From the moment we arrived at Punta Arena we were truly in awe of the beauty of Bucerias! Chris’ 3D condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed for an amazing and relaxing stay! The view from every sliding glass door and even the front door are so beautiful. We spent hours on the balcony enjoying the view of Bucerias and the Bay of Banderas! Even enjoyed some amazing lightening shows that lasted all night some nights! We had just come from an enjoyable stay in Puerto Vallarta in the Romantic Zone, where we had stayed for five days. It was beautiful, but very busy and noisy and we need to relax.. After PV we then headed to Bucerias for our first time and enjoyed the quieter and calmer pace. Chris was very pleasant and helpful each time I talked to him or texted with him and all the staff including Teresa were always so helpful and lovely We hope to return soon to Bucerias and to the 3D condo at Punta Arena.

The unit is beautiful and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. It is very well furnished, cleaned, and decorated and provided every amenity needed in a condo. There is plenty of seating, both inside and outside the unit. The view of the ocean/bay is incredible. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, within walking distance. It’s much quieter than other areas, which we loved. We definitely look forward to returning to this unit.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Chris' beautiful condo at Punta Arena. The location was amazing - a short walk to shops & restaurants. I couldn't stop looking at the beach via the infinity pool, it was gorgeous. The pool was amazing too. The unit was gorgeous, exactly as described. It was well-outfitted for the two of us. I could enjoy my morning coffee while I watched my husband fish from the beach. We did travel during the pandemic, so we may have gotten an even more relaxing vacation as there were few tourists. Please note - we traveled VERY safely by masking-up any time we were interacting with people or shopping. Bucerias is a wonderful location with such nice people. For future travelers...consider eating at the family taco stands in El Centro - so delicious! Thanks again, Chris!

This is very comfortable and well equipped condo overlooking the bay. The property is very well maintained. Lovely pool. Helpful staff. We had a couple problems with the fridge that were immediately attended to by the manager. Good experience.

We stayed at Chris & Sue's place in Jan 2020 and we cannot wait to go back next year! The unit was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen well stocked in terms of dishes, silverware, pots/pans, the furnishing comfortable and up-to-date, etc--in short, the unit itself is great! But it is the views and the location that really set it apart! The deck is the perfect place to relax--to have coffee in the morning watching the waves come in and, later in the day, to have drinks watching the sunset. Our afternoons were primarily spent poolside, with brief breaks to play in the ocean waves. The hardest decision of each day was where to go for dinner--there are many wonderful restaurants within a few minutes walk (one of our favorites was right next door!). And both Chris and Sue (and their property manager Theresa) were all great to work with. We have stayed at other units/complexes in Bucerias...this one is by far the best!

The Unit itself and the overall facility and grounds are well maintained. The facility is conveniently located to restaurants and shopping.

We (2 couples) stayed at Chris & Sue’s condo Nov. 2 -9. First time for all of us to visit Mexico. Can’t think of a better way to enjoy the comforts of home and the beauty of Mexico. Chris & Sue’s condo was beautiful and comfortable with a million dollar view. Their condo’s proximity to many restaurants, bars and the town centre of Bucerías was easily walkable. The information and tips Chris & Sue’s provided at the beginning of our stay was so helpful... we were never at a lost for something to do or choosing a recommended restaurant. We totally recommend this condo if you are looking for a relaxing and adventurous holiday. Thank you Chris & Sue!

We love the Bucerías area and have found the Daniels’ condo to be a wonderful place to stay. It is beautifully decorated and full of all the conveniences to make it feel like home,. The beach is one of the best for those who enjoy daily walks and one always feels safe whether on the beach or in town. The short walk to the market area makes it easy to shop or go to one of the many great eateries. This is truly a little piece of heaven.

Our week here exceeded expectations: clean & modern condo with a phenomenal balcony overlooking Bay and easy walking to services in a quiet town/village. Thanks to owners for their detailed instructions & recommendations. It was a wonderful experience and we hope to return.

FANTASTIC!!

This condo and property surpassed all our expectations even after reading all the reviews before making our reservation. Chris makes it easy to rent and is extremely fast in responding. The condo is well appointed. The view is amazing and we loved being lulled to sleep by the sound of the ocean. It is a very peaceful and quiet location with no loud music from nearby establishments and no discos which made for a very relaxing and family friendly vacation. The staff is friendly and the property is meticulously maintained, and having stayed during low season, only a handful of units were occupied and at times we were the only ones at the pool. Beach vendors are not a problem as in many areas of Puerto Vallarta. If you want to be waited on for food and drinks there is Sukha's next door which also offers beach palapas to use while patronizing and enjoying your beach activities throughout the day; or you can simply take your order with you and walk about 100 feet and your back at the condo pool. We will definitely look to rent from Chris again when planning our next trip.

