If you’re looking for a quiet beach trip this is the place. Just a short walk and you’re at the beach. The property was clean and well maintained. There was a slight problem with the key pad that caused a mild inconvenience but the property manager was on it and resolved it right away. I definitely recommend and I would stay again.

Lock wouldn’t open every time and ants had taken over bathroom and kitchen. Good location and cute other than those two big issues .

This cottage was the perfect size for me and my family. We really enjoyed our time here. Everything went exceptionally smooth for us. Will be coming back!

The home is located right on the beach within steps which is nice. The space is quaint but totally comfortable for what we needed. Bedroom area is not private and is on the small side but the bed is comfortable. The kitchen and living area is a good size. The bathroom is the tiniest bathroom I have encountered, but it’s still sufficient and isn’t a deal breaker for me. The location for the price is what works for me. Our stay was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Florida.

It’s right on the beach which is wonderful. It’s quiet and not attached to any other structures. Parking is included on site. There’s a dining table for 4 people which comes in handy. The bedroom area is open and not private from the living room area. It’s tiny and quaint, but sufficient for our needs. The bathroom on the other hand is very small and harder to navigate. The shower is very small. However, the bathroom is doable in exchange for the lovely scenery surrounding the area.

We were so happy with the cottage it was a beautiful place to stay for a week. With all the amenities it was like home away from home. Thanks so much for your hospitality and we will be back!

Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach, funky older cottage that has been nicely decorated. We had a deck, a lovely small patio, and a great view from the bedroom area. It was really perfect for two people.

Nice open space, great frig, comfy bed, everything needed to cook & enjoy. Really nice sized deck with table, umbrella and chairs. Always clean. Plenty of fresh towels. Has been a favorite for us.

Just what we hoped. Quiet corner away from the street and two minute walk to the beach. Carousel Grocery and Gift store better than Pier Park Mall by a long shot!

Perfect size for two. Easy for food prep, reading, and lounging. Love the large deck and new umbrella.

It’s a short walk to the beach, we enjoyed that the beach was not crowded. We had enough amenities to last us for our entire 4 night stay. For the price you really cannot go wrong staying here. Vacasa was very quick and responsive to take care of the few issues we encountered. They called the day of our arrival and told us our room was clean and available 3 hours early and we were welcome to check in early. On the day of arrival the ac wasn’t cooling very well, the light on front said it was due for the filter to be cleaned, we called Vacasa they sent an agent to service it. He came within a couple hours, he was very polite and helpful. Coms: The couch bed was broken and uncomfortable, we called Vacasa on our 2nd day and they brought a blowup mattress within a few hours so we had it for that evening. The bathroom was a little small, it could use a little table beside the sink for hygiene products, makeup etc, the shower head was very low, I’m 5’9 and had to squat to wash my hair. We could have used some towels and wash rags in the kitchen but paper towels were sufficient for most of our needs. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and we will check availability here when we plan our next vacation. We appreciated Vacasa taking care of all of our needs and will book all reservations with them going forward.

Love that we had our own little space. Didnt have to deal with anyone beside, below, or above. A very short walk to the beach was nice even though it rained the whole time we was there. Would definitely stay there again.

The cottage was a good place to drop everything and go about your day in the panhandle. It’s a nice, quaint place where the basics are provided, though you’ll want to bring your own things for cooking and coffee/tea.

Quaint, quiet, clean and....cozy! Everything was great: big frig, lots of ice, comfy bed, big deck, and cute, cute, cute. We’ll be back soon!!

Great place to rent!!! Across the street from the beach!!! Also the lady who owns it is super super sweet!!! I definitely plan on staying again!!!

The cottage was clean. I had to buy toilet paper as there wasn't any when we arrived. Also bought air freshener right away because the place smelled like an ashtray and made me sick to my stomach. It was very clean though. Smaller than the pictures make it out, but it was fine for my husband and I. 1/2 block to beach access and if you look in the right area you can see the beach from the deck. Very quiet/private location. It is dated, needs some paint, less rugs (dingy) and furniture is not comfortable. Lounger seat in living room smelled like urine, threw a couple blankets over it. Bed is squishy soft, but we slept well in it. If you need a place to sleep and stay on the beach like we did, it was overall a nice stay. For the price, it was worth staying again especially if they update furniture.

Adorable quirky cottage feel. Just enough space for two people. Great deck. Fully stocked kitchens full size fridge. Half a block walk to a quiet beach. And 1 block to the best donuts and ice cream! Had a great time, will book again.

Scheduled a 2 night stay, never once was able to contact the property manager, ended up having to leave a night early due to the coronavirus shutdown, never got a refund or apology for the way things were handled regardless of if i stayed there.

It was small but clean. Close to the beach and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay. Reasonably priced and would definitely rent it again.

Great proximity to the beach. Could mostly see the sunset from the deck even. It’s one of the best access spots for the beach for a ways and yet easily accessible to spots to eat etc with a short drive or bit of walking. Good space for two people but wouldn’t work so well for four.

We just loved everything! We were close to the beach, mall, restaurants and shops. It was very quiet and so cozy. We met the owls d she was so sweet. We will be back and will tell others !

Ok property for the amount even though the price was not just $40 a night but there is an additional resort fee tacked on to each night of stay. The property was relatively clean but dated and there was a horrible musty odor in the unit. Which made it hard to breath and triggered my allergy attack. I called Vacasa about it and they still haven't returned my call. Also the pictures show each room separately but there are no walls dividing the rooms, its basically like a studio apartment. The bedroom is right next to the kitchen which you can see directly into each room and the only separation is a pull down curtain. A few broken items which i also called about just to make sure I wasn't held responsible for them. Since i was the only person it was bearable but if there is more people there is no privacy. the air condition is a wall unit and if you keep the bathroom door close its hot as heck in there. I would not stay here again.

Affordable; convenient to the beach, favorite restaurant and grocery store; and clean and comfortable. Small but perfect size for sisters chilling at the beach.

My sister and I were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay in Laguna Beach area close to the beach. This was perfect. Small but comfortable; short walk to beach; close to our favorite restaurant, ice cream shop, and grocery store. Plan to stay there again!
