We are a group of five retired people who came up to Santa Ynez to taste the local wines and also go on a farm tour at Folded Hills Winery. We had a great time and the house and it’s bigger than it appears in the photos! The house is very well equipped with a beautiful kitchen that contains everything a good chef would need! It was cold out, so we were not able to use the pool and spa, or the amazing patio areas, but we did use the gas bbq which works great. The wood burning fireplaces worked great in the evening while we played trivial pursuit & drank the fine wine that we brought home. We would like to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of backyard oasis! We would highly recommend this house and Host 😊

Peaceful neighborhood and full of amenities. A real winner

The home is absolutely beautiful. Spotlessly clean and very well-appointed. Everything is comfortable and the owners have provided a large number of thoughtful amenities. Would absolutely recommend and/or use this location again.

We had an amazing weekend at this beautiful home! My husband and I, along with two other couples, enjoyed all that the home had to offer. The backyard was gorgeous with several areas to sit and relax, enjoy our morning coffee, play games, and sip a glass of wine. We grilled steaks over the open fire pit while playing corn hole and enjoyed an evening soak under the stars in the hot tub. This home was very spacious and the beds were so comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and great for cooking. The home was perfectly situated between Santa Ynez, Los Olivos, Los Alamos and Ballard where we enjoyed some amazing meals and wine tasting. Our host, Connie, was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. We hope to make it back soon!

Way too short to take advantage of all the house had to offer (only 2 nights and a day) but the home and yard was beautiful and I would recommend it to anyone. Very spacious!

The description and photos do not do the actual home justice. This is not just a house it was a home. It was spacious, well decorated and gave a welcoming vibe. We all would highly recommend this property.

The house was fabulous but because of our family wedding obligations we did not get to enjoy all the property had to offer. Wonderful pool and hot tub, outdoor kitchen and a gourmet kitchen inside as well. Wonderful house and property in a quiet neighborhood close to lots of restaurants and shopping.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location is great and the house was fantastic. Will keep this in mind for our next visit to the area.

Second time stay to enjoy the beautiful outdoor space. The grounds in this home are hard to beat! We love the pool and all the hang out areas in the gorgeous yard. The well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining allow ease of movement while cooking. We made lotsa food, some of which was barbequed. We can't wait for our next visit! Of course nearby Los Olivos wine tasting and Ellie's Tap & Vine, with a little golf made an amazing adventure! Thanks!

The house was perfect for our family. Most of our time was spent outside. Our granddaughters enjoyed the playhouse and of course the pool. We grilled one evening and ate on the patio both nights. We really didn’t play any of the games we brought as after a day in the sun and pool everyone was tired!! We hope to the house will be available next summer as it is a perfect location for a weekend visit with our family.

Wonderful place. Exactly as advertised. My Dad didn’t want to leave. Very detailed instructions spread out around the house on how to operate things and what to do or not to do Hahahah. Very detailed. Would recommend.

This property is one of the best at which we have stayed. It is beautifully decorated and has a well appointed kitchen, with everything needed to have meals at home, including condiments and every tool needed for grilling! The house itself is gorgeous (very high end) and spacious. The bedrooms and bathrooms are generous in size. What makes this house so special is the pool, spa and backyard. There are multiple seating areas, with very comfortable furniture. There is a covered patio, big gas BBQ grill, outdoor fireplace, fire pit and outdoor wine refrigerator! It’s a great place to hang out and have fun. There are lots of pool toys and the playhouse would be fun for small children. The house is well located about equal distance between Santa Ynez and Los Olivos in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s 5-7 minute drive to great restaurants or the grocery. The host was very responsive, easy to get in touch with and accommodating. Highly recommend this property if you are looking for a great house to hangout in the wine country.

This home is absolutely gorgeous. Very clean, perfectly put together, with lots of places to sit and enjoy family. The backyard is the best part. We could have stayed and enjoyed the backyard forever. We barbecued and had lots of family time all weekend long. We made s’mores and went swimming in pool and spa. My family had the best time and we really didn’t even want to leave. So thankful that we found this beautiful home and so many family memories made. Thank you for having us!

We all had such a great time! The house was beautiful and we really enjoyed the kitchen but the best part was the giant pool in the backyard. We would definitely book this house again.

The house was a perfect fit for our kids and grandparents for a summer week. We had an amazing time; the pool and hot tub are fantastic and also really enjoyed just sitting outside on the patio enjoying the quiet.

We enjoyed a fabulous family weekend on the first glorious weather weekend of the year. The outdoor amenities were wk derail. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and would love to return during the super and enjoy the pool. We appreciated being able to stay as a family in the three King rooms. Thank you!

This house is great for groups and amazing for aspiring chefs, grillers, or pizza makers. We like to cook when we travel and as you can see, this place has everything and more! We enjoyed the jacuzzi and fireplace while there. The place is huge so there’s plenty of room to spread out. We were there for four nights and have favorited it for future stays. Grab it if it’s available!

We spent the week before Christmas at the property, and it was a wonderful stay for our extended family. Connie was very responsive with any questions we had and the house is very well maintained. The photos do not do it justice.

This property is absolutely gorgeous. It is located in a residential neighborhood close to Santa Ynez and Los Olivos. It was only a five minute drive to Ballard, home of the Ballard Inn and gourmet restaurant. The house is spacious, allowing for togetherness as well as privacy. The kitchen has high end appliances and a well stocked pantry. Connie offered a quick response to all my emails. I will stay in this property, without hesitation, the next time I visit the Santa Ynez Valley.

This was our second time staying here. It’s such a beautiful house with an amazing backyard. The pool and spa are so relaxing, too. We just love Santa Ynez & nearby Solvang. Having spent many summers at nearby Alisal Ranch, it’s so much fun to re-visit the area and stay in such a wonderful property. We will definitely be back again!

This house was beautiful!!! We could tell that the owners take great pride in the house. When I walked in, I was very pleasantly surprised by how fantastic the house was! There had been some design improvements since the photos were taken. The backyard was nicely designed, and the massive pool was so much fun! The house was clean and well maintained. It was the perfect blend of stylish and comfy with some Santa Ynez charm. The location was perfect. The house it’s in a quiet neighborhood, with a short drive to downtown Santa Ynez, with some lovely restaurants, and to Solvang and all the cute shops and sights. There are beautiful wineries nearby, horseback riding, and restaurants. I highly recommend this house for an enjoyable getaway!
