Another great quick getaway to the Cozy Bear cabin! Always clean and inviting.

Everything is as pictured and described, very clean!

The minute I walked in the door, I knew I had made a good selection! We spent four nights at Cozy Bear cabin, including Thanksgiving. The cabin is clean, well-stocked, and nicely decorated! The neighborhood is peaceful. We enjoyed the hot tub and appreciated having a fenced yard so that our dogs could run around. Grateful that such a nice place is dog friendly! Reuben, the host, is a class act! He called us before our stay, messaged to wish us a happy Thanksgiving, and responded quickly when we had questions at check out. Maybe it will snow, and we will catch some fish the next time we stay!

Thank you for letting us stay in your cabin. It was a very peaceful and quiet get away from our busy schedules. We got to see some fall colors while up there also. Hoping to come back again. Maybe to see some snow.

My husband, two children and I stayed here for 2 nights. The cabin was perfect size for the four of us in a cute little town.

Great cabin and location. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We had 4 adults and 1 small dog and found the cabin was perfect for our two families. Loved the beautiful stone gas fireplace. Very comfortable furniture in living room and also beds. Split floorplan was nice. Kitchen was very equipped. The cabin decor was charming. The fenced gravel backyard was great for our friend's small dog. Reuben was a top notch host, very attentive and quick with communication. Our stay was way too short! Highly recommend!

Rueben was very communicative and the property was stocked with everything needed. The Wild Women Saloon was within walking distance and the people there were extremely friendly and welcoming. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog and the hot tub was great. The scenery was beautiful and very easy to commute to the Mongollon Rim and Forest Lakes. We definitely will return!

Just what we were looking for. Quiet nights and dark skies. Enjoyed stargazing from the hot tub and saw the ISS pass over both nights we were there. The fenced in back yard was perfect for our dog.. Would definitely stay again.

The entire rental process was smooth, the property is in almost new condition and well stocked. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this cabin to anyone!

Our family had a very relaxing weekend celebrating our anniversary. The cabin has everything you may need on your trip. It’s very beautiful.

It was a very comfortable space, good light and we felt safe. We thought the property was larger. Like 1/2 acre from the pictures but the cabins are fairly close together. Loved the switch on the fireplace. Very attentive owners. Judy

Place was amazing 100% painless hot tub was clean and ready to hop into nothing complicated furniture was comfy clean and what a great location trip to the wild women saloon on the bicycles was fun thanks Ruben for being such a good host we will def. Return

Love the Bison Ranch Community…very dog friendly as we had our two goldendoodles with us. The cabin had a great back patio & fenced in yard for the dogs.

The cabin has everything you need! Kitchen has everything just like hone. Love the porches and gliding rockers and the jacuzzi was amazing!

The cabin couldn't have been better. The amount of space and everything was perfect for our family. The area was so incredibly quiet and we loved just hanging out on the front and back porch. The hot tub and fire pit were added bonuses! We will absolutely be back.

Everything was exactly like the photos. Check in and check out was very easy. Nice quiet neighborhood. Close to the volleyball, tennis and basketball courts. Loved that the backyard was completely enclosed for your pets. The only suggestion would be to fence under the deck. My puppy discovered this was a game for him. Larger dogs probably wouldn’t go under but for puppies and smaller dogs this is a big problem. Had trouble with the stove top only one burner would get hot. Also we were 6 people and kept running out of forks and didn’t have six steak knives. There were 6 forks and four steak knives. Finally the cleaner crew forgot to take the sheets out of the dryer. The first night four pillows didn’t have pillow cases. I found them in the dryer the next morning when I washed the towels. The full size washer and dryer were nice. Would like to try his 3 bedroom cabin.

Had a great stay. Friends and family rented 5 cabins in the neighborhood for the 4th. We all had a great time. We did not use the hot tub, grill or fire pit as we spent most of our time at other cabins but it all looked great and ready to use! Understand that it is a cabin, but it could be better kept with maybe some professional carpet cleaning or just take the carpet out. Overall, we had a great experience and would rent this cabin again in the future! Thank you.

This property is absolutely amazing. Reuben and April were so helpful and informative of the property operational requirements (heat; cooling; spa; firepit rules; etc...), and told us a little about the town and some local dining ideas. just such a beautiful stay for us and my elderly parents. absolutely recommend staying here.

well maintained and great location. very quiet and relaxing/ fenced yard a plus if you have a fur baby (unfortunately we were without one)

This past trip was our second time staying in the Cozy Bear, and I promise it will not be our last. Everything from owner communication, to property location, to cabin set up is fantastic. My boys are 12 & 15 and this is their favorite place to stay. Highly recommend!

Cabin was very nice and comfortable, Would have preferred a King bed instead of Queen in master. Also very limited TV channel options. Other than that, a very nice stay.

Enjoyed OT very much. We watched a few DVD movies and 1 VHS. It was simple and secluded. Peaceful. It snowed like crazy. Nice neighborhood.
