Fabulous condo, fabulous view, fabulous location, fabulous vacation!

Our 2nd time staying at this condo. Great location to bars, restaurants and shopping. Perfect view of beach and ocean. Very comfortable, well stocked condo. Owners are good to work with. We love this vrbo!

We would consider coming here again. The ease of check-in was wonderful. The parking garage was much better than our previous condo last year. We also had hardly any wait times for the elevators. The condo itself was clean. I would recommend bringing a few things like toilet paper, paper towels, regular towels and wash cloths for kitchen and bath, and detergent/fabric softener. My only complaint would be the pool. The pools are both large and beautiful but you are unable to have fun at the pool because of what we nicknamed the pool wardens. You are unable to eat or drink near the pool, no balls or toys really of any kind in the pool, and no music by the pool. Although there is a tiki hut by the pool you have to drink or eat in that small area with only 2 tables available. They patrol the area so it kind of felt like we are on the prison yard.

Great location. Family rented out 5 condos. Plenty for everyone to do.

The condo was beautiful and had everything we needed. The hosts were very easy to get in touch with and always helpful.

Great views from the balcony. Great space for a larger group. Easy access to restaurants and shops. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Great communication with property manager.

Perfect location! Short walk to Pier Park and walking distance to Walmart and just about anywhere you need to go. Corner condo was just great, and trash chute was just beside the front door. Elevators are quick and easy, with easy access to two great pools and the beach. The condo looks better in person, but the photos were close. Perfect oceanfront rental with plenty of space. Everything you need there for your stay. The owners are very easy to get in touch with and have very quick response times. We will do all we can to book this on our next visit. We had a great vacation.

Our stay at this property was wonderful. Owners responded to any request promptly and efficiently. The unit was extremely clean and the location was great due to being within walking distance to Pier Park. There are many restaurants within Pier Park..... Our favorites were the Back Porch and Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls. The warm Connecticut roll was incredible. Both pools at the condo overlooked the ocean, and the Tiki bar next to the pool was a plus. The Pina Coladas were great from the Tiki bar. Entry onto the beach was easy, just walk down the steps from the pool, onto the beach. We utilized the complimentary beach chairs included, and swam at the ocean frequently. We also had a great adventure snorkeling at St. Andrews State Park, which boasted crystal clear water and many tropical fish to view beside the rocks that are in the water at the park. There were specific types of fish living on the rocks, crabs, brightly colored blue and black striped fish, stingless jellyfish and other fish varieties to view while snorkeling. It was like swimming in a giant aquarium. There were also many sand dollars along the ocean floor to view. This park is not far from the condo- just a short drive. Also, Hook'd restaurant is within walking distance from the condo. The food was very good at this restaurant. We were able to get onto the restaurant website to pre order and then go and pick up to bring back to the condo. The location of this condo is extremely desirable.

The property is just like the pictures. The views are phenomenal ! Great access to the beach and two chairs and an umbrella were included. Pier Park is across the street and lots of great restaurants nearby. We hope we can stay there again. Jeff and Felicia were great hosts and took care of everything !!!

The property is very spacious, beautiful and clean. It has everything you need while on vacation. What I really liked about this property is that it has twin beds in the third room instead of a bunk bed like most properties. The owners are amazing. They responded to all of my questions very quickly.

Our family had the best week! The condo was perfect for our family of 6 and the view of the beach was outstanding!!! The location was exactly what we hoped for. It was spring break and roads were busy most of the time, so it was great to be able to leave the car parked in the garage. It was an easy walk to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. We absolutely loved going across the street to the cafe. They have everything from breakfast items, sandwiches, pasta dishes and ice cream. The donuts I believe are made locally and are a must! Delicious!! The staff there was top notch with service & are so friendly. The condo was clean and the furniture was comfortable. We absolutely loved that there were a couple of portable fans because we didn’t have enough room to bring ours from home. Communication with Condo owners Jeff and Felicia was fantastic! We can’t wait to book with you guys again in the future.

The unit could use a good deep clean including upholstery but otherwise it was fantastic! Owners were great and quick to respond to questions. Thank you!

Everything was as advertised, no problems. Close to all the “stuff”, all easy to walk to. The included two beach loungers was a bonus. We would stay here again!

The property was a five star plus, it was very clean, and the owners were the best. They provided our every expectations and were very courteous in their offerings. I would most certainly rent these accomodations again it was home away from home. I say thanks to the host for their kindness.

