This house couldn’t have been more perfect. Open area so we had plenty of room for all eight of us to visit. Great neighborhood with excellent restaurants and shops. Peter, the host was positively the best. Anything I asked he responded with minutes if you want a family vacation in Nashville this is the house to choose.

The location of this house could not have been better for our family visit to Nashville! Tucked away in a neighborhood just steps away from 12 South and tons of great restaurants and shops, we walked everyday to great places to eat and explore. The house itself was fantastic too! It had a great layout with the extra living room upstairs and beautiful kitchen and bedrooms. Absolutely recommend to families to stay here!

We had an amazing girls weekend in Nashville. The house was perfect for our group. The location was great also. Very clean and modern… we even enjoyed the snow! Would love to stay here again.

We had a fabulous stay at this wonderful property! It was a group of 8, all in our 50s, celebrating 40+ years of friendship. The neighborhood (12 South) was awesome and filled with restaurants, bars and shopping. Our favorite was Edley’s BBQ - so good! The open concept kitchen, dinning and living space was perfect for cocktails and cards in the evening after a long afternoon on Broadway. The item we loved the most was the gas fireplace when the snow started to fall outside! None of us MN peeps thought we would need our snow boots in TN… Peter, the property manager, was easy to work with and very responsive. Incredibly flexible with the snowstorm! Thank you… Highly recommend this property.

The location is great. A few things in the house need attention: front steps and back steps need a handrail for older or handicapped people to access. If not installed, then the web description needs to say this. Soaking Bathtub on the main floor wobbles - might leak- we did not use it. Upstairs toilet needs to have seal reset.

This house has it all - a great room with plenty of space, bedrooms with their own baths and easy access to 12 South and Belmont. Clean, comfortable and excellent communication by the host. Highly recommend!

Loved the home. Lots of room for our 8 to spread out and enjoy the house. Kitchen was lacking a few things but the owner quickly provided them via Amazon delivery. Also had difficulty with the thermostat and lighting the fireplace but both issues were resolved a few days into the stay. The TV room upstairs was enjoyed for movie nights. The fireplace was great on cold afternoons and nights. Beds and linens were all very comfortable. The location to 12 South dinning, shopping and coffee houses was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay.

We felt spoiled having so much room in this home. Four friends plus an 8 year old and we were happily enjoying our own space when we needed it yet could come together, too, with ample room for all of us! Walkable to Buttermilk Ranch, coffee, restaurants, and shops in 12 South, a Publix, easily Uberable to other parts of Nashville. Responsive host. Comfortable beds, well decorated, everything in great condition!

The home is very nice and perfect for our three couples (there would have been room for a fourth). The screened porch was comfortable and we used it a lot. We don’t like benches instead of side chairs for dining room tables, but other than that the furniture was good quality and comfortable, including the beds. Note there is only street parking, although there was space always available right in front of the house.

Such a fantastic place! It was everything the listing promised in an incredible neighborhood, within walking distance to so many great places, and a short Uber to everything else. Peter is a great host! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay & will definitely be back!

My best girlfriend’s and our husbands went to Nashville to celebrate our 60th birthdays. We had a blast. The house was absolutely perfect location. The restaurants and shopping were walking distance and downtown a 10 minute Uber. Having three full bathrooms made it great.

Peter was great right from the beginning. I could tell he was seasoned at VRBO. The listing was exactly spot on. We didn’t need to reach out for additional information. The home was modern and clean. Great location…would definitely recommend staying there!

We were a group of 4 couples and enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was just perfect for the 8 of us. We Ubered easily to any location and found the neighbourhood safe and quiet. We would certainly recommend to anyone coming to Nashville:)

The house was perfect!! Everything we had hoped for and more. It was perfectly located in the middle of everything we wanted to do. We will definitely be back!!!

This was such a beautiful home and perfect for our family of 4. There was a separate place for the kids to hang out and do their thing while adults did their thing in a separate space. I only rated the location low for now because there was construction going on EVERYWHERE near us. Crews started very early in the morning - houses and business/apartment buildings being worked on everywhere, which made the entire area look dirtier and uglier than it likely normally is. Couple of good parks with walking trails nearby - that was nice - in addition to a lot of walk-able places for food... but you had to walk by all the construction to get there.

My husband and I are from Illinois and we met our friends from New Mexico in Nashville for vacation. There were three couples and we stayed here. We were all very comfortable. Each couple had their own bedroom and bath. The kitchen/ family room area was large enough for all of us to congregate and enjoy the evening together. The home was very clean, well maintained and in a great neighborhood. The owner was quick to respond to questions and very easy to work with. We would certainly rent this property again!

The house was clean and pictures were spot on! It truly is only a couple block walk to restaurants/shops in the 12 south neighborhood and only a couple minute lyft ride to Broadway which was perfect for our group!

This house was fantastic for our family's Vanderbilt graduation weekend in Nashville. It was clean and well stocked with everything we needed, and it has plenty of room to hold anywhere from 6 to 16 people. We enjoyed exploring the 12 South neighborhood just a few blocks away. The front steps are a bit uneven, but the back entrance is easy for anyone who has mobility issues. The owner Peter was very responsive, and he made check-in and check-out a breeze. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a larger place to stay in Nashville.

This property was great for our family. My niece graduated from college and it was the perfect location-actually walked to campus. The property is spacious and very clean. I really liked being able to walk to coffee and breakfast in the morning. Lots of nice shops along 12 South. The area is very quiet didn't hear anything at night. The host, Peter, is very responsive-I would highly recommend.

It's always a joy to stay in the 12South neighborhood. This house is super convenient to all the local shops on 12South, Belmont, and in Hillsboro Village, as well as having easy access to the freeway. The house was even better than the pictures. It's spacious, open, and light with a wonderful great room on the main floor and a bonus living room for the teens upstairs. Lots of bathrooms and large bedrooms gave us plenty of room to gather and sneak away for some privacy. The screened in back patio would be perfect in warmer weather. We'd definitely stay here again.

This property was the perfect location for our Nashville trip! We walked to the restaurants & shops in 12 South everyday. It’s also a short Uber ride to Broadway. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone planning a trip to Nashville.

This home was the most functional, comfortable , and well appointed that our family of 9 adults and adult children have stayed in. Many thanks to the host, Peter, for his responsiveness, thoroughness, and attention to detail. For instance, the kitchen even had a gallon-size beverage jug with a spigot for self-serving ice tea, punch, and margaritas —- and we made great use of it! We echo other reviewers who praised the layout and spaciousness of the rooms. The central common areas on the main floor were perfect for relaxing, prepping and gathering for meals, playing games, watching sports, and a lot of laughter and memories! Those who wanted some downtime could retreat to the bedrooms and bonus room that were well-stocked with toiletries, towels, comforters, TVs and other bedroom/bath amenities. My only advice to future guests is to practice using the keypad lock on the front door. It’s easy once you get the hang of it but everyone in our group struggled a bit the first couple of tries. We appreciated the proximity and variety of 12 South shops. Finally, we had no problem parking 4 cars on the street even on St Patrick’s Day weekend.
