We have just enjoyed a lovely stay at this property. The house is huge and has everything you could possibly need. We have stayed at Siesta Key many times as this time was as wonderful as all the others. The later check out was very much appreciated.

Very nice home. Great location on canal. Pool very nice and hot tub was HOT. Upstairs was fantastic although we didn’t make use of the amenities that much as we were outside in pool! Good supply of kitchen tools. Grill really nice with two spare propane tanks and that is really thoughtful. Good kayak and paddle boards. A great home and we really had a great time. Owner and management super responsive to all questions. Top notch

We spent a week here and loved it. The location was close enough to the beach that it was an easy drive or reasonable bike ride. It was far enough that it was outside of the Party Zone. The kitchen appliances are workable and there are enough tools to cobble up a meal. The massage chair is a great touch and our boys took advantage of the pool table every night. The spa/pool combination was awesome. But best of all was the peaceful view off the back porch(es) looking over the canal while having a cup of coffee in the morning or a drink in the evening.

We brought our family of 8 adults and 2 young children to Siesta Key and stayed at this home. It was very clean and well stocked with towels and cleaning supplies. We used the pool and spa every day and the balconies were a hit to just sit and relax! Kayaking and paddle boarding was an added bonus and we took a few bike rides into town. We enjoyed the rec room playing pool and cards. We even rented a golf cart from The Toy Barn to get us to the beach and downtown. It was fun! Siesta Key beach is our favorite vacation spot and would love to stay at this home again.

First experience with VRBO and I’m afraid we’ve set a high bar for expectations going forward. The house was amazing with more than enough room. The pool was perfect for starting and ending the day after running around town or spending the day at the beach. Hope to come back again!

Terrific property. Very clean. Plenty of room for all our guests. Pool and spa were excellent and used extensively. House is right on canal - we kayaked all week. Steve the property manager stopped in the first day to ensure everything was going smoothly. Having a washer/dryer was very convenient. Views from multiple balconies were great. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again

This house has plenty of space for large parties. The kids really enjoyed the pool and fishing.

Great house! Had enough space for everyone, two beautiful porches, gorgeous pool and hot tub. This house literally had everything you need for a family vacation. The location was only minutes to the beach by car or bike. This was one of the best houses my family has stayed in on vacation. I would definitely recommend it. Awesome Siesta Key home!

First have to start off with one word, WOW!!!! This home allowed us to have a family vacation filled with so much fun and life long memories! The house is laid out with spacious bedrooms w/ ensuites and comfortable beds, along with two large living room spaces, one with a pool table and arcade games (some of us have some rematches to do). The downstairs outdoor deck was perfect during the mornings, afternoons and early evenings where we could cook and hang out while sunbathing and cooling off in the pool under the warm FL sunshine. The game / living room w/ the outdoor porch worked out fantastic where we could have fun and cool down in the cool evening / night air while our 12month old slept in one of the first floor bedrooms without any issues and the hot tub at night was an added bonus. The awesome amenities of this property held us tight to the home and we truly enjoyed everything it could offer!! The bicycles, kayaks and paddle board were all definitely a big plus to have! Cruising down the canal in the kayaks and paddle board made for some nice sight seeing of the neighborhood and the bicycles were nice to ride down to the village. Siesta Key / Sarasota is an amazing area. We took some days trips to world renowned places: Siesta Key Beach with its baby powder sand, St. Armands circle with its variety of shops and a delicious lunch at the The Columbia Restaurant (gotta have the Cuban sandwhich and their signature salad), Siesta Key Village for some drinks at Gillgans, Daquari Deck, Hubs, coffee at LeLu Coffee lounge and delicious breakfast at Another Broken Egg. So much to do and see, but again, just being at the home and taking in all that it offered was perfect!! We could not have asked for a better property for our family vacation! The owners were very communicative and responsive and a pleasure to work with. Steve, the super friendly maintenance manager, stopped by to check on us to make sure everything was good and offered some great suggestions on where to go / do. The neighborhood is quaint and quiet If you are looking for a great place to stay in Siesta Key with a group of friends and / or family, this is your spot!!!!

Great house! Has everything you need. Clean. On the canal. Has kayaks, bikes etc. we spent all of the time in the pool and hottub. Ubered to village.

We had a great week staying here! Both porches offered comfortable seating to enjoy the spring Florida weather and our kids loved the hot tub and pool. They were diving in my 8 a.m. most days. It’s a short drive to the beach and the village but the house had so many amenities we rarely had to leave. An additional family favorite for us was the massage chair. Great week. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

The setting is very quiet and peaceful.with a pleasant view. The house is laid out very well with larger open spaces both upstairs and downstairs to just enjoy being together as a larger group, as well as several deck areas to have a quiet conversation or sit and read. It is equipped with many amenities including bicycles, kayaks and water boards,also a high chair and porta crib. Siesta Village is a few minutes away and has many delightful shops as well as a variety of eating places...and of course, the amazing Siesta Beach! all are convenient to this location. We loved every minute of our stay!

We live on Siesta Key and needed an overflow house for a very large family reunion. It was perfect! We actually rented two houses and the other was far from perfect with tons of issues. I highly recommend this property for your vacation!

Although it didn't affect our enjoyment of the home i think as the owner of the property you would want to know that despite a storm that made a mess no maintenace or pool personnel showed up for the whole week. Also ...the half bath in the pool area is filthy and it looks like it has been that way for a while.

