Well maintained home. Two Very large full bathrooms. The Furnishings and appliances are exceptional. The view is spectacular!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. Communication was great with Heidi. Property was clean and incredibly well stocked. We appreciated the life jackets and water shoes for the lake. We went swimming, kayaking and even used the floaties. At night we would make smores in the backyard fire pit. We watched movies and played games - of which there was an extensive collection. Highly recommend for a lazy lake vacation. :)

Wonderful to be back here again. It’s been a few years but the location and the lake is just as beautiful as I remember it. Thank you Heidi for everything! It’s such an easy place to just jump in and feel at home. Quite convenient and well-stocked.

Had a great time. Lake was fun and the views from the front porch were awesome. Wear sandals or water shoes when visiting the lake. Be prepared to drive if you want to get food or groceries.

We had such an amazing week. The lake was exactly how Heidi described it! I woke up every morning and took the kayak out. The house was perfect and the location was great. Coffee on the front porch overlooking Lake Champlain was the perfect way to start the day!

Was in a great location right by the water. There were kayaks, life vests, a stand up paddle board and games available to use. Was a beautiful and clean house with plenty of room. Front porch faced the water. It was a little windy a few days but still gorgeous. Neighbors were friendly and all communications with the host were positive. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was the perfect size and location for a long weekend getaway. Heidi was great and I would recommend! Close to my alma mater Plattsburgh State and Vermont for easy day trip excursions.

Just returned from a week of fishing on Lake Champlain and had a fantastic time! The house and property were perfect for us. Spectacular location right on the lake, the house and rooms were spacious, well furnished and clean. Heidi answered all our questions quickly and was very friendly to deal with. This property was exactly as listed - clean, comfortable, tastefully furnished and situated with a spectacular view across Lake Champlain. We were there at apple harvesting time so the trees in the orchards were overflowing with fruit. The nights are very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a getaway from the madness. The library of DVDs is huge, you could watch movies for a month here!

This was one of the best getaways I could have possibly had given the circumstances this year. Despite being “summer” it was not swimming weather. We used the deck on the front of the house from morning coffee to dinner. The sun warmed us on the deck the entire trip. The house was comfortable for everyone and the kitchen was fully stocked which was perfect for all the meals we prepared. Also loved using the large grill on the deck! The views of the lake never got old from sunrise to sunset. Explored the trails at the state park down the road and walked to the orchard store for cider donuts. Took the kayaks out for a paddle as well. Enjoyed fires after dinner in backyard. Would return for another visit.

The property was very clean and comfortable for the six of us. We loved the location and the biking on the road was perfect. The kitchen was very well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed exploring the area and had a very relaxing visit.

A true escape, quiet, peaceful and friendly neighborhood! Would highly recommend for most any group. Shallow swimming area with easy access. The house was exactly as described, and very clean!

The house is very comfortable and roomy and in a great location for boating and hiking. The house is very well equipped, with abundant outdoor seating both out front and in the back. We did a fun day trip to Ausable Chasm, about a half-hour away. What isn't obvious in the listing is that the road divides the front yard from the waterfront property. The road is not a busy one, however. We enjoyed using the kayaks and paddleboard.

My husband and I spent a summer week here over the Fourth of July with another couple. It is spacious, with a generous supply of towels and an extremely well-equipped kitchen. The view of Lake Champlain is superb from the front of the house, and the large windows and front deck make the most of that view. The rear faces agricultural buildings so the backyard and deck were less attractive spaces to use (at least in the summer). There is a paved road between the front of the house and the dock at the lake, but it is very low traffic and noise was never a problem. It was fabulous for the holiday weekend, with extensive fireworks to view all over the Lake, near and far. Heidi was super-responsive attending to some maintenance issues, and she provided some excellent restaurant recommendations (we loved Naked Turtle in Plattsburgh). There are a few design quirks, but all in all it was a welcome refuge after 4 months of coronavirus stay-at-home orders.

