This is a beautifully curated, roomy space with so many attractive features. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the kitchen was very functional with all necessary cooking equipment. The friendly owners provided clear and helpful guides for how to use everything in the house, including the wonderful hot tub in the lovely outdoor area, as well as tips and descriptions of various food and activity options around the area. It’s an easy walk to Cox Bay beach and less than ten minutes’ drive to town. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this property.

Perfect location, every detail was as indicated in the listing. Katrina went out of her way to answer any questions and help us sort out alternative travel arrangements due to the road closure from wildfire. The house was so cozy and well-equipped!

This was a great find. A gorgeous property. Well appointed. Everything you need for a great stay in the Tofino area. We will be back and hope to make this our annual Tofino trip home.

We spent 4 nights in this lovely cottage and had a fabulous time. Communication with the owners was seamless. Katrina was very friendly and helpful but also very respectful of our privacy. The cottage was lovely with great touches such as interesting artwork, surfboards on the walls and great light fixtures. We loved the fact that we were able to bring our dog and cox beach was an easily accessible walk of under 10 minutes. The outdoor area of hot tub, shower and fire pit were well designed maximizing privacy and surrounded by forest. Thank you Katrina and Jeremy! You have a wonderful place and we hope to be able to return!

We had a great time at the house, despite much more snow than we were expecting for a weekend away. The house was well-appointed. We did lots of cooking and were never missing any particular kitchen tools. The decor was beautiful and the hot tub was sublime. Watching the snow fall from the tub was a particular treat. The hosts were fantastic. They'd check on us to make sure we had what we needed, but were never intrusive. So lovely. We'll definitely be back. Thanks so much Katrina, Jeremy, and Carlos!

Perfectly peaceful

Katrina andJeremy have have captured the west coast feel with their cozy vacation home in the forest. It was an integral part of creating some fantastic Tofino specific memories. We’ll be back, and next time I’m going to learn to surf!

The house was amazing. Well stocked and lots of instructions for any questions you might have. Katrina was a wonderful host, stopped by for a quick welcome and showed us a couple things with the hot tub. Great location!!! 5 mins from town, 2 mins from Cox bay. And the outdoor shower is heated with good pressure! Loved every minute of the trip and the house. Looking forward to staying for a fe days in the summer with some bikes! Would definitely stay again.

We felt the peace of this coastal hideaway immediately. The warm welcome from Katrina had us feeling at home right away. The interior is thoughtfully decorated with artful lighting and comfy furniture. Outside the patio spa and shower was our favorite part. Private and preserved but far from rustic, the space offers much for those seeking nature. Will gladly make this a regular choice for future Tofino trips.

Katrina and Jeremy are amazing hosts. Everything was perfect. Katrina had a letter in the door upon our arrival and let us settle in prior to introducing herself and explaining the amenities and location of all of the supplies. The home was extremely clean and was as advertised. Location was amazing. All appliances were in working order. We enjoyed relaxing by the fire and soaking in the hot tub at the end of each day. This VRBO is a gem. We highly recommend choosing this host for a hassle free stay. We will most definitely be back and will recommend Katrina and Jeremy to all our friends and family. Truly the property and accommodations are even better in person. We loved our stay and really appreciated all the small touches. It was also lovely to stay in a place that was pup friendly. We will return!

Cannot say enough great things about the property. Was more than the pics. Beautiful, great appliances and little touches. Bonfire and hottub evenings were great. But the topper was Katrina and Jeremy- beyond amazing hosts. We will be back and can’t say enough about them and Tofino. 5 star all the way!!!

Katrina met us and walked us around the property, she explained how everything worked and where everything was. We wanted to book crab di she even brought us an outdoor propane stove. Nothing was to much. Great host and an amazing property Hot tub and outside sitting space were spot on Thx we’ll be back

Looking at the pics and description of the property, and also the past reviews ,we thought it was a property that was very close to the beach, Private and somewhat secluded. We first had to wait till 5:00 pm check in. Instead of 4 pm ,because of previous renters had left late, no compensation,It is a business. Unknown to us ,the owners live on site, actually they live partly in the attached garage. Which was not shown in pictures or in the description of their home. Which we felt they should be upfront about their property. We never felt this property as private or what we had paid for. The beach is a good 25 min walk, down the road across the highway, through a private resort. The property itself is clean, well appointed, and the owners are quite friendly. But it was not represented properly. Never would have rented knowing the owners live basically with you. Thankyou

Everything about Katrina and Jeremy's house was perfect for our monthlong-stay in Tofino. The location is amazing, just a 10-minute walk from the sand at Cox Bay. The outdoor deck was our favorite place to spend time on the property, with the outdoor shower, fire pit and hot tub surrounded by rainforest and quiet. The living room is airy and bright, with two large picture windows and an enormous skylight that make you feel like you're outdoors. The home is very thoughtfully appointed, with very comfortable beds and the kitchen stocked with everything we needed to cook, clean, and live for a month (very fast internet as well). The highlights of the stay were Katrina and Jeremy themselves - so kind and friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed to have a wonderful time in Tofino. We will be booking their home again when we come back.

This was such a wonderful spot for a family. Although not on the beach, it still has the amazing tofino charm with a beautiful fire pit in the forest and an outdoor shower. The kitchen has everything you needed and more. Katrina was friendly and very prompt to answer. We hope to stay here again!

My husband, daughter and dog stayed here for 5 days in the summer. Not only is the location great for beach proximity but also serene and peaceful. All the amenities are wonderful and the house felt like home. I highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect place in Tofino. Quick bike or walk to beach, Tofician, bike into town (rent bikes from Marc TOF bikes). Sit by fire. Relax in hottub. Have a hot outdoor shower in cool rain. The place is beautifully landscaped and in my opinion couldn't be better. Enjoy.

I stayed in Katrina and Jeremy’s house with my wife, 4 year old son, and dog forthe month of May. Everything was as described (the house is actually better than it photographs), location gives good access to Cox Bay and Chesterman Beach by about 1-1.5km walk/bike, and Katrina and Jeremy were really nice and helpful hosts. I highly recommend this property for the full Tofino experience!

Our family of four with our two dogs had an absolutely wonderful time staying here for a week over spring break. The house is beautiful with a great kitchen, outside grill and hot tub. Great location within walking distance of both Cox bay beach and Chesterman Beach. Owners are super nice and helpful. This was such a special get away for us and we were definitely stay here again.

My experience was mixed. The property itself is great and would ordinarily be 5 stars. However, I was shocked that we were asked to sign rental agreements and Covid questionnaires 3 days prior to arrival. I feel very strongly that all requirements need to be clear from the time of booking or shortly after so all parties can decide if the terms are acceptable. And I’ll be honest, these Covid precautions that some businesses impose after you are fully committed are a sore spot for me. As a consumer, what option did I have? We were already travelling in BC, the cancellation period had long since expired, and we were fully committed with other travel reservations. Communication seemed poor as the purpose of this questionnaire was unclear which made it stressful- if we answered incorrectly would we be denied the accommodation or was it simply a risk assessment? My review probably sounds harsh and some would probably say what difference did it make as none of us were sick but in my view this practice is completely unacceptable. I would not have originally booked if I had this knowledge so I felt deceived. I hope future bookings will be advised that they will be asked a few days prior to arrival to complete a Covid questionnaire and the purpose for which it is used. Rental agreements also need to be sent far in advance of travel.

Our family of 5 had a great time at this lovely house. We spent every day at a nearby beach and loved relaxing in the house and warming up in the hot tub. We look forward to coming back.
