again

Beautiful property, responsive and communicative hosts, very friendly, helpful, and positive energy! We chose this location for a snowboard trip, canyon lodge was less than a 5 minute walk. Condo had everything anybody could ask for. Definitely recommend, and we'll be looking to book again next time!

We couldn't believe our luck when we found this amazing rental available. From the moment of booking we had immediate contact with the owners, Alan & Kerstin who walked us through all stages of our trip and made wonderful suggestions on ways to make our experience the very best. Arriving late at our destination with two cars full of teenagers we were thrilled when we walked into the kitchen and found all the fixings for a family pasta dinner - cookies for desert too! The condo was incredibly clean, well stocked with everything we needed - super soft new towels, cozy flannel sheets, a perfect gathering and hangout for our family and friends. Everything you need to know about this special place is detailed in a house binder - even included photos of the owners family and their love for this special place. The complex has a large jacuzzi and maintinance staff that keep walkways shoveled and parking spaces clear - they even helped shovel out my car when it was time to leave. ..and did i mention location!!! With a snow falling constantly (total of 6 feet while we were there) the location could not have been better. While others struggled with unplowed streets, poor driving conditions and lack of parking, we had a short 5 minute walk to Canyon Lodge which made it ideal for our group to come and go throughout the day. We highly recommend booking with Alan & Kerstin, it is easy to see why they call it their "Happy Place."

We loved the condo!! We had 4 adults and 3 kids and it worked out perfectly! Kids loved the bunk beds, Rec room and pool! We also enjoyed the games provided by hosts. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Location was really, really good, a short walk to Canyon Lodge. Floor plan was perfect for us - loft with bunk beds for kids plus 2 good sized bedrooms in lower level. Mud room at door was great as well to leave all our gear. Neighbors were quiet when we stayed. Kitchen was well stocked and met all needs. Communication was great with hosts - very responsive and seem to genuinely be concerned you have good time. Expected to do a bit more at checkout than standard I would say - strip beds, empty trash, dishwasher on etc - which didn’t bother us and didn’t take too long (maybe 25mins), but worth bearing in mind if that would bother you or you have to rush on departure day. Decor/furnishings are true to pictures. Showers/bathrooms were solid, with good water temperature and pressure without being luxurious. We really enjoyed our stay overall and would stay again.

Great, place, great location, I would recommend it to anyone! We will be back.

Our group had an amazing time at their beautiful home. The location was great, made it super easy for us to get home quickly after a long day on the mountain. Alan & Kerstin made us feel very welcome! No complaints at all.

This property was really nice. Very close to Canyon Lodge- about a 7 minute walk. When we got there the fireplace wasn't working, but the owners got it fixed ASAP. There was lots of good communication and they were very responsive. My only complaints, even though they aren't really complaints, more like observations, are that the kitchen is pretty small, and it can get pretty cold downstairs (and the heaters are noisy). Overall the property is in great condition, the loft bedroom is perfect for a bunch of kids, or even adults, and I'd recommend staying here if you're looking to be close to Canyon Lodge!

We had a wonderful family trip here with little kiddos and being walking distance to Canyon Lodge was PERFECT, especially for nap times! We loaded up in the morning and walked right over to the lifts! Super clean, everything worked perfectly - heaters, fireplace, TV, cooking. Check in and out was seamless and the owners were extremely communicative and wonderful. Thank you for sharing your family vacation spot with us!

We absolutely loved our stay! The home is perfect for a weekend Mammoth getaway! The location is amazing, less than a 5-minute walk to Canyon lodge with 3 dedicated parking passes for right in front of the condo. The home is immaculate and the hosts were the best we have had in all of our rental experiences. They were very helpful, easy to contact, and extremely friendly. We will definitely be back!

We Like a lot the Chamonix complex and rent every year to stay close so we can enjoy the lifting and the village is close to go and have fun

Well stocked and clean. The best part, in my opinion, was the beds. My back is not strong, so if I sleep in the plush mattresses, my back would be aggravated. No such issues at all. I really liked the thermostat, and the best part for me was the very spacious mudroom. Alan and Kerstin were very communicative, providing very detailed information regarding their property. Thanks to Alan and Kerstin, and we had a wonderful time at Mammoth and great rest at the condo!

Only one thing bothered me was the cleaning expectation. Rental price included very high $$ for Service Fees and Cleaning charges, but still owner has expectation that we should clean all the utensils, dump all the garbage bags to the nearest street side trash bin. If renter has to do all these cleaning, then why have to pay stiff cleaning changes.

Amazing location and plenty of space and bedrooms for a family or group of friends. Will definitely look to stay in this condo again, especially in the winter as it is steps from Canyon Lodge.

This property was amazing! We arrived late and were delighted to find complementary pasta and sauce and a kitchen stocked with spices and basic pantry items! Place is super cute and very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Our family vacation was a blast! We were a party of 10 and the condo was perfect size for us all. We had everything we needed and then some! The owners were amazing. Great communication, they got in touch with us prior to arrival and day of and made themselves accessible for our stay. We would definitely visit again.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property! It was perfectly located between the Village and Mammoth Lakes Basin. Just a short drive to all locations. The property itself was great, and nicely accommodated our families. The hosts of the property were also wonderful and we really appreciated their accessibility if needed! This home was excellent. It was hot and perfect with family. The place is so close to gondola into the village. There are significant open areas behind the condo for my kids to play in the snow. Kerstin and Alan were quick to respond to any questions. I am looking forward to staying again!
