We had a group on a golf getaway and this place was perfect. Its secluded and quiet allowing for great nights around the fireplace. The outside dining areas allow for great dinners overlooking the vineyard and couldnt be a better backdrop. The inside is immaculate, big comfy rooms and high end bedding and utilities. We will be using again for sure. The email and then text communication is accurate, quick and clear and made the whole thing seamless. 5*****+

The property is beautiful and well maintained. The house is laid out so that everyone has their own space and the common area is big enough for cooking a large meal. We will be back!

Property appears to be newly renovated with amazing amenities and appliances. It was perfect for a weekend getaway with friends and family. Ample space, accurate photos, and very clean and organized. The host was very accommodating and made sure that everything was ready for our arrival. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces were perfect for a large group including for infants and children to enjoy. We will be back!

We had a great time at this property with our crew. The house is spacious and immaculate, and you have a view of the vineyards in all directions. Very nice property.

7 of us spent a long weekend at this beautiful and spacious home. There were more than enough bedrooms for 7 of us ladies to spread out for our girls getaway. The living room, kitchen and 4 of the bedrooms are all very spacious. One bedroom with the twin daybed is on the smaller side but still perfect for one person. The yard is huge and great for entertaining. Check-in and out couldn't have been easier and communicating with Mainstay was a breeze. The only thing I didn't love was that the home is tucked away on some winding roads which makes it a little longer of a drive to Los Olivos and surrounding towns. However, this also meant the home was quiet and not near the highways and had beautiful views.

All was perfect for a family reunion.

Property was spacious, beautifully furnished and very comfortable. There were adequate utensils. Michelle was very approachable and very helpful. We unfortunately had internet issues lasting longer than 12-15 hours which impacted the ability to catch up with some work stuff which 2 of the guests needed to get done. But I think this was beyond the host: provider issue. Would definitely love to revisit this place. I have one suggestion: For the amount we pay the host could provide coffee and Tea, sugar. Some hosts go out of their way to keep the kitchen stocked with basic essentials which is very helpful

Beautiful home and property. Michelle was responsive and helpful in providing contacts for wine tours and taxis, as there are no Ubers/Lyfts in the area.

We had a family reunion and adults and teens all loved the property and amenities. It was spotless, and the how to videos made using everything very easy! We originally thought we were going to eat in town on one of our weekend nights, but ended up taking advantage of the local gourmet shops, the delicious wine and the Traeger grill to eat outdoors and relax around the fire pit. Everyone wants to go back!

Highly recommend this beautiful home and property. Pristine in all aspects. Host communication was excellent too. Combined it made for an effortless trip.

We absolutely loved staying at this property. It was a wonderfully central location to all the surrounding towns, the neighborhood was private and charming and a great place to walk around and see horses with the kids. The house itself is beyond stunning, even better than the photos. Every room was comfortable and the amenities were lovely. The house manager was able to share with us a ton of information about local baby sitters, restaurants, private chefs etc. We are ready to book again!!

We had a great stay. We had ten friends stay and it was super comfortable for a big group. We kept commenting how clean and well kept it is. The bed are super comfy - slept great. The views are amazing, we moved enjoying a glass of wine by the fire pit at night. We would absolutely love to stay again. Michelle was a great host!!

We brought out a group of 10 of our friends to celebrate my wife’s birthday for the weekend, and this property was instrumental in our having such an amazing time! The house has been redone beautifully, with all amenities needed and at our fingertips. There were rooms big enough for couples and singles, alike - with bathrooms to easily accommodate the whole party. With the kitchen able to host some bug cookouts (with some help from the amazing grill outside). The outside is simply immaculate, with views of the vineyard leading into the mountains. There is a huge table able to accommodate everyone, a beautiful fire pit and heat lamps for the chilly central coast nights. The location is right in between Solvang and Los Olivos, which allowed for easy trips into town for groceries, wine tasting or nights out. Michelle, the host, was wonderful throughout, making sure we were all prepared for the trip. This was the best house rental setup I’ve had the pleasure to enjoy and I cannot say enough about this place! Hope to be back soon!
