The property was just perfect for our group of 8 (adults plus teens). The house had all of the amenities needed and the beach chairs and cooler was so appreciated. The property managers were very quick to respond and took care of anything needed right away. I will definitely stay here again if we are fortunate enough to return to Tamarindo!

We had two families of 5 staying at this house and it was perfect!! We were close enough to the beach to walk and the house supplied all we needed (chairs, cooler). The owner and manager were very helpful and was very responsive. We would definitely recommend staying at this house!

Pros: LOCATION! Right in the heart of Tamarindo beach. As stated, just a 2-5 minute walk to anything and everything. 2-3 minute walk to the beach. You feel secluded and private even though you have a Villa on each side of you. Very relaxing. Owner and property manager responded to any questions we had within minutes. Cons: We were a party of 7 adults and a one year old. One towel and one wash cloth for each person for a 7 night stay. Although, they provided washing detergent for us it was still a hassle not having extras. Also, we had to purchase beach chairs because they only provided 4. $40 each for a cheap chair that we had to leave there. The pictures online are deceiving about the size of the Villa. While the bedrooms were spacious, the living room was small and only seated 5 people max and there were 7 of us plus a toddler. Lastly, there is tile on the steps and cover porch around the pool and several of us slipped and fell, including my one year old granddaughter, getting in/out of the pool and when it rained. They need some anti slip mats or something or someone will eventually seriously hurt themselves. Overall, our stay was fabulous and we would definitely stay here again, just with less people in our group.

We absolutely loved it, the house has everything you need! The pool was wonderful for morning and evening swims! We rented a golf cart, which made it easy for grocery shopping and going to restaurants and shopping.There is a very nice market about 5 minutes away, it has great produce, wine and alcohol. The great restaurants, the people are so friendly and helpful! Every evening about 5:30 everyone goes to the beach to watch the sunset , so we did😊we would sit at Witch’s Rock with a delicious drink and watched the sunset! And they were beautiful, don’t miss them! Enjoy !!!!!!

I only hope that you have a chance to stay at Audrey's place in Tamarindo. She is an exceptional host and her place is perfect for anyone who want to just relax and enjoy the beautiful Pacific coast, warm waters and wonderful people of Costa Rica. Audrey's home was perfect for our group of 6. Very sort walk to the beach and great pool to just hang out. First trip to Costa Rica and we fell in love with the place. Beautiful people, landscapes and food. We are going back. Just don't take my week(S).

If you are staying in Tamarindo, then this is the perfect house - across the street from the beach entrance and walking distance to all the restaurants. The house was very clean and orderly. Lots of space and we loved the big deck. My boys loved the pool! 90 was super hot for us coming from 30 degree weather. The pool was a luxury to have. Wouldn't visit there without one. The internet service was shotty at times, but that is probably due to the area, not the house. One of the property managers, Olber, was hard to communicate with. We told him when we would be there to check-in. He didn't respond to email and didn't meet us. Luckily, the owner has a set of back-up keys. Finally heard from Olber 3 days after checking in asking if we got in. Little late - haha. He said I didn't email him our check-in time. I resent the email to him and have not heard from him since. Kelly and the owner were great to work with. We had issues with 2 of the air conditioners (which were also a luxury to have). People were sent right away to fix them. We still had issues with the downstairs bedroom air conditioner. Hopefully, it is repaired for more long-term use for the next visitors. We would 100% stay at this house again if we return to Tamarindo. Thank you Audrey for sharing your home! The Newmans

Very nice house, with 3 bedrooms in the main house and a separate ensuite loft over the garage. About 100 m walk to the beach. Nice little pool and great porch area, but the tiles are very slippery when wet! Only negatives were spotty internet and less than usual water pressure. Everyone got clean and the kids were able to watch their little shows when they got too overheated. Great spot!

This was the perfect property for our group. Short walk to the beach and all the charm of the town and the people. The check in process was easy and the property management team of Kelly and Olber took care of all our needs. The pool was a wonderful oasis in the afternoon and the monkeys across the street was very entertaining.

Close walk to beach. Lots of space for big family. Comfy beds. Very clean and easy check-in process. Was perfect! Only warning would be make sure that you have set of keys with you at all times because you require it to enter/exit front gate as well as front door to house.

Tamarindo is full of places to stay, but few offer as much value. All of the adults had master bedrooms, kids shared a large double twin room with an extra roll out. With so much variety of food we ate out exclusively, but the kitchen was full of every amenity you need to cook for your family. The swimming pool was clean and cool for the blazing sunny days. From this location you are basically on the end of the strip, so it’s a quick walk down the dirt road to the main road. You can opt to walk the main road or cross over to the beach and walk the beach. We had an amazing time and the communication with staff, management or owners was excellent and quick. I highly recommend it.

Awesome area and great accommodation

We have stayed at this house a few times and really enjoy the private yard and pool.

Place was incredible, everyone loved the pool and patio. Wifi didn’t work for us in the upstairs bedrooms, but downstairs worked great. Location is a short walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, pretty much everything. I will say the water pressure for showers was pretty bad. The hotter the water the less pressure, cool showers had good pressure. It wasn’t a deal breaker for us. I would definitely stay there again!

Great correspondence, but sheets were dirty, band aids from previous renters were left on ground, pool had green, water pressure was poor. They did come and clean the pool and work on water pressure when we complained.

We loved our stay! We could walk to the beach in less than five minutes, and also many restaurants and shops. We hope to be back in Tamarindo in the near future!

This property is beautiful- perfect for a large group (8-10) and located close to beach. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is for the following: -We had an incredibly difficult time finding it the evening we arrived. It is poorly marked and we didn’t receive clear communication in advance. -We got locked INSIDE the house because the lock broke. They sent a repair person, but because it was off hours it took at least an hour. -I had to pay $57 to get a high chair that didn’t work for my son’s age. Otherwise, the property was well maintained and the pool was fantastic!

After a cold miserable winter my family was thrilled to relax in a spacious modern property Convenient to the beach, restaurants and shops. we loved lounging & watching the children swim and then after a day of fun , we would head to one of the local restaurants for a good meal I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a premium rental in Tamarindo

We loved this villa it was great for our group. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms spacious and the pool was great at end of the day. The new management company was responsive and helpful. However, it isn't exactly across the street from the beach, it is a bit of a walk. The only draw back was the dirt road that for our time there, was horrible and we were wiping dirt off the tables three times a day let alone inhaling it. At the end of our stay they finally coated the road which helped. Over all it was a great time for our family and friends.

We ate out for dinner but did have breakfast and some lunches at the house. All the rooms were super comfortable and good water system. We always had hot water. My husband and I had our air conditioner go out one night and they were there immediately in the am with a new one. The maid and pool guy were very nice. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. I would recommend this for anyone.

The villa is a fabulous place for a vacation. Close to the beach, lots of good restaurants, markets, surf shop, etc. It has a really good vibe. Can't wait to return!