Nice place to get away! Beautiful fall colors! Heidi gave us some great tips for daytrips - Ausable Chasm Brewery, and a great Ferry Ride to Great Island and Burlington.

This property is tucked away on Trombley Bay of Lake Champlain with beautiful views of the lake, Isle La Motte and some of Vermont’s tallest peaks in the distance. The house has a full kitchen with new appliances and fully stocked with pots, plates and a variety of utensils. The bedrooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are newly renovated. The living room houses an extensive DVD library and some board games for rainy days and cold nights. The house is a near a working apple farm, so expect occasional noise, but never loud enough to interfere with the vistas. Be sure to buy groceries on the way, the nearest supermarket is in Plattsburgh, about a 20-minute drive away. Also, water shoes are a must for the rocky beach (helpfully, there are a few pairs at the house). The area in and around Chazy is perfect for biking, flat and scenic, so consider bringing your bike, if you that’s your thing. Heidi, one of the owners, was a pleasure to deal with - very responsive and super helpful. All in all, this was a great stay!

Our family of 5 loved this home for a long weekend! It was exceptionally clean and accurate to the pictures. The lake was wonderful for swimming, relaxing and kayaking! We spent a day in Vermont which was a beautiful drive with stops at a brewery, Ben and Jerrys and Cabot Cheese. Heidi was easy to work with. Everything was exactly as we'd hoped!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is clean, comfortable and roomy. The owner was very responsive and offered information. The location is superb as it is close to Montreal and Vermont for other day trips. Grocery stores are close as well. I would highly recommend staying here!

One of the best family vacations ever! Enjoyed quality time with our 16 year old son on beautiful Lake Champlain. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed from plush bathroom towels to a washer and dryer for our beach towels. Every night due to the large selection of DVD's at the house we were able to have family movie nights at the house with our son and spend some quality time relaxing after a full day of fishing and tubing on the lake. Heidi the owner was wonderful to deal with and was a phone call away to answer all our questions or concerns. We hope to be back in the future and highly recommend this house. Beautiful setting and easy, simple spot to perch up for a few days. What a lovely weekend!

We were there for Easter vacation. Even when it was cold,we really enjoy the time spent together as a family. The house is perfect for inside an outside activities.

We rented here for 6 months while working out of town. It comfortably fit 6 men, with a great waterfront. We were here for the winter and enjoyed ice fishing on the lake after work. Heidi was great and the amenities were as well.

This home made our girls’ reunion perfect! The 7 of us fully enjoyed this lovely well appointed home. It comfortably accommodated all of us. We enjoyed sitting on porch enjoying the view of the lake, grilling out, kayaking and swimming, and gathering around fire pit. It’s location allowed us to travel easily into Montreal and to Plattsburgh. Burlington is also close. We all agreed that we’d love to come back!

Everything about it is great. Spacious, modern, friendly host, great location. The lake water was warm and my kids loved the kayaks. Big backyard and fire pit too. If you want to get away from it all, but still have a very nice place to visit this house is wonderful.

Great open space inside and outside. We went with our 18 month old triplets and everyone had a wonderful time. The bedrooms are spacious enough to accommodate three portable cribs and I just loved the decor. It’s a perfect combination of chalet and chic. Heidi was welcoming and very responsive whenever we had a question. We would love to go back

The house is newly renovated. It is very charming & spacious inside. It also looks out to the beautiful view of Lake Champlain. The owner, Heidi, is very friendly. She greeted us upon arrival, explained every questions we had, and gave us tips on how & where to visit the surrounding areas. In sum, we loved our stay & all the accommodations it offers!

My husband, our three girls (17, 14, 9) and I stayed here for a week and had a great time. The kids enjoyed the water (including all the inflatables & paddleboard), as well as the house. We had a great time relaxing, enjoying the area and all it has to offer. We did day trips to Montreal and Burlington, which were accessible within an hour. Did some hikes, rented a boat for skiing & tubing and went to Ausable Chasm. The owners, Heidi & Jay, were incredibly responsive to our questions and helped make the week terrific. Would definitely recommend!!