This condo is really nice as well as the complex. I have stayed in the same complex for the past 3 years and in different units. This is probably the nicest condo complex in Bucerias. Walking distance to the town square and many restaurants to chose from. The pool was drained 2 days before our departure. Contacted owner and informed me that the property management company changed the dates of the pool work. There were no beach chairs in the unit so owner contacted property manager and had her obtain a couple of beach chairs so we could sit on the beach since the pool was out of the question. Would definitely stay in this condo in the future.

Everything you need,you are right in middle of town on the beach. Secure building with security on at all times. I don't want to leave..

This beautiful condo is located right on the beach in the small town of Bucerias, about 15 miles north of Puerto Vallarta, providing a peaceful and enjoyable stay away of the bustle of the big city. Everything is just a short walk from the condo: great restaurants, city main plaza, open markets, great shopping, and a beach you can enjoy with no crowds. All this with spectacular sunsets on a huge deck with your condo.

Chris has an amazing condo with a very large and beautiful deck with comfortable loungers and chairs. The view is spectacular and for us there is nothing better than staying right on the ocean and hearing the sounds of the waves as you drink your morning coffee. The Condo was extremely clean and Teresa was available by texting her if there were any problems, it is so nice to have someone if you do need them. The condo was so tastefully decorated and has everything one needs. The pool area is one of the best we have ever stayed at, and we have travelled extensively. It's large so we could always have our own space and we loved the infinity pool. Also the temperature of the pool was perfect. We highly recommend this condo and would stay there again. We decided to finally visit Bucerias - long on our bucket list - in low season, and we're glad we did. We're typically Puerto Vallarta types - love the hustle-bustle, great entertainment, dozens of fine dining establishments. But for someone who really wants to chill out, low season in Bucerias will give you that in spades. The accommodations are upscale and spotless, and the owners are engaged. The staff was friendly - each and every one of them. The pool is one of the nicest we've experienced, and we travel extensively. One important thing worth mentioning...we've traveled so often and for so long that we almost expect the occasional random thing to go wrong - and that can happen at any time. One such breakdown occurred during this trip, and the owners acted quickly and responsibly. That isn't always the case with resort-style properties and absentee owners, so we give them extra points for that.

My husband and I were looking for a quick, quiet getaway to Bucerias and this beautiful condo was even more than we expected. It is centrally located which made walking to restaurants easy. When we weren't eating at fun little restaurants, we spent the majority of our time in the pool and relaxing in the condo. Chris (the owner) was amazing to work with. We could go back in a heartbeat!

This property is amazing ...has an incredible view ...a million-dollar view ...that we enjoyed for the entire week!! We only went out for dinner once because eating on the deck was superb to any other place with an ocean view. We’ve already booked for next year and cannot wait to get back there ..you will not be disappointed with this property ...our only hope is that we can continue to enjoy this vacation condo and book before anyone else does when we want to enjoy our annual sister week vacation together. This is our second yr staying at this beautiful condo! It was even a more enjoyable experience as we stayed this time for two weeks ! This condo has everything, best location in Bucerias, beautifully decorated, very well maintained, AND so fully equipped, you will feel like you have come home ! Chris the owner is a delight to work with ! All the information he provides is so helpful! And last but not least , the view from the third floor is spectacular! We have rented from Chris and Sue for five years in a row. What a fantastic place. Every year we extended our stay and this year (2017) had eight weeks here in paradise. Great restaurants all over town, a perfect beach, consistent warm sunny weather, friendly people. All kinds of activities, bikes for rent, horseback riding, kayaks, fishing, just great. In fact, we loved it so much we bought a condo of our own in the same building. If you are among the lucky few who get to spend time here, count your blessings.

Thank you very much for the rental of your fantastic condo. We loved being close to the little fishing village of Bucerius as well as a short ride into Puerto Vallarta. With Bucerius being right next door we were able to eat out at one of the many great restaurants just down the street. Our best meals were the meals we cooked ourselves in your great european kitchen and beach bbq. We were able to watch global news back home, on your starchoice receiver, while having a fresh cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the beach and ocean. Kids loved it and we will be back again.
