We had a great stay! Check in was extremely easy. Getting a code to the door and avoiding lengthy check-ins was so nice after a long drive. The view was fantastic! Sunsets every night! The view is what did it for us. Loved being close to Pier Park as well. If you don’t want to drive, you could go a whole week without driving once. Beach access was also very easy. It was also nice having 2 chairs and an umbrella included. The kids loved that there were boogie boards already in the room! Saved us room on the drive! All in all, it was a great time. Probably our best vacation yet.

Enjoyed our stay especially the evening sunsets. This condo is right on the beach with a great view. Roomy and close to restaurants and Pier Park. Plenty of room for all of us.

Condo was wonderful, great location. If i could say anything negative about stay it would be the chair service . Anywhere we've ever stayed the put chairs closer to shore line. Here they don't & people set tents and chairs etc. In front of the rental ones. That would be my only complaint. Great stay.

We stayed for the Ironman Florida race and it was phenomenal! Right in the center of all the action, we could see the swim from the balcony and simply had to go downstairs to watch the run. We highly enjoyed the pool, beach and proximity to shops and restaurants. The condo itself was perfect for our group of 8. I would highly recommend staying here.

This was the best condo experience we have ever had. The condo is beautiful. Clean in every corner. The furniture is clean and in awesome shape. The appliance all work and it has a nice pantry for food. Full size washer and Dryer. Chairs to use on the beach. 3 Boogie board also. Plenty of hangers in the closets. The balcony is beautiful. Pictures just do not do it justice. We walked thru the door and it felt like home. All text with owner where answered in a very timely manner. Overall the whole resort was a 10! Elevators, Parking, Security, Pools, Beach Access were awesome. The staff were so friendly and nice. So close to Pier Park that we didn't need our car for 3 days. We will be back!!!

The property was as nice as the photos in the listing. The condo was very accommodating for our family. It was nice having three bathrooms and spacious rooms. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in PCB and having such a nice condo helped make this an even better trip. There was plenty of room and all the amenities we needed. We were within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and activities. We would definitely return to this condo.

Toes in the sand has incredible views and a great location where restaurants are within walking distance. Susie was great to work with and very responsive to any questions/needs we had. For a blackened grouper sandwich try Hook'd which is a couple minutes away.

Just as pictured and described. Had a mi or issue on arrival - host accessed on-site maintenance for us, stayed on top of the situation. Very responsive while choosing the unit, while preparing for our trip and while there. Highly recommend Susie.

Perfect location for our vacation
This condo was very nice and accommodated the 5 of us great. The pictures of the condo and distance from pier are spot on. The beach service was really nice and we had fun at the tiki bar. While you are on the beach you cannot see the street drain. From your balcony, the street drain is right in front of this building. I did not see it in any other pics or reviews and so was somewhat surprised with this view from the balcony. Not something that this owner can help but with it raining everyday, it was very noticeable. This did not impact our stay and I would still recommend this condo and working with Susan. She is very responsive and nice. We were here to celebrate my son's 21st birthday and so Ms. Newby's was our favorite bar. Alexa was the best bartender. Suggest making reservations for dinner if you can during your stay.

Amazing!
My family and I had the best time at this condo! Spectacular views! I am afraid of heights but once I was there I was so in love with the view, the location, so convenient to shops, food, great beach, we loved Austin at the tiki bar that is on the property. Our host was super, she checked in to make sure everything was OK! My family is already discussing reserving this condo in the near future! We truly loved it here and thanks to Susie for making me feel at ease!

Perfect home away from home
The property was clean, beds very comfortable, and the corner unit has wonderful views. We walked to the beach and the pier park daily. We have found our new beach vacation spot!
