We loved our stay. Easy access to everything. Nice and quiet. Staff was very hospitable. Views from deck are awesome. We love the San Jose area

This is not the first time I have been to this area however this was the best accommodations and location I have stayed. We traveled with another couple who had never been to Cabo area. We were all very pleased with Todd's condo here at Las Mananitas. The condo had a fantastic view of the ocean and we had whales in front of the condo almost everyday. The deck was extra nice as it provided space for both couples, great outdoor furniture and a dining table where we could soak up the scenery during dinner or drinks. Being right on the beach was the best and on the third level made you feel safe. Nice to have guards walking around all the time. The condo was very well appointed with great matching furniture and super clean. Very good wifi and TV reception with Dish. The big grocery store was just a short walk away with everything we needed at very good prices. The grocery store, Comer, had awesome prepared foods and very fresh fish. If you didn't feel like cooking but didn't want to go out, it had it all. We can't say enough about the condo, it's location, the views, security, and Todd's follow up with a call making sure all was fine. We will be back for sure!! Thank you Todd!!!

This is one of those places that you never want to leave. Every aspect of this home is ideal. Anything you might need or want is there at your fingertips. The kitchen is great for food prep. The living room is spacious and comfortable. Great sound system. The master bedroom is 5 star quality. The 2nd bedroom is just as lovely. However, the real gem is the amazing balcony and views. We spent most of our time perched on one of the many seating options. We stayed up late every night simply because we didn't want to come inside! I just can't say enough about how great a place this is for absolute peace and quiet. The pools below were so serene and refreshing. The staff was so friendly and the grounds were emmaculate. Just minutes away in walking distance were some great restaurants and of course the expansive La Comer. We never used a bus or taxi while there but one could see that they were readily available. Todd was very kind and helpful. He was able to answer any of our questions along the way which was much appreciated since this was our first trip to the area. We can't wait to return. Daydreaming of wonderful memories each day.

This unit is great for a family of 4 or two couples with a spectacular view. It always pays to search for quiet units with a view when traveling. The every room is spacious and the balcony is large enough for 50 people...well you get the point. Todd is very responsive answering to questions. We rented a car and explored the various restaurants. Favorite was Las Lupitas shrimp taco. OMG!

Todds place was lovely, well cared for and has a fantastic view!! He called several times and even popped in to check on things! Truly cares about his guests .always updating and upgrading !!!loved it !!!!
