Everything was wonderful but the only thing was that in the master bedroom the bathroom did not have light but everything else did have light I still had a wonderful time thank you.

This place is clean, well decorated and so very accommodating. The patio is stellar. It’s an easy trip to the strip or downtown, if that’s what you want to do, but it’s a great location for hanging out and get away from the crowds. There is a military base nearby, so there was some random loud jets, which didn’t bother us too much. The kitchen is perfect for large meals. We also loved all the different seating areas! The host was quick to respond to any questions, this was a great stay. You can’t go wrong here.

This rental was amazing. It was just like the pictures and then some. We couldn’t decide if we wanted to leave and sight see or stay there. The host was amazing and answered all of my emails very promptly. We will be staying here again when we go back to Vegas!

This was our first time using Vrbo and it was a smooth process. We enjoyed our stay at this house. The firepit was perfect for the cool nite weather. We enjoyed the flat grill outdoor TV. The lights were cool. It was a whole vibe. It wasn't too far from the strip, which is what we wanted. Overall, it was a good time.

Property is in good condition and easy to get to. Not a fan of the master bed mattress but everyone is different. Place was clean and had no issues with anything. Communication was easy and owner is quick to respond. Would definitely stay again if with a group.

This was the perfect spot for me and my old high school buddies to have a reunion of sorts. We had tickets to see U2 at The Sphere and this spot provided the perfect place to get a rideshare to the show and a visit to The Strip the following day. The property provided all the amenities we needed to relax and catch up over a few drinks.

Beautiful home with all necessities provided. Great outdoor area in backyard. Highly recommend if going to the racetrack.

Overall we had a good time. The check in process was super easy same with the checkout. Neighborhod was quiet.

House was clean and as advertised. Great for our group that was in Vegas for ConExpo. Would definitely stay here again. Owner was very accommodating letting us drop off our luggage early and actually giving us full access early in the end.

The property was as described. It was clean and well prepared for our visit. The owner was responsive...we found this out when we ran out of hot water and found the water heater was leaking pretty bad, even though it looked relatively new. Contacted the owner and it was addressed the same day. Unfortunately, the water heater needed to be replaced and that couldn't be done (understandably) until the following day. These things can happen and it was just bad luck, had nothing to do with owner or lack of maintenance. Overall, very pleased with our experience.

We really enjoyed our stay at this nice and comfortable house in Sunrise Manor. Good access to highways towards Las Vegas Strip.

This house had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked for all our cooking needs, the outside area was really cool and the entertainment center with the movie theater chairs were a nice touch. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect spot close by to tons of different food and drink options. Used this spot as homebase for a bunch of us who flew out for a friends wedding. Thirty minutes or less to go very thing we wanted/had to do! The house was wonderful and great for relaxing inbetween shenanigans. Would deff stay again!

The property was perfect. The owner communicated with such detail via email, phone call and messages. We will most-definitely book again when we are back in the Vegas area!

We stayed Feb 23-Feb 27. Property is very nice and was exactly as described. The house had plenty of room for the four adults in our group. The neighborhood was very quiet, but the yards are small so neighbors are close. That was never an issue for us. Wish the weather had been warmer as the backyard area would have been great to hang out in for some beverages. I know there have been comments about the firmness of the beds. We found them to be very firm. We would recommend a mattress pad which will make a good difference. The property is close to getting on Interstate 15. Takes about 15 mins to drive to Fremont casinos. Airport about 25 minutes. We also headed North to Valley of Fire(highly recommend) Overall we had a great experience and would recommend to others, especially if you don’t want to stay around the hustle and bustle of the strip. Property is also an easy drive to Nellis AFB.

Great space! Everything that you need and more. 14 min from downtown Vegas 18min from the North Strip. It was perfect for discovering all of Vegas and not just the Strip, found some gems. Had a great time! The King has left the building:)

This is the 2nd time we have rented this property. The location is very close to the strip and Fremont. We were there for a bowling tournament and for the 2nd year it was a great place to stay. Highly recommend unless you are planning to sleep during the day because of Nellis Air Force Base, but it wasn't an issue for us.

Nice and clean house, just a few miles from the strip. Great for a couples weekend in Vegas. I would recommend getting a car, Uber or taxi can coast a lot depending on how long you are staying

The house was adequate for our trip to Nascar races. Very close to race track. House could use a few upgrades but would stay there again. Owner was very pleasant to work with. Beds were comfortable

Our group was pleasantly surprised with this property and how nice everything was. Sturla is a fantastic host and very accommodating. Everything you could possibly need is provided and then some. For the price it just can't be beat. Great Vegas authentic feel with a Elvis theme throughout. We will definitely consider again if we are back in the area.

nice home whit all good

Overall we had a good experience. The house was adequate for our needs and was generally in good condition. The kitchen was ok but really needs a deep cleaning. Bathrooms were good and amenities all worked. Mattresses were not very comfortable, but that is always a matter of opinion. It would have been nice to have a garage door opener to take out with us and be able to get back in without one of us getting out and going through the front door. Garage was full of junk and would make sense to have cleaned out for access to the house and parking. Back patio was a hodgepodge of items and would be better served to have less stuff in better condition and clean. It sounds like we hated it, but it was convenient to downtown and other areas and much less expensive that staying on the strip. Again, overall a good experience.

Celebrated my moms life and this spot was beautiful and it’s multi purposes got all the needs of my family and friends for this time. Blessings.
