Quite perfect backyard setup for our group. We traveled with 3 families and a bunch of kiddos 11 and under. Between pickball, basketball (with adjustable hoops!), a pool, slide, hottub, putting green with 4 holes...couldn't have been better. Even though we were slated for a 4PM checkin, which is standard, we were able to get in a bit early.
I would love for slightly better communication on the day of and during the stay with the property manager, who conducted a walk through. He was very nice, however, and showed us the basics.
Would recommend for anyone staying with a group similar to ours or even a bachelor/bachelorette party style.
Such wonderful memories. This was our first experience as a family in the mountains of AZ. We typically go south to Florida (we are from Michigan). This was a fabulous changeup and one we won't forget.

Spacious, great for a large group with something for everyone. Non-functioning hair water in one of the master bath vanities, mouse trap with dropping in the family room, need nicer/sharp knives for ease of meal preparation. Plenty of dishes, glassware, towels. Paid for pool heating (extra) and it was really nice as was the hot tub, outdoor grill worked great.

This house was a great location for my family. We had 10 people with littles to bigs and this house had everything we could have wanted and more space than we needed. Response to any question we had was quick and accurate. My only drawback was that the mountain view wasn’t as nice as I would have liked. Would recommend.

The management team was AWESOME. We had some minor issues with the AC in 100+ weather due to the thermostats auto changing settings making it extremely hot overnight. Even with that issue, YOU NEED TO TRY THIS HOUSE OUT! Great setting (Ignore the Neighbors), A LOT OF ROOM for a big gathering and close to a lot of fun places.

Perfect amount of space.
Truly secluded and yet ~20 minutes away from major attractions.
Really responsive owner and property manager.
Clean and as advertised.
Room for improvement:
1. minor issues with most door locks
2. neighbours are opposed to the VRBO property (signs on lawns (3) expressing frustration with short term rentals and one small interaction)
Would stay again.

The house was wonderful! The privacy provided was amazing, a true haven in the desert. The beds were great. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with spices. The pool, sport court, and putting green were a big hit with all ages. It allowed our three-generation family some well-spent time together. Hiking and mountain biking are close by as well. Will definitely be back!

Excellent
This property is just like the pictures show... amazing.
We just got back from a weeks vacation and I don't have any negative things to say. It's a little bit of a drive to some Scottsdale spots (but only 20 min). However, if you are looking for a place for a group that you don't have to leave much, this is the place! The backyard is amazing with the pool, spa, waterslide, putting green, sport court/tennis court, and grilling area. Our young family (kids 6,10,12) just had a blast being outside.
The house is large and has plenty of room for big group gatherings and privacy for everyone.
I recommend this property!

Relaxing Spring Break
Paradise Heights offers pretty much offers everything you'll need for a group getaway. Our group particularly enjoyed utilizing the onsite amenities. The tennis/sport court is great. The pool and hot tub are perfect for a large group. Outdoor grill/dining area is a great space. The putting green added hours of enjoyment for our 18 month old granddaughter. House is well outfitted with kitchen needs, play time equipment, bikes and pool accessories. Only minor drawback (very minor) one whiny neighbor. But that not-withstanding, love the place and definitely return. Anita and Vilmos were great contacts to assist with any questions during our stay.

Great for relaxing
Two families with 5 kids ranged 10-14 — so much fun in pool, hot tub, tennis and sport courts, pool table and big enough inside for privacy when needed. Lots of amenities including pool toys, tennis and bball equipment and bikes! Location is a little remote but close to great hikes. Definitely need a car. Gorgeous lemon trees out front and owners generous with their use!

Mice were an issue
Liked the location and amenities although pool and spa were not heated upon arrival as requested. Management was aware icemaker was not operational, but failed to inform us or to put a bag of ice in the freezer. Overall most areas were clean although we did find mouse droppings daily. Management advised to make sure doors were closed to prevent mice entering, but we could hear mice in the walls. This was not a "one or two" mouse problem. If they could solve the mouse problem this would be a great rental, but as it is I can't recommend it.

Great House, awesome pool and amenities
Awesome house, pictures are very accurate of what the house looked like upon arrival. The only complaint we had was the thermostats changed on their own. Had multiple people wake up with 80-84 degree rooms. Overall great house, awesome location and awesome service. Would recommend!

All in good fun!
This property was spectacular. My friends and I had an excellent stay. The amenities were all that we expected from the pictures and the rooms and climate was exceptionally comfortable. Well worth the money. Will recommend this property to our other friends and family.

Something for Everyone!
We had a group of 6 adults, a couple teens and an 11 year old. This house was terrific! Plenty of room for all and 15-20 mins away from all kinds of things. Pool, hot tub, slide, pool table, card table, putting green, tennis court, basketball, bbq grill, hanging in the courtyards, on the outside furniture, or the huge couch in the living room. Well stocked house. We didn’t want to leave! Very good communication with property managers. One bedroom is a repurposed office and one is off the laundry room so those two don’t have dedicated bathrooms, that’s the only issue among multiple parties really but it’s a small quibble all else said. Grounds are really fantastic. It’s in a neighborhood with horses so we saw people walking horses and heard/saw them each morning. We got grocery and food deliveries here no problem. Would definitely return!

Family trip
We had quite a large group and usually these houses say they are much bigger than they actually are. This house was exactly as advertised! Tons of space for both kids and adults. I would highly recommend this house for a party of 10 or more people. The only issue we had was the pool and hot tub temperatures were either really cool or really hot. Struggled to get that right, but the owner was super responsive and helpful! Will definitely be staying here again down the road.

