We were in town for a wedding and enjoyed the location because we could walk to town. It handled our group easily with plenty of space. We were an older group, 62-87 years old so the stairs were a bit challenging for those of us who stayed upstairs. It was also a little awkward that we parked in back but had to come and go from the front door. But overall it was a nice property and very reasonable compared to most of the downtown hotels. The hostess was very responsive to all of our questions.

House was perfect for our needs, close to everything. Street was relatively quiet, home was clean and lovely. Thank you for sharing your home!

Accommodations were clean and comfortable. We had 8 adults and the spacious floor plan with a complete kitchen, bathroom amenities were top rated. 10 out of 10 great. Location was easy to access, we all felt safe. We will recommend and use this home again for our family and friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this property. As others have mentioned, it is a very clean property with all of the important household items. We did sleep on the new mattress downstairs and found it to be lovely. We took several walks to the Mission Inn area to look at all the holiday lights. Very beautiful if you decide to go. The house has lots of character and fit our group of 7 quite well. It was a great price and a great location!

We had a wonderful stay in Riverside. It was nice to be only 10 minutes away from school. The area was nice & housed everyone. It is a sweet, vintage home with everything you need nearby. Missy was great & communicated with us. She answered all of our questions promptly. Missy was a gracious host.

The most important thing to me when traveling is cleanliness, especially bathrooms and beds. This home was so clean, I was immediately at ease. The home is beautiful and roomy. We were attending a wedding reception in downtown Riverside, so we were less than a mile away from the venue, which was so convenient. Despite being so close to downtown, the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. Missy, the homeowner, was responsive and timely, with all my questions. I would love to stay here again and I definitely recommend it.

My family and I recently stayed at the property in order to be close to the Mission Inn and the Ontario Airport. The location was perfect. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed and wanted for our stay.

House was very close to my brothers house. Large enough for all six of us. All the lock and alarm codes were hard for me to understand. My son or daughter were not there yet. We did get in and had a great time

Rented home for some of our guests that were in town for 2 weeks for a seminar at our gym. They loved the place. Said beds were very comfy and all amenities were top notch. We love putting our guests up in downtown Riverside so they are close to lots of restaurant and shopping options. We will definitely be keeping this place on the top of our list.

Missy's home was great for my family who were visiting from Australia for my wedding. It is spacious, clean, and truly a charming home. The location is great, the home is a short walk to the Food Lab and Starbucks. I communicated with Missy a few times and she was a pleasure to talk to! Definitely would recommend!

My friends and I enjoyed our weekend at Missy's as we were in town for a wedding nearby at the Mission Hotel & Spa (walking distance). The home had everything we needed and the Host was quick to respond. Loved the water pressure in the newly renovated bathroom. Thanks for a great stay.

Nice older home close to downtown. House was comfortable, with easy to follow instructions and good communication with/from owner. If coming on a hot day ask owner to turn on AC’s for you before you get there!

How was amazing very clean. Old house with lots of updates. We spent Thanksgiving there plenty of room for my kids and I.

Beautiful old house with character. The house was built before central air and heating so be prepared. We happen to stay during the coldest storm of the year. The house was frigid. One downstairs wall heater, one downstairs electric fireplace heater, one downstairs mounted space heater. Needed all 3 on full blast the whole time we were there to make the upstairs bearable. Down stairs stayed cold. Upstairs wall heater not working. Bedding and towels clean and good quality. Kitchen appliances and utensils all good quality. Windows not sound proof. Distant horn of the trains easily heard throughout the morning as are loud cars with music. Despite its shortcomings the location was great, was able to walk to the light festival at the Mission Inn, the house huge and the beds are comfy. Would rather stay here than a cookie cutter hotel or house.

Very easy to find. Great old Victorian house. Had AC unit in each bedroom.

I think it should be very explicit to renters that there is no central air. It was so hot upstairs and you could not open a window because they were painted shut. What if there was a fire? Everyone slept on air mattress downstairs. For the price I feel we should have had beds.
