The location was perfect for where we went to and the kids enjoyed themselves. What we were unsatisfied with about the property was the amount of roaches that made their presence known. We seen an abundance in the Kitchen, Game room and a few in a couple of bedrooms. This did make us and the other people we vacationed with a bit disappointed, considering how nice the place looked. If a future booking is warranted, we hope that this issue would be addressed and resolved.

It was the worst vacation I ever had and it was my anniversary

We chose the property mainly for the game room which was unusable. Everything seems nice on the surface but then you realize furniture is broken or missing from the description. Cookware is not sufficient for the size of the home. We had several issues while there. The management company was quick to respond but overall the property needs an overhaul.

House was very clean and spacious for our group of 20 people. Property was close to a variety of stores and restaurants. Only a few minor issues with house like the ice maker being clogged and some little bugs in a bathroom upstairs. Overall it was a lovely experience and I would definitely recommend to all.

Thank you for allowing us to use your home to make memories! We rented the house for cheerleading worlds - we had 7 families stay including athletes of all ages and everyone enjoyed the home. It was clean & decorated nicely. The only house complaint I can say is it gets really hot at night - I’d recommend putting rotating fans in each bedroom since the air will only go down to a certain temp. Another thing the pool turned green after a couple of days - had we had to use it a lot it would have been a bigger issue but we were gone most the time competing so we didn’t get to use it as much as we would have liked. I did let the management know and they came to fix it quickly it just happened to be our last day. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the convenience of be close to everything. There’s lots of restaurants and shopping nearby! Thanks again for the hospitality!

The property was clean and beds were comfortable but the property was in disrepair. The game room was disgusting. Everything was broken. A lot of damage upon checkin. Property manager took a long time to answer and fix the problems.

We had a lovely time at this house! The pool and game room were a huge success!! There were a few small issues that were easily fixable- although I didn't hear back from the property manager. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a large enough place for a large family or lots of people!

Ready upon arrival. The pictures doesn't do it any justice it was much better in person.

I’m very disappointed in the management of this home! This is my 3rd year renting vacation homes in the Orlando area and this has been the worst thus far! It is a beautiful home, however Check in was on 6/22/19 at 4pm but I couldn’t check in until 4:48pm due to the home still being cleaned upon arrival. Shortly after I called property management multiple time because there was only 4 wash cloths for a house that holds up to 25 people, difficulty cooking and washing dishes due to the faucet falling over into the sink, one of the upstairs master bedroom and bathroom door knobs fell off, first floor master bedroom TV has a cracked screen that displayed “ cable box, no signal “ the entire weekend....etc....hours later Maintenance brought a bag of towels, fixed the kitchen faucet, the upstairs master bedroom door knob and stated "I do not specialize in refrigerators so I will place an order for someone to come out tomorrow on 6/23/19" but no showed up!!

It looks as in the photos - spacious and clean. The pool was always great to have at the end of the day (get the heat for it, even if you think you don't want it, it's worth it!). It's convenient to the attractions (takes about 30 minutes to Universal with traffic) and close to grocery stores, restaurants, etc., if you are staying for an extended time. We were about 20 people in the home and it fit us nicely. It probably isn't built with the highest quality but since its new, you will be fine. The game room, bedrooms, etc. are all very spacious and the outside pool area is very nice as well. We would stay here again but in a few years from now, I think the quality of the construction of the home will start to show and deteriorate quickly.
