No complaints here. We had a great time!

This property was great! We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed all the amenities (pool, hot tub, pool table) along with the river side view (even had a dolphin come right up to our dock once). Property was in great shape. Beds were comfortable. Great communication with property manager. Neighborhood is great for walking around, ease of access to groceries and beaches. We will definitely be back! Thank you for the great stay!

Very nice home with lots of room to roam. Pool very warm and nice view. Could of used small things like more toilet paper, garbage bags etc but overall very nice.

The pictures are deceiving. The house and pool are great, but there is no privacy on the right side of the yard. The next door neighbors pool looks down over this pool and hot tub. You can also see into the living room of the house, since there are all windows and no blinds or curtains anywhere in the living room. If you dont care about privacy, this house is great. Though it does need some upkeep and still no shingles on the roof.

The view from this home is outstanding, in fact, it was the entire reason we reserved this house. With that being said, our entire group of 8 adults felt like this home is in need of maintenance. Our communication with Claudia was wonderful, she always answered promptly and was very helpful. Check in time is 4:00, we had our groceries scheduled to be delivered at 4:00. We received a text that groceries were delivered at 3:00. We drove to the house to ensure they weren't sitting outside. There were no groceries outside, so I looked inside and saw our groceries in the foyer. The cleaning staff opened the door and we apologized for the mix up, asking if we could put the cold items in the refrigerator; she told us they would be fine in the foyer for an hour. When we returned, some of our groceries were melted, but we salvaged what we could. We understood the 4:00 check in, so we didn't cause a fuss over the mishap. Each couple started to settle in the rooms, and the couple in the guest room on the ground level noticed the glass window French doors did not have curtains on them, this was a bit of a privacy concern. They found sheets in the closet to drape over the doors, but the sheets in the closet were all wet. We then discovered most of the sheets hanging in each closet were wet. Again, we didn't plan on using those sheets, so we didn't fuss over it. It looked as if the owners are getting ready to put a new roof on the property, as there were no shingles or roof material on the house. We saw several spots on the roof where there was obvious water damage to the home. We then discovered a pretty significant leak in the ceiling of the workout room. It had obviously been there for quite some time, as the ceiling was molded all around the leak. We placed a trash can under the leak to catch the water, and alerted the cleaning crew, who happened to be at the home next door. They told us that we needed to contact the property owner. With as long as the leak has obviously been there, shouldn't they have already made the property owner aware? Our next issue was hot water. None of the showers had HOT water, only lukewarm. The sinks and the bathtubs all had hot water. I texted Claudia and she asked us to let them run, as it takes time for the hot water to travel to each shower. That never worked, and we didn't want to waste vacation time dealing with a plumber. Lights throughout the house would randomly turn off and on, there are obvious electrical issues.

Great location. Beautiful view of river. Large bedrooms, nice pool table and workout room. But, propererty is worn. Needs some upkeep. Nice for family -lots of room.

The location/house is absolutely stunning! There was a bit of confusion between the cleaning crew and management where the crew didn't have anyone scheduled to be check-in until the next day. But management handled it wonderfully and paid for our dinner. Overall it didn't hinder or ruin our trip at all!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very spacious, the house and the pool were very clean and the location couldn't be more perfect being right on the water. Plenty of great places to eat very close to the property.

Absolutely Stunning

I would have to agree with other reviews about the house being on the older side. Tons of cosmetic issues you can't see in pictures. Quirky lighting issues. Pool table is a little fast for a competitive game. However, waking up every morning to that view..... worth 10 stars. I still think about it. My Zillow searches reflect that. Well worth the price being charged.

This house was perfect for a girls weekend get away. The pool is amazing and the river view is great. We saw dolphins on many occasions.

We had a great time. The 4th bedroom had glass doors, so not much privacy for that couple. The dumpster was overflowed when we got there, and we had to pick garbage up all over the street that the garbage men left behind. This was not a all the properties fault and they did bring us dumpster bags to use the rest of the week. The owners were very easy to work with. The pool was warm and clean. The hot tub was clean and fun. Music was great. We did have to buy a kettle and cutting board during our stay, but we picked that up at the many thrift stores in the area. If i had the opportunity, I would stay here again.

