With 3 bedrooms and a loft this rental fit our family’s needs. The kitchen is well equipped and enjoyable to use. We love Frisco and being near Main Street and the marina is a big plus.

We have stayed at this property before. It is very well stocked and comfortable. The location is excellent. The large eating area is perfect for family meals after skiing.

Amazing location, house, and parking. We absolutely loved our time in Frisco and would not hesitate to come back. Pet-friendly as well which is always a bonus and we were able to bring our dog with us. 10/10

Every bedroom has its own bathroom. Lots of room for hanging out. Cable TV didn’t work in upstairs bedroom. The steam shower was great. A block off Main St. I would rent this again next year.

This property was perfect for our family. Our teenager got his space in the main level bedroom, our 9 and 11 years olds shared the bunk room, and mom and dad took the loft. Everyone had their own bathrooms, and the steam shower was wonderful after a day on the slopes! Walking distance to Main Street and great food!

Well appointed kitchen makes family meals a joy. Clean, comfortable furnishings. I failed to see the owner's email regarding the smartlock and was challenged, however all was resolved. Another wonderful VRBO experience.

I gave this a 4 star rating only because of the door lock. There are 2 push button locks on the door and you only have the code for one, if the bottom gets locked by accident you are locked out until the owner gives you the code. It was a challenge to get a code that actually worked, once it did all was okay but stressful never knowing if you were going to be able to get in. However, the owner was extremely helpful in this situation. The condo was clean and all the necessities were available. The kitchen was well stocked. The condo is renovated with all the bells and whistles if you are a remote control type of person. Nice stove and oven, quiet dishwasher and disposal, a must while family gathers in the kitchen/living area. The downstairs living area is a bit cramped and uncomfortable for watching tv; however, the loft is a much better place for this activity. Beds are average, yet, comfortable. Blinds are remote controlled, took us a minute to locate this. Steam room is a huge bonus, great for steamy showers after a day on the slopes and the humidity it provides the condo is great. Huge washer and dryer! The condo is peaceful, lots of parking if you park behind one another. Residents chip in and shovel the sidewalk and a plow is there for the parking lot. Unpacking and packing the car is a challenge being on the second floor; but, to be expected in this single 4 condo building. No carts or elevator and if you’re staying upstairs there’s another flight of stairs. All being said, the cleanliness, comforts, and necessities provided make this an A for sure while grading. The easy access to the owners is an A+, very helpful. They have put a lot of care and thought into their condo to make it a home for your vacation as it shows in so many ways. Very close to Breckinridge and Keystone!! Lots to do if you are not a skier. Main Street is a short block away and lots of shops, restaurants, pubs and boutiques plus coffee shops. Safeway is around the corner as is Walmart. City Market and REI are a short exit away. I recommend this condo highly due to all the amenities and the cleanliness and care the owners put into this. Thank you for a truly remarkable Christmas Vacations with all the comforts of home.

The pictures on the listing don't do the property justice, it's much nicer than expected. There were some minor communication issues, and the layout of the unit is very very odd, however for 8-10 people this is an excellent unit in the middle of Frisco!

Really comfortable condo, 3 large bedrooms, each with its own full bath, sunny, nice balcony/deck with gas grill. location is fantastic, a block from Main Street but on a dead end street so very quiet, plenty of parking. Recently remodeled, highly recommend this unit. We had a fantastic time.

We had 11 family members staying comfortably in this condo. We especially loved the large island that we all gathered around to eat and play cards! The location was fabulous! We enjoyed the lake, fishing in the river and the fun shopping, eating and drinking in the town of Frisco, all within minutes of this location.

This property was spacious with plenty of room to move around! The kitchen was stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. The condo was located within walking distance of Main Street with restaurants and shopping making for a relaxing stay.

Great location and the house had everything you could possibly need. Was very spacious and the 4 bathrooms were so convenient. Parking was easy. The large kitchen counter and bar stools were comfortable and fun for family games.

Beautifully remodeled home with everything a family might need. Just a block or two from Frisco's main street with great shopping and dining, yet removed sufficiently to be quiet and traffic free.

We are back for second time here. Fantastic location close to town and the RecPath. Kitchen well stocked.

The property was great. I booked this specific location bc it was dog friendly but when I went through the booking process, it never asked me to report if there were in fact going to be any dogs. When I got the instruction email two days before the trip, I was to confirm that it was still going to be 4 adults and 0 dogs. I emailed back saying we would have two dogs and was asked to pay via venmo $75 extra per dog. Just felt odd. Like I said, the property was great, but being asked to venmo more money for something I wasn’t asked to report in the first place, felt wrong.

We rented this condo for two families to go skiing and have a good time. The condo is beautiful and a great location. It had everything we needed.

Worked perfectly for 3 couples. Family gathering. Close walk to town.

Recently updated, the condo is comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the location, check-in was easy, and communication with the owners fast and reliable. We had our dog with us and it is a great location to set off hiking or biking. Overall would recommend for small and large groups for all seasons recreation in the Colorado Rockies.

This property is everything as advertised. The 3 bedrooms are spacious with full bathrooms connected to each one. The kitchen island is FABULOUS and seats 8 people. It is located two short blocks from Frisco where you will find a variety of eating locations. The owners were quick to respond when we had a few small issues. We had a wonderful time in this newly renovated property!

We had a great stay at this Frisco home. Great space, updated with everything you need for a nice stay. We really enjoyed how close it was to Main Street Frisco. We walked to everything we wanted to do.

Great, quiet location in Frisco. Tennis court and bike bath right beside property. Amazing huge island in kitchen...great for large group. Loved the updated bathrooms with all the bedrooms! Would definitely stay here again. Very clean!

My husband and I and our daughters and their boyfriends enjoyed a quick weekend vacation from Denver here during the pandemic. We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoyed the big kitchen and the supersized island. There was construction on the building and the workers seemed to be the only other ones there most of the time. Very walkable to Frisco's main street and we especially enjoyed the tennis courts right across the street.

The 3 separate sleeping areas were great and the steam shower was a nice bonus!