Hidden Paradise
Nice quiet location with lots of activities without having to leave the premises. Very relaxing. Could use a better cleaning and some minor maintenance but overall a relaxing stay.

Like a Private Resort
There were 12 of us who stayed for 1 week and enjoyed this property immensely. There was plenty of space for everyone and the amenities were outstanding - pool, and spa (although a bit too much chlorine), basketball/tennis court, bar, pool table, you name it you had it. Plus the bedrooms were great and bedrooms very comfy, many have their own private courtyards. The MASTER is amazing - we called it the East Wing - huge room. Overall this was one of the best vacations we ever had and we hope to return soon.

Beautiful Scottsdale Home
This is a very very nice property. The outdoor area is awesome. Great pool, hot tub, sport court, BBQ area, etc....Would absolutely consider staying here again. Couple maintenance issues but nothing major - Thanks for a great week!

Peace in a world of Pandemic
We were terrified to travel with Covid so high in Arizona. Anita was wonderful. We are really happy we traveled. We had a couple of things that didn't work but nothing that ruined our trip. I would definately book with Anita again. The house is beautiful.

Spacious home with great outside amenities
The property is a large house with a nice pool, large tennis/sports court, putting green and grill area. Our family of eight was comfortable and enjoyed the trip. Even in the hot summer heat, there was always something to do. The hosts were helpful in sorting through a number of minor issues. They rapidly responded and handled all the issues they could as quick as could be expected. Overall, I would return to this location if we make another visit to Scottsdale!

Spacious and Comfortable!
This property was perfect for our group of 11 adults. It is spacious and comfortable with a fantastic outdoor area. It is minutes from fantastic golf courses, hiking, and
shopping. The only minor complaint we had is the cleanliness of the outdoor area. It should be wiped down on the day of arrival. Overall this property is perfect!

Birthday get away
For my 50th Birthday I reserved this house I was not disappointed at all minus the insects and little creatures that were around all in all me and my family enjoyed our stay and was very roomy for us all perfect weather couldn’t be better thanks.

Great Girls' Getaway
This house was exactly what we were looking for! We had 8 women on our annual getaway trip. The house was big enough so everyone could have some private space/time and great community areas to hang out and have fun.

Family December Holiday Stay
The home offered 6 king bedrooms (one being 2 twins), a deciding factor for our extended family of 4 couples, very tall single adult, 16 year old. The neighborhood was pleasant & quiet, with good hiking trails nearby.
The tennis court, putting green, pool table were all enjoyed but the weather was too cold for swimming in the pool.
The kitchen was well equipped.
A comment on the bathroom layouts. The master bedroom was overly spacious. It's too bad some of that design space
couldn't have been used to give each bedroom its own bathroom.
Overall, the ten of us enjoyed our 5 night stay!

Great Stay!
The overall stay at the house was very nice. There was plenty of space for our party to spread out and enjoy what the property had to offer. We used the pool daily, but because of some wind, we needed to consistently skim the pool for leaves. Not unexpected, but time consuming. We also cooked most meals on property and therefore used the kitchen and BBQ area quite a bit. The BBQ was great for cooking and the kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals memorable. We needed to do a pre-clean though of most of the dishes/glasses before we used them for the first time. Nothing out of the ordinary, but for the price we pay, you'd expect that not to be an issue. The property manager was great. Always available when we had a question which made our stay very easy. We would definitely come back.

The house was very spacious! Plenty to do right on the property with all the outdoor amenities!
We did pay for the heated pool & hot tub. However, after reading the fine print, we realized we payed an extra $500 to heat both the pool & hot tub one extra degree. This one extra degree took both heating elements to their max capacity. The pool didn’t stay warm, it actually felted rather chilly after the first day or two we were there. We did make sure the pool was covered at night.
This issue was our only concern.

Great layout, tennis court was a hit
The property is beautiful and in a quiet neighbourhood, but grocery is easily accessible and a short drive to the 101. We had one issue with the pool heat when we arrived which was due to a heater malfunction, but once it got up to the right temperature, the pool was ideal. The owner responded quickly to our needs when we had concerns and sent out the appropriate people. There were plenty of towels and starter toiletries, and the washer/dryer was easy to use. We would definitely book again.

Wonderful Vacation Home
Our family and truly enjoyed spending a week at this property. The house is large, clean and comfortable. We used all the amenities - pool, tennis court, hot tub, putting green, outdoor barbecue etc. We paid extra to have the pool warmer as it made it much more enjoyable based upon the cool weather you still get in March at night. We had concerns about staying at this home due to the lack of customer reviews, but I can comfortably say that our family of 10 had a wonderful time and would highly recommend to any larger family.

Paradise for Sure
This property was absolutely perfect for our family which ranged in age from 75 to 1. We celebrated our 50th anniversary with our entire family. There was plenty of room and activities for all. From the basketball court to the swimming pool and hot tub to the several patios, we could all find places to be together or apart. The home was equipped with pool table, poker table, tennis rackets, balls, pool floaties, etc. The six bedrooms were very nice with the master bedroom being incredible. Anita, our property manager, was extremely helpful each time we called with questions. I would recommend this property for anyone needing or wanting a getaway. Also, nearby is the new Odysea Aquarium which we visited and enjoyed.
