We did a little family get away and this was the absolute best place to stay! The townhouse was clean and quiet! We enjoyed the pool and how easy it was to get to the beach and stores. We will definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay. Only thing I didn’t like is the train. But other than that it was a wonderful experience for my family.

We loved the spaciousness of this beautiful condo. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The bedroom downstairs is directly across from the bathroom. This bathroom has the washer and dryer. There is a nice size kitchen with a full fridge, stove, and cooktop. There is a coffee pot and all the essentials to cook during your stay. There is a small table downstairs and chairs downstairs along with a good size couch. Upstairs is a large king room with a futon and the bathroom is in this room. The room with the bunk beds there is a bathroom in this bedroom as well. The showers are very easy to walk into.The price is right for this wonderful home. The beach is 1 block away and it is beautiful. There are several places to eat close by if you choose. The owners are easy to communicate with and we loved our stay.

Definitely wouldn’t stay there again. Pool needed major renovation, location wasn’t as expected (train is right behind the house, which didn’t let us sleep very well at night), also not walking distance to the beach. The house wasn’t cleaned properly, the floor needed a good sweep and mop. The positive was that there was plenty of room for our family and good driving distance to the beach.

Visiting the Gulf Coast for a Cheering Competition. While searching for lodging options I looked into. Vrbo and found this property. I must admit, I’m very suspicious of hotels and other lodging options, and I must admit I looked at this location @ 5 times before booking, but I like the convenience of having my family in one place and enjoying our time and experience.
The unit was just as advertised. Clean, family friendly, appropriate sleeping accommodations and equipped with all the immediate household appliances, cookware, dishes, and needed home comforts.
The host was very accommodating and provided immediate responses as requested. We had a ball…and booking this stay was a very good choice.

We came to Gulfport to celebrate the Christmas with our son who is stationed here in the Navy. The home was well appreciated and user friendly. The location to the water was amazing for the price. Great value! The hosts were quick to respond to any and all questions (even on Christmas Eve) Would highly recommend!

The unit was clean. I was not happy with the queen size mattress turned sideways on a king size frame, the train the wakes me up every night when it passes by and the ac unit in the fenced in backyard. When the sc cuts on, you can not hear to have a conversation with others. The dishes are mismatched and there are not enough forks, spoon or decent sized coffee cups.

We had a wonderful trip, the house had plenty of space for my family. We loved the location being just a short drive from the beach, shops, and restaurants. It was also nice that it was fully equipped with items to cook with and even beach toys and chairs. I totally forgot about the train and had quite the scare the first night , but the next night I slept right through it.

We enjoyed our stay so much. They provided everything you could need to cook, the place was plenty spacious and so clean. The hosts were immediate with responses and very kind. And it’s located right near the beach. It has everything we wanted.

Very nice place. Perfect size for the 2 families. Distance from the beach driving is only 1 min. away. Parking was the only problem. Used the additional parking avail. Overrall great place and will be back.

Great for walking on beach, only 1 hour to New Orleans fir day trips. Great Swamp Eco Tour at Slidell, lots of bird sanctuaries.
The VRBO was clean, spacious and comfortable. The host was pleasant and responded promptly to our needs.

This was our third time staying at one of Derick’s property and our first time at this specific one. We loved it! The townhome is spacious and beautifully decorated. The townhome was very clean and has plenty of space for a larger family. We had six in our party and there was plenty of room.
Derick is quick to respond to messages and offers suggestions of things to do. For us the location is perfect! We feel that it is centrally located and allows you to see so much! During our stay we visited New Orleans, Dauphin Island, the USS Alabama, and more!

Great experience/stay
This property was extremely easy to rent. We had an issue trying to get in the gate but called the help number & resolved it very quickly. Property was very clean & roomy with cute decor. They have a collapsible wagon, 3 chairs, & some other stuff in the closet for renters to use that came in very handy. It’s located very close to the beach, restaurants, & attractions. We enjoyed our stay & would recommend this place to family & friends.

We loved it!
The house was exactly like the pictures! We had easy access to the area around us. There is a train that goes behind the house but it didn't bother us. You wouldn't want to put a light sleeper in the bottom bedroom. Plenty of cooking utensils and dishes. We did go to the dollar tree and purchase more wash clothes ( big mistake they stained the towels🤦♀️) if we are ever in the area again I'd gladly stay her!

Everything we needed and more.
I'm a military spouse and mom who has been away from my family for over 3 months. They came to visit and this home was great for a weekend getaway. It was a lot more spacious than I had anticipated it to be. The host was great. They accommodated an early check in since my family's flight came in before check in time. They only thing was that there is a train that comes by often so it is pretty loud. I know it's not the owner's fault but just something to make note of. Also Internet wasn't strong enough to stream movies.
But they had a full kitchen, some beach gear to use to take to the beach, the neighborhood felt really safe. It's in a gated community, with cameras, and a security guard! The community pool was an awesome bonus. I definitely recommend this lovely home for any type of trip. Two thumbs up!

Family Vacation 2021
The trip was wonderful and the house was great for our family. Only issue was the upstairs bathroom shower leaked down into the downstairs bath and we had lots of water to clean. That can easily be repaired. The home was beautiful and perfect!!!

Great stay!
Located near many attractions with a short drive. Some things within the home could be updated but nevertheless it’s a great place and we had a great time. Love the split of bedrooms which allows for privacy.
