Of the several short term rentals, this one is one of the best I've stayed. The owners have put on obvious effort to make this look like a place you want to live in. Location is great. Just on the edge of the shopping lane of Estes. Quiet area, too. Will book again.

Condo right in the heart of Estes park and at the foot of Rocky mountain national park. Convenient to the grocery store. Right above the coffee shop where we had coffee every day. Art and shopping with the beautiful stream right there was our daily morning thing. Parking very easy. Stocked kitchen. One thing you should do is install a signal booster for the wifi. Otherwise A plus.

It was in a great ares. It was walkable to everything we needed.

We loved the location. Convenient to EVERYTHING! So glad we had the AC in July. We had some really hot days. People watching off the balcony was also great.

We loved the location of this rental.We went right downstairs and could walk the river walk or shop. We saw elk from the balcony and in the parking lot across the street. Parking was convenient and we always had a spot.The rental was bigger than we expected and had enough room to park our two bikes inside. We slept 5 comfortably. Seating in the living area was for 3 but we expected that based on the listing. We were very pleased with the unit and appreciated the soaps, detergent, etc that was stocked. We would 100% stay here again.

We will definitely stay again! Loved the location downtown with ease of access to RMNP and downtown Estes. Walking distance for everything in between. Perfect place for our family of 5. No problems with anything and Andy was excellent at responding to us the one time we called him. Thank you again-we didn’t want to leave.

Condo was in a great location. Parked once and then easy walking or shuttle ride everywhere. Condo was extremely clean and roomy. Check in was a breeze.

We were looking forward to a weekend of relaxation. When booking, I specifically checked waterfront, as listening to the water is so calming. We arrived to see that while the building is on the water, the unit itself was not. And the road noise was pretty loud. Furniture was uncomfortable and too small for the space, couldn't seat the 4 of us in the family room at once. Tv was smaller than a computer screen. Beds were comfortable. The unit was clean. Nothing wrong but definitely not a comfy, relaxing place.

We completely enjoyed our stay here and Andy was very easy to communicate with and was very helpful. There was a small issue the tv, but he came up with a solution asap. We will definitely stay here again without question. We recommend staying here to anyone that loves the park and the convenience of all the shops and restaurants within walking distance. Thanks Andy!

Location is convenient and beautiful. Stay was clean and worked well for our overnight stay in Estes.

A bit more security for this unit is needed. Halls and outside doors open 24/7 but unit without personal security items such as door peephole and chain or bar inside security. Also no fire extinguisher. Had a couple hour power outage and there was no emergency flashlight and one 9volt battery that was needed for a smoke detector which needed to be changed since wouldn't work with power out. Also no matches for candles that were present in condo. Unit does need some TLC ie repair of lg. burner on stove which works only on high, coffee maker which continually alerted of need for system cleaning procedure, replace skillet that had baked in rancid odor that transfered to scrambled eggs and better supply of bathroom towels. Description on-line stated it was well-appointed kitchen but couldn't find basic such as dish soap. You have a great location but need a few weeks! Thanks.

We had an amazing time here. The property was clean and nicely furnished--the owner left great instructions. The downtown location was perfect for us, and our puppy loved the river walk. We will definitely be back!

This is one we’ll stay at again. Great location, super nice place and outstanding property manager (Andy). Parked our car day one and didn’t have to drive again until we left. Close to everything. Rent this place-you won’t be disappointed!

Very nice property in a great location close to shopping and restaurants and close proximity to RMNP. Our dogs enjoyed the walking path that was very close by as well. We appreciated all the little extras provided in the kitchen and throughout the loft.

My sister, sister-in-law and I took our mother here to celebrate her 94th birthday! She uses either a walker or wheelchair. The place accommodated that very well. Great location. We could walk to lots ofrestaurants and shopping.

It was an over priced stay. Cleaner was still there when we checked in at 3:10. Andy wasn’t very good at communicating. Was there for a wedding and we were an hour past check out and received a hostile call from Andy. Paid $430 for one night he was mad about us not leaving at 10. Don’t get me wrong we should’ve been out but we were not even there for a day. Andy is kind of a dick and we didn’t make a mess at all. Grabbed lunch and drove by the place again on way out of town and the cleaners were just chilling on the balcony. Don’t recommend

The location was amazing! River walk right behind the property. Andy was good about communication, how to check in, etc. didn’t feel like the place was super super clean, but just okay. Everything provided that we needed. Check out was really a breeze, didn’t really ask much of us. Really just a perfect spot and the two bedroom was great for our family especially with having a baby. Thanks for letting us stay!

I have come to Estes for years yet this downtown Elkhorn Ave condo is the best little spot. This condo was very comfortable and perfect for my family of 4. I was contacted and given all necessary information before hand so that I knew where to park, door code, local advice, etc. She was amazing to work with. We will def be back!

Very comfortable, clean and great location! The pullout couch was saggy and very uncomfortable. If you don’t need to use the pullout, there is nothing left to be desired. Good space for hanging out.

Perfectly located loft in the heart of Estes Park. Our loft was clean and cozy with all the essentials to make you feel at home. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from our balcony. You can walk to almost anything from this location (shops, parks, ice cream parlor, restaurants, river walk, and Lake Estes). After hiking in the Rocky Mountain Nation Park it was nice to come back to our loft and walk to local places to eat without having to get back in the car. We enjoyed eating at The Egg of Estes (across the street), Claire's Restaurant, Poppy's, and celebrating our 18th anniversary at Dunraven with a lake view. Make sure you reserve a pass to get into the Rocky Mountain National Park. Walking in the snow on our way to Dream Lake and Emerald Lake was amazing. If you need a more manageable walk, then try Bear Lake. We already miss the beauty of Estes Park.

Could use a seasonal deep clean and a few things needed some upkeep but nothing that took away from our stay. Was very grateful for the full kitchen and everything available for our use. It gets a tad noisy in the morning and evenings due to traffic but it didn't interfere with our sleep. We expected this also due to location. It could use a few updates, kitchen table and chairs were needing a little TLC and for our family of four, one more chair in the living room would have been wonderful. I truly enjoyed my stay. The place was clean, nicely decorated and furnished with all the creature comforts of home. Andy is a very hospitable host, and was very responsive to question and requests. We will definitely book with him again when we visit RMNP!
