Great house for our family and a surprise visit from some family friends. Pool was big fun, house was centrally located so most of our destinations were just a few minutes away. Huge bonus was a family of manatees in the canal behind the house Dan responded to any questions quickly and helped us with any issues. Awesome trip, we will definitely be back.

We had everything we needed for a week lomg stay. The pool was very nice, love that it wasn't one of those new sculpted pools. Lots of room for swimming and pool games.

We had a great time. The house was set up great. Plenty of towels, kitchen was well stocked, owner was available for any questions. Our family liked this house as a home base. We did alot of exploring around the area during our stay, this house was great to come back to and relax. Our kids loved the pool. The view of the canal is beautiful. If you choose to go to the beach the house has chairs and umbrellas available. Great house for a vacation

Brought our young adult children and grandkids for a vacation over Christmas to enjoy some sun and warm weather! The host replied to all of my messages very promptly. We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated! House was fully stocked with every essential. The pool was nice, warm and everyone loved it! The layout of the house worked very well for us! We would definitely recommend this location!

Amazing view with dolphins even. We fished and had a great day at Sanibel beach. House super clean with everything we needed. My kids couldn't stay away from the pool, they loved it!. Dan answer prompt with any question we had, amazing Host. Will come back again !!

I took my kids and Grandkids for a beach vacation, this house was perfect, had the space we needed and a pool and canal also came with a lot of things we didn’t have to go out and buy which was great as there was 8 of us! Highly recommend this house for your stay, and I will we will be coming back for yrs to come.

We enjoyed our time at the pool and with the ability to dock our boat. Great access to grocery stores and restaurants. Dan was always great at replying promptly when we were booking the property and had questions during our stay.

We had a great stay at Dan's home. The property was as described and the heated pool was great. The house is very comfortable and well stocked with everything you can need which you don't always find in a rental home. We would definitely stay at this home again, and actually looked to book some other dates that were already booked!

This was a perfect location for us! We were able to easily get to the beach at fort Myers. The pool was wonderful and the house was very clean and comfortable.

Our family had a great time staying in this home over the holidays. We spent the majority of our time on the lanai and in the heated pool, which was awesome! The location of this property was in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores and shopping, and it was well stocked with everything needed.
Dan was excellent communicating with us at all times! The Cape Coral area is still recovering from the damage caused by Hurricane IAN, however, this house and pool was in great shape!! Would definitely recommend!

My family all thoroughly enjoyed our time together here. My kids , grandkids and myself all spent a week here. Beautiful neighborhood! The owner was very helpful and responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. The amenities they provided were a nice touch! Having those amenities saved us space for traveling! This was our first family vacation and it will be annually now! Thank you to the Peterson's for sharing such a lovely house and taking good care of their clients. We will definitely be back again!😊

Cape Coral- new place to explore
Property was very nice and clean however, upon arrival on Sunday the pool was green. Pool guy arrived Monday afternoon and shocked the pool so it was better but still dirty till we left 5 days later. One of the pool area chairs should have been replaced. Location was excellent

Overall great place well kept and well-stocked the only thing and this is nit picking the pool area is small so the vacuum should be put up somewhere not laying on the side in limited space to start with but overall great place we will be back

Fun in the Sun
We found the property to be perfect for our stay. During our time there we rotated in friends and family for brief stays. The pool was wonderful and we spent a lot of time out by the pool. This is one of the best stocked homes we have stayed at. We really enjoyed our stay and are thankful for the way Dan managed his property.

Wonderful rental
This rental is going on our “return list”! Loved the layout of house, pool and all the amenities the owner had available! House smelled wonderful when we walked in, bed was super comfortable, plenty of towels, toilet paper, etc..

I cannot say enough about the fun we had at Villa Leonardo property. We loved it ... great location, clean and so equipped with everything we needed to cook, be comfortable and have fun. Strongly recommend.

Nice house, comfortable central location.
House was nice, spacious and comfortable. It was clean and the pool was great. The only minuses were sliders need some work to make them usable and both gas tanks for the grill were empty. Otherwise a great place for families to gather.
