We loved our stay, the cabin is beautiful and the setting even more beautiful!

I loved the secluded area. It’s a very comfy and cozy cabin. I loved the little hidden area in the rocks to sit and relax. The hot tub was matter a long day of hiking. I did not love the climb from the parking area to get to the cabin. Especially when checking in and out. It’s definitely better to pack lightly. It was no fun packing our bags into the cabin and then taking them out when we left. But the seclusion made it a little easier to tolerate the climb. Just pack light.

My husband & I stayed 2 nights with our dog Teddy. We enjoyed hiking, hot tub, grilling out & the view.

This place was absolutely magical! I was a solo traveler and felt completely safe here and so comfortable. The tranquility will be unmatched in any other cabin I’m sure. Thanks so much!

Cabin and location were amazing!! It was exactly what we were hoping for.

This is one of the most relaxing places I've visited and allows me to bring my dog. In fact, we have visited three times. The cabin has everything you will need to simply relax. If you choose to "eat in", there is plenty of dishes, utensils, bakeware and appliances. We enjoyed coffee each morning either on the Adirondack chairs or just sitting on the deck. The cabin also has wifi which is very nice. It is a "hike" to the cabin, but it is worth every step to get there. Recommend packing light with duffel bag or back pack. We also enjoyed the fire pit and hot tub. We visited many local restaurants and enjoyed each one -- RedPoint, Thatchers, Miquels, The Brick, Skybridge, Hops. I only state to check their hours of operation as they are not open every day or if they are, the hours vary. We also enjoyed hiking Daniel Boone Forest and Natural Bridge. The Slade Welcome Center is a great resource to help decide what is best for your activity level. The cabin is nicely located to everything, yet far enough away to have some seclusion. You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at Serenity Falls. The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and just the right size for our family. The scenery was even prettier than the pictures and would offer something beautiful any time of year. Even though the cabin isn't far into the woods, you have tons of privacy. We loved sitting on the porch, by the fire pit, and even just reading in bed surrounded by green on all sides. Being in the woods you expect to encounter some indoor bug friends, but this place was spotless! Kids will love walking down to the creek or to the waterfall area. We had such a nice time and would come back in a heartbeat.

My husband and I booked this trip to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary. We were looking for a fairly private cabin/location in the woods, but with modern conveniences -- Serenity Falls did not disappoint! We loved the layout, scenery, and things like WIFI and TV also worked (in what felt like the middle of no where). We did a little cooking and most of what we needed was available. Location was also very near several touristy experiences (we kayaked and visited Natural Bridge) and not too far from MANY other hiking travels. Local food offerings were not many, but what was available was super tasty. 100% we plan to visit again. Next time we may even stay a week or more and just work remotely for a few days (WIFI will make that possible).

We had a wonderful time on our anniversary getaway! The cabin was perfect and had literally everything we needed. The bed is super comfy and the cabin is very clean. The hot tub was great too. The best part is the view from the deck. We had such a great time and recommend Serenity Falls to anyone considering. Thank you for sharing your wonderful place with us!!!

Excellent place!

Lovely and secluded cabin in the woods with lots of incredible brewing details! Attentive and lovely host that went above and beyond!

The property was absolutely beautiful! It was so private and quiet. The cabin was clean and updated and well kept. It had everything we needed. We would love to come back in the future!

The cabin is surrounded by a horseshoe of rock walls. In that horseshoe area are incredible trees, greenery and tons of birds and a waterfall. It was peaceful, and has everything you need (washer, dryer, etc…). It was just an incredible place to stay! We loved our time there, and would love to return!

there was not one little thing i can say bad about this place it was wonderful and we will be coming back you could not put into words how nice this place is if you like the outdoors my son did not want to leave and the host was so nice and helpful thank you for sharing this wonderful place with everyone it is truly a piece of paradise

For starters the stairs are as advertised. They are not necessary fun to carry all your belongings up them, BUT, its totally worth it. The seclusion is awesome. Great place to relax. The cabin was clean and well stocked. Also has every amenitie you would ever need and some. Only negotiate was the hot tub was not working when we got there. The host was good with communicating this and that they were trying to get it repaired. The host went above and beynd to make the situation right. Thank you.

