The beds were comfortable. It was fairly quiet in the hallways. Lots of electrical plugs to recharge our tech devices. Nice shower and amenities on the wall. Comfortable chair and rolling table. People at the front desk were friendly.

First impression: water and lemon in a dispenser leaking all over the table and floor of lobby. Five maids and their gear and dirty laundry and resupply boxes are blocking the ONLY hallway leading to the elevator and our room. The maids are not happy that we have to drag our luggage and bags through their piles while they resupply their carts. Why does this happen here? The room: The room smelled musty and hit us in the face every time we walked in the room. Hoping the a/c would clear the air, I turned it on. But the a/c wouldn't work and the room was warm, making it worse. I had to call the front desk to get it going. How do I reach the front desk? There was a phone, but no list of numbers. I had to google the number and use my cell to call downstairs. Ridiculous. But at least there was a bible and book of mormon in the desk drawer! Phew. No table or pen to write with. The main floors were sticky with visible streaks and ground in dirt. No fan in the bathroom. No toilet seat cover and the towels are hung above the toilet. Ewwww. Teeny tiny sink area. Upholstered chair had stains on seat so I had to cover it with a towel. The 36-inch "patio" had chairs and table that overlooked a/c units. Hot and icky. Kept the windows closed. Made the room very cave like and dingy.

Shower gave us some trouble but room was clean and comfortable.

when I arrived I found a pill shoved in a towel, it seems that they cleaned the bed and the trash cans before I arrived but the guest before me probably didn’t use the towels so the house keeping did not change out the towels. well there was a pill sitting on top of the towel.

Front desk mean Asian woman refused to show us a room lobby smelled like cigarettes and booze and she went out of her way to be a complete Karen. We had to cancel reservation and go to another hotel

Great place to stay. Very friendly staff which we appreciated. Very clean and accommodating. The coffee is Starbucks, great coffee. We chose the hotel for the rate and location, close to the mayo Clinic. Very nice stay!

Pay breakfasts, however the rate was very good compared to other hotels. We did not need a breakfast, however house coffee would have been nice.