We had a fabulous stay for a month, everything was perfect! We look forward to staying here next winter! It was absolutely beautiful! Thank you Felicia and Jeff for being great hosts and responding to us so quickly!

This condo is in a wonderful location. It is on the 12th floor, so the view afforded is terrific. ( e.g sunrise and sunsets). Also, the condo layout is excellent. But, this condo demonstrates evidence of " wear ". For example, upon checking in, it was discovered at the freezer was leaking water. The dishwasher seemed to wiggle around each time the door was closed, and a smoke detector was missing from one of the bedrooms. Further, the shower curtain ( assoc. with the back bedroom) was disgusting....as a tremendous amount of mold had accumulated. ( we purchased some bleach and remedied this situationi) It is evident that the cleaning of this condo takes place on a "broadbrush" approach. We enjoyed our stay, but the condo clearly needs some handy work.

This was our first time in PCB and it did not disappoint! Calypso is a gorgeous property, the condo was perfect, the view was incredible and the location was walking distance to most everything we wanted to do. The owners were easy to communicate with, and were responsive to any issues. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here if we visit PCB again!

My family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The beds were a little firmer than I prefer but I would not hesitate to stay here again. It is decorated nicely and very relaxing listening to the ocean. The view is spectacular! My husband loved being up so high and the location on the corner is great.

The ocean is so close, pier park shopping is just a block away. We didn’t have a car and only needed ride to airport. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, the pool is heated , tvs all work to relax late night. Not one single problem. We loved our stay and hope to do it again !!

Condo is beautiful, very roomy & exactly as described. The owners are very helpful & communication was great. The location is amazing. Would definitely recommend staying here.

The condo was absolutely perfect! The perfect size for a large family or multiple couples. The condo was very clean and well taken care of. We will definitely be booking this condo again!

The home was exactly as advertised. Three generations celebrated Thanksgiving weekend together. Everyone had their own bedroom and bath, which was a bonus! Space was perfect for enjoying our meals together, playing games, talking, and best of all watching and listening to the waves hit the beach! Owner very responsive and kind! Check-in and check-out simple. Very much recommend and would stay again!

This was our second time staying at Jeff & Felicia's condo. We love this condo. The view is amazing, the beds are comfortable, 12th floor is perfect, love the patio furniture and condo had everything we needed in kitchen. We will be back.

Over all we had a wonderful time

Property wasn’t the cleanest. Some dirt on the floor and linens cleanliness was questionable. More dingy than anything. Sour smell in back bedroom and laundry room. Air was very cool in back bedrooms. Furniture needs some updating. Beach service was terrible. Would not put up umbrellas because of wind but this was days before Ian was to hit and literally there was no wind. Have stayed at calypso for many years and very disappointed. They have definitely gone down in quality. Overpriced for what we got. Left early mainly because of hurricane Ian but wasn’t overly sad to be gone.

The owners were very responsive with any questions we had both before and during the stay. The corner unit gave great views and great light. We loved each bedroom having it’s own bathroom. The decor was up to date and in great shape. The beds were all comfortable, the outdoor seating options were good as well. The kitchen appears to have had some silverware “disappear” which is crazy to us why people would take them. Having a keurig and a regular coffee pot was nice, as well as the 4 slice toaster. We had everything that we needed in the kitchen for the meals and snacks that we had while in the unit. We will definitely rent from Jeff and Felicia again!

Very nice condo, loved the 3 bedrooms with baths! The Calypso property was very busy, elevators could be an issue getting around and didn’t care for parking.

Beautiful property and Condo, very spacious grounds, peir within an easy walk, lots of entertainment within a short walk Directly on the beach, elevator's average to above average Owners were great and quick to respond to any questions and help in anyway, even went above and beyond at check-in Thank You, loved it!

We had a great time. Within walking distance of restaurants and Pier Park. We had one small issue and the owner fixed it asap! My only real problem with our stay is with Calypso security and the pool rules. Just be aware they are very strict! No drinking of anything pool side not even bottled water, it’s ridiculous.

Loved it!!

Perfect location for the teens who want some independence and perfect place for parents to be in close proximity. Our group loved access to Pier Park, Local Steamer, Diego’s and the volleyball court. Well not impressed with cleaning service. I had to wipe down counters, hair was left in bathtub. Floors were a bit dirty. But overall great place.