It was secluded, quiet and peaceful

I want to start out by saying how incredibly kind and thoughtful the owners are! Our car broke down the day before we were due to check out and the owners were very understanding and communicated with us the entire time to make sure we were ok and didn’t need anything. This cabin is everything you could want! The property is beautiful, the cabin is fully stocked and clean. You can tell the owners take a lot of pride in the cabin and all of the unique features are really neat! There is a ton to do just on the property itself, my family and I has an amazing time.

This was the best cabin we’ve stayed at. We took our 12 year old son his 13 year old friend and our 8 year old nephew. They loved the creek and exploring when we go back to Kentucky for vacation we will be staying there again

Wonderful place w/ amazing location!

Best place we have stayed, hands down!! Really enjoyed our stay and we will be back!!! Place was as described and they had everything you need from hairdryer to soap to toilet paper and towels. The walk from the car is up stairs in the hillside and makes the stay more secluded. Well worth the walk up to the cabin which I would classify as about 6 flights of stairs. The host knows what people need for a great trip and have thought through so much. Really appreciate how organized it was. Our trip was perfect!!!

We have stayed at several different properties through VRBO in the Gorge, and this home by far exceeds any standards or expectations that we had. The seclusion and scenery are simply priceless. We thoroughly enjoyed hiking around the property taking it all in. The home itself is perfectly represented and described in the listing details, and we encountered no issues throughout our stay. We will be staying here for all future visits to the Gorge for years to come. Thank you to our hosts for sharing your wonderful property with us!

Great place!

Little slice of heaven, but the stairs and journey to the cabin is NO JOKE! Travel light.

We love staying at Serenity Falls. We’re native plant lovers, and the botanical diversity around the cabin is amazing. And the waterfall, caves, and rock formations—it’s really like having your own tiny little park to explore! The cabin itself is comfy and old school—mismatched dishes, sturdy furniture, nothing fussy or silly. Very comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Lovely firepit. The hot tub is really soothing after a day of climbing around looking at plants. And it’s a dog paradise, as long as your dog is pretty agile and has good recall. Pack light, as the stairs to the cabin are numerous and steep in some places. There’s a strategically placed resting bench if you need it, and it’s a good warm up for the walk/climb to the waterfall. We’re not young (this trip was in celebration of my husband’s 60th birthday) and we’d rate the stairs and the waterfall trail as moderately challenging, but not scary. If you’re an experienced hiker, you won’t bat an eye. If you’re a couch potato, then you might need that bench halfway up, lol. If you decide to leave the canyon (and you might not!), you’re literally minutes away from several restaurants, plus a few souvenir/convenience stores and kayak rental sites. And Natural Bridge State Park is almost next door. Really, Serenity Falls is the perfect blend of privacy, convenience, nature, comfort, and classic cabin living. We’ll be back for a third stay!

We love Serenity Falls. It is the perfect quaint cabin!

We had a great stay. The cabin was in a great location it was close enough to all the great things in RRG but very secluded with no other people in view. You could see the waterfall from the hot tub which was really cool. My kids 5 and 8 like having their own space in the loft. Perfect size for family if 4.

We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one is one of the best! It was one adult and two kids (11 and 13) and everyone loved it. It is really private, peaceful, and just the right size for a family. My kids loved making a fire each night (with s'mores!) and hanging out in the hot tub after a long day of hiking/rock climbing/exploring. The cabin itself is extremely nice with everything that you need right there. The walk up to it is not bad at all and worth it to get a little further from the road. The location of the cabin is unbelievable, right beside a rock climbing company and the Rockhouse. We will be back!!

It is a bit of a walk to get up to cabin, the views are worth it. Privacy, secluded, surrounded by Nature, plenty of windows to take in the views while inside. No matter the temperature, morning Coffee on the back porch is a must! Cup of Joe while listening to the waterfall, taking in the views of all the rock formations of the canyon it is absolutely serene. Great firepit, kitchen has plenty of cookware, great living room and tv for those rainy days.

This property and cabin were fantastic for a quiet weekend away for my husband and I. The owner was super quick with all message responses and she really thought of everything you might need in the cabin. Highly recommend.
