We enjoyed this location and place. It was super cute and organized. The Heater in the master was a little tricky but it ended up working out fine. Public transportation can be hard in this area BUT plenty of things you can walk to. We love the Tavern!!

Dasha’s place was a perfect place for our family. We had 6 adults and 2 children and we were very comfortable. The beds were comfy and warm. All the soft throws were a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked. This place is centrally located to skiing, the village and a great pizza place. Highly recommend Giovannis! We would definitely stay again.

Overall, the place was very clean and the response time of the owner was very quick. The kitchen is well stocked and clean for cooking. There were two main downsides to our trip. We were interrupted a few times with maintenance (snow removal off the roof on two different days, one of which was at 8:30am), which I wish we had been told about so that we could have planned accordingly and not have been surprised. Because of this, it didn’t feel like a vacation as much and interrupted a couple activities we planned. Lastly, when we arrived, the place was very cold and took the first night to heat up. Was hoping to relax after the long drive but we had to go get firewood to cut the chill. Just something to be prepared for.

1. Updated and spotless property including all bathrooms, refrigerator, stove, cupboards, carpet, etc. 2. Plenty of Towels of all sizes 3. Plenty of hooks and storage to hang gear 4. No "smelly" odors whatsoever 5. Extremely comfortable beds and quality linens 6. Good supply of dishes and pots/pans to cook with 7. Happy to have shovels in the closet

This property is clean, well-located and well-equipped. We loved the proximity to Vons and good restaurants, and our teenagers were happy to have their own rooms. The pool and hot tub were clean and we were the only people there! We loved this place and want to return every year from now on.

Close to great food. Comfortable beds. Close to ski resort/ devils post pile trailhead. Awesome spot.

Clean and updated unit with plenty of parking. Sledding area for young kids (thanks to the suggestion of owner!) within walking distance was a nice bonus!

Our family enjoyed our time at Dasha’s place! It was clean and modern but still cozy and comfortable. We did a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well-equipped. The beds and pillows were comfy and we appreciated the loft setup for the kids. We were so fortunate to get some snow during our stay and the kids had fun just playing outside in the little area in front of the unit! Thanks for having us!! We definitely look forward to booking again in the future!

This house is impeccably decorated with little touches that are memorable and useful....the myriad of hooks! What a fab idea and they are not only smart but also fashionable decor. Love the antlers in the bathroom downstairs...it's like they are on your head as they are positioned. The soft throws. The comfy sofa. The comfortable beds. The great cookware and utensils, plates and glasses. All top in class. Disappointing things..the laundry is a shared coin op. We must have misread that. And hard wood or vinyl floors would be an improvement. Carpets are must collectors and with your amazing style they would be best replaced and some great area rugs would pop.

Good location. We were able to jump on the Trolley and head to the Village and up to the lakes. We have stayed a week or two every summer for the last 35 + years at the Woodlands. Your unit was fine.

Place was classy, well-furnished, and immaculate. Beds were comfy and warm, kitchen was quaint but well-stocked, and all amenities were available. Great location near town and in close proximity to Eagle Lodge. Communication was on-point as well. Thanks!

We love staying here! We have returned to this condo several times now. We love the easy location, updated amenities, and cozy cabin vibes. On our last day we were lucky enough to get 2 feet of fresh snow too! Can't wait to stay again soon!

The townhouse was nicely decorated and very clean. Worked really welll for the 6 adults and 2 children that stayed there. Kitchen was a little tight and tv could have been bigger. It was a very convenient location. We had a great time.

This was the second year in a row that we had the pleasure to stay in this very nice, well maintained town home. Last year, the extensive construction on the properties put a damper on the enjoyment. This year, everything was peaceful and clean and enjoyable. We hope to come back next year.

Our family of 4 spent 4 nights in this condo and it was perfect for our trip. It is extremely well appointed - the kitchen in particular was well equipped. We preferred that the location was not in the ski village area. It was easily accessible to restaurants, the grocery store and a short drive to hiking/biking trails. The manager was very responsive prior to and during our trip. Parking just outside the front door made loading/unloading the car convenient. The only thing that would make it absolutely perfect would be a washer/dryer. We highly recommend this rental.

Property was nice. Only issue was with the booking policies. Charged a significant cleaning fee but still expected to take out the trash and start the dishwasher when we left? Then have to wait 14 days for our deposit to be returned? Terrible! Place wasnt ready when we got there either, will I get my money back for that? Neighbors were noisy as well but that's not the owners fault. Big list of all the stuff we had to do before we left but they couldn't leave info on the property (pool, etc)? And I'm expected to take the trash out to a big dumpster with a heavy lid? Not great.

The condo was gorgeous, clean and had everything we needed. It is close to the complex pool and laundry facility. At this elevation, A/C was unnecessary (late July) with cool overnight temperatures and good air circulation during the day. The primary bedroom level is on the first floor of three and remained cool all day long. The location of this unit is central to pretty much everything.

We had a great stay at this unit. The owner was always quick to respond to all of my questions. Parking is right out in front, which was convenient. As you enter the unit, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs. There is a vanity and in a separate bathroom adjacent to the master bathroom (so you share the toilet and shower downstairs). As you go up the stairs, you will find the kitchen, living room, and the other bathroom. Both bathrooms have been remodeled and remind me of a newer hotel. The kitchen has all of the necessary appliances (toaster and coffee maker with filters) and all of the necessary utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The bathrooms had all of the soap and shampoo that you would need. On the third floor was the loft with another bed and futon. The windows all worked and there was a great draft that cooled the rooms nicely. The ceiling fan in the loft was nice as I’m sure it could get stuffy in the warmer summer months. We went in June, but it was unseasonably cool on our visit. We did not go to the pool, so I can’t comment on it. Overall, a great place with plenty of room for up to 8 people. I would stay here again.

We spent the first week in August 2017 in a lovely condo at the Woodlands in Mammoth. All the comforts needed for a week's stay were found in this beautifully appointed, newly remodeled unit. We would definitely like to stay there again and also encourage other guests to enjoy this find. The only shadow cast on this particular week was the construction project to replace the water main in all of the villas. The work was in full swing and caused noise, dust and parking problems. Undoubtedly, all the work will be finished before the cold months arrive. Therefore, we expect next year's summer stay to be even more enjoyable. We have high hopes to stay in this condo again.

This by far is the best rental experience I've ever had. I did not want to use Airbnb because the last two times I rented from them, the homes were not as clean as the reviewers stated. This place meets my high standards as far as cleanliness. On top of that, dasha was kind enough to let us check in early which is was a plus since the weekend we went, there was a huge storm. She was quick at responding back at all my emails. The location was great and her home was very spacious and comfortable! She did a great job renovating this place! Love love the decor. Would want to stay here again! Highly recommend this place.

This was our second time staying in this condo, this time in the winter for skiing. The condo is a 2 minute walk to the mammoth trolley that takes you right to the mountain. It made it so easy to throw our stuff on and get right to the mountain. We loved the sauna and spa after skiing. The beds are so cozy and the condo is beautifully updated. We also visited mono lake and the hot springs, everything is within a short drive. Can't wait to return for more winter fun!

My boyfriend and I stayed at this lovely condo for a long weekend in September. The location was perfect, walking distance to the Stove and a great hole in the wall Mexican place called Salsa. The parking was easy, centrally located and close to a shuttle stop to get to the village. The beds we very very comfortable. I can't wait to return