Just what we were looking for! Private pool & hot tub!

My husband, our 11 year old son and I went to amazing house for Thanksgiving week, we weren’t sure with the pandemic going on that we were going to be able to do anything once we got to Florida. Almost everything was open and I still only left the house to go the Publix (Supermarket) the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to get Thanksgiving dinner, otherwise I wanted to sit outside from the moment I woke up to the moment I went to bed because listening the the River and looking at all the boats going up and down the River right next to the house was amazing! The screen protected us from not only bugs but from wind too! It was 85 and sunny the entire time we were there except for the 1st day, there were huge wind gusts but we couldn’t feel them, the only time I felt the gusts were when I went outside of the screen door to check the temp of the pool and my phone flew out of my hands, I almost blew away lol but once I went back in, no more winds! We actually had the fan on too outside at the big table which keeps you cooler during those 85 degree days! They had games, a lot in German but we played Monopoly and Yahtzee outside in the evenings with the music on (yes music outside at the table, bar and jacuzzi) and then pool almost every night too on their beautiful pool table!! The only downside was when I went to check the pool temp, it said 55 degrees on it (which is freezing) and I came for the heated pool, we have one in New England but can only use it for a few months and I only like the pool to feel like bath water, but Diana sent someone out the next day to look at it, it’s now Wednesday (the day before Thanksgiving) and by Friday morning at 9am, there was a guy who installed a brand new pool heater and set it really warm, that we were in it that night! It took hours to heat but that was only 3 and a half days out of the 6 and a half days and it was a holiday, so we played games, pool and went in the jacuzzi to pass time! Internet worked throughout the house! We slept in the downstairs master and our son slept in the King Blue room in the back upstairs and the internet worked for schoolwork and to play his games and the internet worked perfectly outside at the pool area, jacuzzi area, and our master suite! My husband and I didn’t watch tv because they only have Netflix/Prime but my son watched YouTube videos! Guess TV is only in living room which we never even went into except to turn the outside music on! Can’t wait to go back again and again!

My new wife and I had a great time. A lot of fun restaurants nearby, and a fully furnished kitchen where was able to cook a full steak dinner. And the sunrise over the bay was spectacular. If we needed anything the owner was very informative and accommodating.

All was good. Enjoyed the pool and pool table. Had fun. Great view on the water. Everything was clean. Beds comfortable.

This is what dreams are made of! Screened in pool and hot tub. Fishing off the dock. Beautiful sunrises. And quick responsive owners! Need I say more? Thanks for the incredible experience!

Enjoyed sitting by the pool watching boats travel up and down the river

The pictures look better than the actual house, the upper part of the house and outside needs better cleaning. The pool in the morning was always dirty with little flies everywhere.. it’s not really anybody’s fault just annoying to clean every morning You will need to bring your own soaps and dishwasher the house it self didn’t have any Had a problem with the fridge Diane was quick to respond and send someone the very next morning. Overall a good stay..

This home had amazing views, very very clean, enough room for my family & Diana was great to work with. Would rent it again.

We had just the perfect vacation traveling with my husband, mother and children. The house is exactly as pictured with breathtaking water views, great layout with plenty of space, well stocked with all the comforts of home, clean, beautifully decorated and let me not forget to mention COMFORTABLE beds!!!. We fished off the dock every morning, afternoon and evening. We did bring our own equipment but I do believe there is equipment at the home to use . The patio gets direct sunlight making for great pool days and the pool actually is at the perfect temperature not warm or too cold, perfectly refreshing. Hot tub was clean and relaxing after a long beach /pool day. We enjoyed many outdoor dinners on the patio soaking in that stunning view. Neighborhood was quiet, safe and great for my morning runs. The home is close to plenty of shops and restaurants and about a 25 minute drive to Fort Myers Beach. We also were able to visit Sanibel and Captiva island, a 40 minute picturesque drive and well worth it. I did not have any issues with WiFi as some others had expressed in their reviews, while the signal was weaker in the upstairs rooms we had no issue being able to work when we had to or use our devices. Communication with Diana was easy and she was always quick to respond with any questions we had. We will most definitely stay again or even seek out their other rental properties when traveling with other family and friends.

