This place was just wonderful. It was located in a great area. Super clean and inviting. We will probably stay there again when we need a place.

Only issue is noise from the upstairs, but everything else was great!

It was a really cute basement apartment that had plenty of nice beds and an extra mattress for all 5 of us. The decor was lovely and the kitchen was well stocked and even had extra stuff you don't get at a resort condo! The neighborhood was convenient for getting to places both North and South in the valley. SO much better than a hotel and less expensive too (especially for 5 of us!).

We really enjoyed our stay! The beds were comfortable, house was clean and had everything we needed and more. It’s in a great location for restaurants, shopping and BYU. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Easy check in and check out. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Hosts were amazing!

This was a nice little place to stay while attending an event at BYU. The location was convenient. I liked the extra little touches where they had framed original blueprints on the wall from when the house was built, along with some history of the home and people who have lived there. There were plenty of beds to sleep 5, plus 1 or 2 more on the couch / love seat. The only negatives for me were only having one bathroom and no dishwasher, but the other positives outweighed those. I will likely stay here again when I'm back in the area.

This basement apartment was just what we needed and where we needed. Its not too big and not too small. Was clean, neat, and had everything we needed for our stay. I would stay there again.

Great selection of small kitchen appliances to meet our needs and more. Washer & Dryer as well. Stocked with generous supplies for a short stay or to get you well on your way with a long stay (paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo/conditioner). We always appreciate VRBO rentals that allow the accumulation of basic spices, etc from past guests, which seemed to be the case at this location. No ziplock bags, foil, etc which is not a complaint just an observation for future guests. We were very happy with our stay.

This was the perfect little basement apartment for our family's needs. It has all the bases covered plus it's in a great location of town. Someone has taken the time to make it cozy and pleasant. We would totally stay here again!

This was the second time my family and I have stayed at this property. We enjoyed ourselves so much the first time, we knew we wanted to come back. The unit is very clean, has amazingly comfortable beds, a well-stocked kitchen, and even a washer and dryer. The owners are very thoughtful and have really thought of everything to ensure you will have a pleasant experience. Communication with them was excellent. You are close to BYU and UVU campuses, as well as shopping centers, restaurants and grocery stores. Even though you are close to everything, the street is very quiet and we were able to really relax here. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We will be back again :)

The appartment was really nice and clean. It was close to Sprouts (a supermarket) and to the center which I went to for a week and a half. When we missed a kettle Kristin made sure we got one. She was very friendly and also speeks Dutch.

This lovely basement apartment fit our needs beautifully. Kristin provided everything. Bathroom had soap, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, first aid kit, hair spray, room freshener, even soap for sensitive skin and lovely plush towels . The kitchen was equipped with every pot, pan, and utensils. There was an apron too. It was set up to accommodate children and adults. Disney theme plastic dishes and bowls as well as a high chair if needed. Pottery dishes and cups for adults .There was also a Mickey Mouse waffle/pancake maker, microwave, coffee maker and, electric griddle. Full size laundry facilities and laundry soap dryer sheets. Ironing board and iron. Beds were comfortable, lots of extra blankets, portable crib for baby. For a basement it was light and warm. TV, WiFi, worked great and there was a Blue Ray DVD player. We had a couple of times that something needed attention. Was able to contact Kristin and immediately had a solution. I would use this again when traveling. It was filled with cheerful colors and was warm and inviting. Kristin didn’t miss a beat when it came to things that we needed .