Nice property. It needs some heavy cleaning inside and out. There is lots of green mold on the pool deck and outside on the balaconies. The shower floors have lots of dirty tiles and floors in between the grout. The knives are not sharp and need to be replaced. They are dangerous. We requested and paid additional money to have the pool heated. However, the pool temperature never reached beyond 77 degreees. They need to install a gas heater, not an electric one. We wouldn’t stay again on this property.

This rental property has everything you could ever want! Beautiful home large enough for 10 family members! Two outside Patio areas one with a fire pit! The home had everything needed for a great vacation getaway! Siesta Key is a very cool little town and the people are very friendly.

Our family, 6 adults and 4 grandchildren spent a week enjoying this beautiful home .We loved the location, spacious house, game room, pool, 2 covered porches, all the amenities and being on the Grand Canal. It was a 5 minute drive to the beach or village. Being near the north bridge we could easily drive off island for Publix or restaurants. The house is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of the canal. Each evening we would sit on the upstairs porch and enjoy the views and solitude. The kitchen is well equipped and all the bedrooms afforded privacy. We used the kayaks and Kelly purchased extra life vests to insure our grandchildren would be safe. Kelly answered all my questions and was very accommodating. We would highly recommend her house for your visit.

5 couples stayed here the first week of February and we had a wonderful time. The pool and spa area where delightful with comfortable lounge chairs. We used the one man and 2 man kayaks along with the paddle boards right off the dock into the canal. We rode the 5 bicycles around the island. Wonderful walk to Siesta Village every morning. House had 2 family rooms with huge big screen tv's so men could watch basketball and women watch whatever. Late night drinks on the upstairs porch around the gas fire pit with great view of the canal was a fabulous way to end each day. Watched sunsets at Turtle Beach which was a short drive away. Public beach at Siesta had ample parking and a snack bar. Loved our meals at the Fish Camp and SKOB and Bonjour all in the Village. Great steamed shrimp from Publix's and we used the outdoor kitchen on our porch too. Kelly has a wonderful home and was available whenever we needed her. Loved our stay here

Better than on the photos, every detail was perfect , clean, neat and very roomy for eight adults for one week. We will not have to look for another house for our next trip, this is it! The house is neatly located so you can take one of the five bikes provided an it will literally take you 5 minutes to bike to the beach. Excellent stay, great vacation.

Yes, while visiting Siesta Key for our daughter's wedding we stayed at the most perfect house. Everything from the furnishings and amenities to the helpful owner and the view was absolutely incredible. The location is about 5 mins from the beach or restaurants and an easy drive to Publics Grocery and the airport, as well as The wedding venue, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. Kelly was easy to work with and was able to extend our check-out with a late flight departure. I hope I have the opportunity to experience this lovely place again. Yes, this house was truly the icing on the wedding cake. Thank you!

I want to thank you again for allowing us to stay in your lovely home with great ammentaties for our whole family to enjoy. we went to siesta key beach and lido beach where we gathered many seashells. it made for a wonderful family reunion and I really want to thank you again Kelly for the use of your beautiful home. Kelly was very attentive to our problem with the pool and hot tub and was taken care of very quickly. we would definetly recommend this place to our friends and would love to rent this home again.

This home was perfect for what we were looking for. My son was getting married on the beach and we needed 5 bedrooms with a pool. We have 5 adult children (+ spouses) and two have grandkids 2 years old so we needed some private spaces. The two levels of decks and game room really made sharing with multiple families a success. We enjoyed the pool and my boys enjoyed being able to fish right off the dock. One even caught a sting ray with some raw shrimp. If we would ever be back in the area we would definitely consider renting again.

This home was exactly what we were looking for for our first extended family getaway. The home was beautiful with lots of room to spread out. The home is located on the canal and is tucked away in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were awesome and we enjoyed sitting on the many decks every morning eating breakfast. My family said this home set the bar really high for any other vacations.

This was such a well appointed beautiful home that had everything you would need for a beautiful vacation. Every bedroom was beautiful and most comfortable. The bathrooms were gorgeous and well laid out. There were balconies on every bedroom and a first and second floor large decks for entertaining. The second floor also has an enormous great room that is laid out as a game tom with a full wet bar. This property is a winner and so are the owners who are very easy to work with and attentive to your needs. I look forward to future trips to this home in Siesta Key. This home was perfect.

We had a wonderful extended stay at this home. It was exactly what we were looking for in a home on Siesta Key! Beautiful, large home with a canal view, close enough to the village and beach, but nestled in a quiet part of the Key. The pool and hot tub were wonderful, the kayaks, paddleboards and bikes were used by all, and the patios were perfect for entertaining. We cooked at home more than we went out, the outside kitchen worked great! The gas fireplace in the evenings was beyond relaxing! The owners are great, so easy to work with and answered all questions immediately, thank you Kelly! We look forward to making this an annual destination!

We have just returned from this fabulous accomodation. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you possibly wanted. The pool and hot tub was great and we spent a lot of time at this property which we normally do not do whilst on holiday but the house was so lovely we did not want to leave. The fishing off the dock was brilliant which my husband loved and the rest of the family used the bikes, kayaks and paddle boards which were also provided. The owners were great to deal with and we cannot recommend this property enough. We have travelled all the way from England and have stayed at many properties but this is by far the best place we have ever stayed and would highly recommend anyone to stay there. We had such a great holiday and hope to return soon.
