Relaxing stay.

The next door neighbor (#101) has an issue with renters and makes it known, she is a busy body and resident gossip who watches every move we made and was quick to remind us of the rules and there are lots. Otherwise it's a nice location, this time of year (Feb) the patio is cold as it doesn't get sun. The condo is well equipped. You will require a car to get to most places.

Awesome location. All amenities were close by. The owner was a pleasure to deal with.

Jaco's place has a great location, close the San Jose's City Center, beaches and supermarkets.

Loved the lower level, easy access out of property and to the main street. Groceries within walking distance as well as beach access.

Excellent location but unlike all the other properties we have stayed, this one does not offer the basic needs. You have to shop for your own household needs which is quite bothersome if your schedule is quite hectic. We asked for a van to take us to the airport from the property manager but the van arrived an hour late that stressed all of us giving one of my friends just an extra hour to check in before her flight. That kind of experience we definitely should avoid.

Perfect location convenient to everything 2nd time staying love it and will be back! Upgrades to condo are great! Can’t wait to go back

I already wrote a review for the first week that we stayed there.

We had a few issues, like the refrigerator breaking down and the toaster dying, but the owner and the management team were on it ASAP and had replaced them the next day. The management team are very accommodating and waited for us when our arrival was delayed and guided us to the condo when we got lost. As far as location goes, there are pros and cons. It is close to the beach and walking distance to the estuary, grocery shopping and old town San Jose del Cabo. Being close to the golf course was not a pro for us because you hear lawnmowers, golf carts on the gravel pathway and sprinklers early in the morning and late at night. I suppose that if you normally live in the city you might not find it noisy but we are from a very quiet area and we found it quite noisy there, not just because of the golf course but because there are sirens several times a day and night and the Rock and Brews pub is just down the road and they play loud rock and roll into the early hours of the morning. The beds and linens are very comfortable and good quality. The satellite TV reception is awful. The condo is supplied with almost everything that you might need.

This place is well appointed. Comfortable beds, cozy sofa. Nice linens and plenty of towels. Kitchen is full equipped with everything you can think of, except a blender. Large shaded deck. Friendly neighbours in a beautiful maintained condo complex..

Very enjoyable month here in San Jose at La Costa Phase 3. Love the quiet, the pools and hot tubs. One block to the 3 mile long beach which we love. Easy walk to old town fir dinners and the art walk. Great holiday. We’d come back.

Excellent condo at La Costa with amazing patio and comfortable set up with nice interior. Overall great service and communication when we needed it. We were the first rental of the season so there were one or two things that were missing or needed attention but were addressed quickly. We would rent here again for sure.

The condo is located in a quiet corner of the development with one pool right outside your door and the main pool just a few steps away. The beach is a 5 minute walk, restaurants and shops are right there and the town square with its varied activities and many more shops and restaurants is a 20 minute walk. The location couldn’t be better. The condo was immaculate and was the best organized of the many condos we have stayed in. Basic supplies (spices, condiments etc.) were a little sparse but grocery shopping is only a 15 minute walk away. The furnishings are great and the patio is amazing. We found Jaco to be very very responsive and great to deal with. We have already reserved with Jaco for our next stay in San Jose.

Really nice and quiet, but right next to ocean, golf, restaurants, pool....etc....

The condo is great, the patio is the best. The kitchen utensils, pots/pans, etc... are top notch. The only exception being that there are no spices or pantry items at all. There is a bar nearby that is very, very loud at night. I mean til 4am music was blasting. Not sure if this is always the case.

Our condo was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed sitting out on the spacious patio. The pools were beautiful and people very friendly. Loved the small town feel of San Jose del Cabo. Nice walk into the centre of town and easy to hop on the local bus back to our condo for 12 pesos.