Our family of four stayed in this home for a week. The home itself was very dated. The home appears to need a new roof. There were several moisture spots in different rooms and it even started leaking on top of the dinning table where I put a bowl to collect the water. The house (around the doors, windows, outdoor bar), pool and Jacuzzi were FULL of bugs. I was surprised with the screen but there may be a tear because they were everywhere. I contacted the Manager upon arrival, to let her know the pool was full of bugs since my kids wanted to get in and we couldn't find a pool net. She told me that the pool cleaner would be at the house on Tuesday, it was Saturday. I had to get plastic cups and have the kids play a game to clean the bugs out as much as possible...every day, except Tuesday. The toilet off the kitchen never flushed and the home had no plungers. There were minimal pots and pans in the home. A week after our stay, the Manager deducted a fee for a "dirty" grill. We had only used the grill once because (of course) there was barely any propane to heat a hot dog. After we did, I personally cleaned the grill and the small tray underneath. I had seen the sign of rules at the entrance saying there would be a fee so who wouldn't have cleaned it?! Overall, we made the best of our stay, but I can not say I would recommend it to anyone at all. If you do decide to stay here, know that the home is not well equipped with much of anything and don't grill a thing!

Enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral as always. Diana is very pleasant to work with.

Outside: Pool area needs work, especially the hot tub. Hard water stain and age has made it less pleasant to sit in. The pool was a good size, but we kept finding frogs and various bugs in the pool. I asked the manager how to turn on the pool filtration system but did not hear back. Dock: Caught some catfish but the boat docked really impairs casting ability. I think there were some rods in the garage with missing reels, so come prepared. Materials: We went during COVID so we made sure to wipe the entire house down ourselves and used nothing provided, so best to ask before arrival. Bedrooms: Master has a good layout, big bathroom, and lots of storage space. The larger upstairs bed was very uncomfortable. The other room upstairs had a comfortable mattress, but the lighting in there kept flickering like crazy. I cannot attest to the sheets or duvets; we took our own. Bathrooms: Good size and all have a shower. Upstairs had quite a lot of mildew in the floor tile, this house has started showing some age so I guess it’s expected. Also, really annoying, the upstairs bathroom did not have a shower caddy. Laundry: I don't think I have seen such an old machine in 15 years, super slow and loud but works. Kitchen: Some cabinets loose, no trash bags for replacement. Stove is electric and cooks super slow. Otherwise functional. Wifi: I asked BEFORE booking if the Wi-fi was stable because I had seen another complaint and was told yes. Worked the first day then stopped! Diana offered to send someone, but we cleaned the house head to toe so that was not an option. This should have been fixed beforehand, especially since I emphasized the need for it!!! Safety: This is where we ran into some MAJOR problems. The neighbor house, same company, jumped over to come look at a docked boat then AGAIN at night, which I was promised would be removed but never was! NOTE: there is no security system!! Communication: Was great leading up to stay, and during first few days. Did not hear back on some concerns, but it was fine. Did not reply after for a problem during check out so I guess it was just until they got their money. Closing: We were trying to leave the house clean and pack at the same time for such an early checkout. Ended up being 30 min late, the cleaning lady and a guy showed up. As I am frantically trying to find a mask he walks in through the garage UNMASKED!!! This was beyond rude and unprofessional!! Left on a very sour note, to an otherwise good stay.

This home had everything we needed and every bit of what we wanted! From the first day of communication, I was impressed with the promptness of responses with Diana. Always accommodating. I had a question while on property and it was quickly responded to. Will absolutely stay again or use one of their other properties!

From the moment we walked in the house we knew that it was going to be a great week. The house has amazing views. As soon as you walk through the front door you can see straight out to the pool and river. The photos shown on VRBO are accurate. The house is beautiful and the pool is at the perfect temperature. We had a pool pump issue and Diana had someone there in 5 minutes. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to cook meals. Pool towels are also available in the house. The house is in a great location with lots of restaurants nearby. Make sure to go check out Ft. Myer's beach which is about 20 minutes away. We did some para-sailing, jet skiing and kayaking. All great experiences. You will not be disappointed in renting this house. Highly recommend.