My wife and I stayed at Jaco's condo from January 1st to February 4th. I can only think of one negative thing to say and that is, we had to leave. For anyone who wants an excellent location and a lovely well kept condo you won't regret choosing this one. Marco, the local property manager, is great and always available to look after anything you might need attended to. The beach is just across the street, about a 5 minute walk. Another nice 15-20 minute walk gets you to the historic downtown and only 10 minutes to 2 great grocery stores. Not to mention easy walking distance to dozens of restaurants and bars. The condo is on the ground floor which for us made coming and going really easy and convenient. It has a spacious patio for meals outside or to just relax with your favorite drink. It is on the golf course side of the La Costa complex well away from any noise and activity on the street side. La Costa is extremely well maintained. The gardens, walkways and pools are constantly being cleaned and maintained by the staff. We highly recommend Jaco's condo for your stay and San Jose as a great destination.

Great location. Easy 35 minute walk to center of old town San Jose. Several good restaurants within a couple of blocks of condo. Easy 15 minute walk to Mega Store for grocery shopping. Unit is very clean and well supplied with all necessary kitchen utensil's. On the negative side, the unit, and the furnishings are showing their age. Overall enjoyed our stay.

This was our first visit to San Jose del Cabo and we absolutely loved it. Everything was exactly as advertised. The wrap around deck was wonderful and we enjoyed our morning coffee on the deck watching the golf. Easy walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops and to the beach. The walk into the centre of town was a little further but still worth it. Everything was perfect and we would definitely return. Thanks for everything Jaco.

The condo is very convenient. It has all the equipment you need. We loved the view on the cactus garden and the golf course. Contact with Jaco was easy and friendly.

Nice place, great view, very quiet, you can really relax after a day of beach or adventure activities. No complaints, got everything as advertised. Best return for the price. A place to come back.

This is the third time we've stayed at Club LaCosta, and this was the best of the 3 places we've rented. Great ground floor unit, with a large patio, comfortable beds!

We just got back from San Jose Del Cabo. We were greeted by Marco on Entry and he was fantastic. The condo is exactly like the photos. Very clean, and beautiful. The patio was to die for it is a wrap around and gave us sunlight from early afternoon into the evening. There is no need to bring condiments of any kind. This place had everything that we needed from beach towels, to spices, to dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent. We found if we used something we just replaced it. The location was great - the WIFI worked fantastic - never having an issue. There are several TV Stations to choose from if you decide to stay in. It truly is in a great location - with several restaurants and bars in walking distance. The one pool is about 10 feet away and the main pool was only 100 step away where you can meet other condo guests.. Great job Jaco - and we will return.

We spent two months in this great condo. The unit is exactly as stated in Jaco's VRBO property description. There are even food staples on hand which you replace as needed. He has a maintenance team who are ready to help with any minor problems. Club la Costa condominiums are just like a resort. Three swimming pools and a couple of hot tubs. Loads of social activity if you want, but full privacy if that is what you prefer. If you are a walker, this is the location for you. You can walk into town, go to the Mega supermarket, Walmart Super Store or the beach on the Sea of Cortez . If you are not a walker, taxis are readily available, but we used the local Urbano buses for the longer trips. You can also take the Cabo bus to Chileno Beach (fabulous snorkelling, washrooms, life guards) and Palmella Beach for swimming. Easy 25 minute air conditioned bus ride to the excitement of Cabo san Lucas or you can day trip to La Paz, Todos Santos or Las Brillas. When you are done with all of the exercise, you have a great home to come home to. Jaco even has Shaw TV with most of the channels available. It is in English too! This was our second time staying at Jaco's and it was perfect for our needs once again. Quiet and peaceful with enough space to feel at home. The unit is equipped with newer appliances that work along with all the cooking and serving compliment you need. The unit is kept very clean and fresh, you would not know it was a rental. Where the unit is situated, you are able to have peaceful coffee and meals on the patio and when it is windy get out of the wind. Of course we will be back. The owner was very easy to deal with. He is quick to respond, patient with making up our minds and being very polite. Thank you for sharing your home and we look forward to being back.
