Comfy beds, great outdoor shower, bike path entrance is across the street and state beach is just down the street. Groceries, packy and pizza a 1/4 mile away. What more can you ask for? I'd come again for sure!

Good value, ample space for all of us. The A/C worked great when we needed it! Nice little outdoor area to enjoy as well. Some slight noise of cars passing but nothing that really bothered us. It is right across from a wooded walking/bike trail as well as the main bike route. We couldn’t get the BBQ to work but I’m sure the owner would have addressed it ASAP if I had reached out to him.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was ideal and the house had everything we needed. The private yard and patio with a fire pit was a bonus. Mike was also an excellent host. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others as well.

Our stay at Mike's place was great. The house was the perfect size for our party. The location was centrally located between downtown Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. Would be a great location during the summer since it is so close to the bend as well. Thanks

The pictures look bright and fresh, but this property smelt damp, the ceiling in one of the bedrooms was covered in black mold. The bed linens supplied smelled musty, in one bed they were so bad it was actually not possible to sleep in it. One wall was basically rotting wood. We booked for a week and stayed one night. Did not bother to raise issues as unfixable, needs complete reno to live up to price tag.

Best location!! This house is located so close to everything. The beach is walking distance and the bike path is across the street that goes all over the island. We road our bikes into Edgartown and to the Jaws Bridge. This is a true beach cottage!! Very comfortable. Mike is a great Host!

Quaint, homey, dog friendly which is a huge plus. Also, fire pit in backyard was fun every night. We will definitely be back.

We just got back from a week's stay at Mike's place and it was just lovely. The location is amazing! Less than a 10-minute walk to get to the beach, market, and someplace to eat. The house itself is cozy and well equipped. It rained for quite a bit during our stay so we didn't take advantage of the outdoor space as much as I would've liked but there is ample space outside. We would definitely stay here again.

Had a great stay at this 3 bedroom beach cottage with closed in yard that was walking distance to the beach, grocery store/restaurants and even Edgartown. Owner was very responsive to our needs/questions before and during the stay. Not fancy but has everything you need for a week at the beach.

Everything was as shown on Vrbo, short walk to bus, even going through a nor’easters was no problem! Would definitely recommend and we are planning for possibly next year

We had originally intended to bring a car but were unable due to ferry restrictions due to a storm. We left things behind but didn't miss a thing because the house came with everything we need to enjoy our weekend. Our host was very responsive to us. We were very comfortable.

I enjoyed staying at this Cottage it has a lot of history also the location was great its between Edgartown and OB easy biking to State Beach. The only thing I thought could be kept up was the outside grounds grass cut , trim brushes was getting a little over grown. I loved the pressure of the outdoor shower never took a shower inside. Been coming to the Vinyard for 35 years an I've stayed in a lot of places an I'm pleased with this cottage. Thank you

One minute ride to State Beach, 3 minutes to downtown Edgartown. Had one issue with the A/C on day one and owner jumped right on it and fixed it. Very responsive. Would definitely rent again.

We had a little mix-up getting in that was attributable more to VRBO, but Mike more than made up for it with his responsiveness. Great location for us and our 3 kids and dog. Shady, fenced yard made for relaxed morning coffee and fritters, and fun evening lobster boil and fire pit.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed for the week. Easy access to the beach and to downtown Edgartown. The one time we need to reach Mike and Sandy, they responded immediately.

We stayed for a getaway off season and had the best time. The cottage is quaint, comfortable and convenient to everything. We brought our puppy with us so the yard was perfect! Mike was responsive and had great recommendations for restaurants, shops and things to do in general which was awesome.

We spent 2 weeks with kids, grandkids and a dog and had the best family vacation. It's the perfect location for access to the beach, Edgartown, shopping, biking and trail walking. We loved hanging out in the backyard space making memories, grilling fresh seafood with the family and sitting by the fire under the stars. Mike could not have been a more attentive/friendly host when addressing a few questions/asks we had during our stay.

The house is clean and cozy, with a well-appointed kitchen. The yard is a great private spot for hanging out, with tons of seating and a firepit. We loved being able to walk to State beach (5 minutes down the road), and the quick trips to Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. The hosts live nearby and were super responsive. Would definitely come back here.

This cottage was IDEAL for my family - centrally located near the beach and walking distance to Edgartown shopping and an easy bike ride away from Oaks Bluff. The home was clean and small with a good size kitchen with additional outside BBQ and pic-nic table. HIGHLY recommend this to anyone looking to play outside and have a little slice of heaven to sleep / eat with your family. I would suggest no more then 3-4 people stay the cottage is quite small with 1 bathroom. Lastly, Mike was wonderful to work with very kind and welcomed us with a fridge of local beer and wine too! I would recommend this property to EVERYONE! but SHHHH - Lets keep this JEM a secret so we can use it again next YEAR (Wink)

The property is exactly as described, the layout worked perfect for us. We were able to bring the pup along which was deff a plus and the fenced in yard made it feel secluded. The house is perfect for 5/6 people and located minutes from oak bluffs edgartown and vineyard haven. I would recommend bringing a car however it allows you to travel the entire island and makes it easy to get to the closer locations, however parking is tough in the town centers. Mike was prompt with any questions i had which was nice. For those looking to enjoy the island and drop the bank this place is perfect!

Although the picture does not actually reflect the furnishings, we had a great time. There was yard space and chairs for all 5 of us. A picnic table in the sun was great - Sheltered from big winds. Our dog and the rest of us loved easy access to the woodsy trail across the road and quick walk to the beach. We biked every day, access to the bike trail was across the road - great. Clean,comfortable, and charming. Responsive to requests.

Dear Mike and Sandy, We had a super time on the Vineyard last week and really enjoyed staying at your 3BR cottage. It was perfect for us and our greys in every way ... there was plenty of room, it was well appointed, very clean and conveniently located to the bike trail, the beach, downtown Edgartown and Oak Bluffs. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower and fire pit. We were so comfortable that we didn't want to come home! We also enjoyed meeting Mike and really appreciate all of the recommendations that he made (restaurants and sightseeing). Thanks to you both for making our stay so pleasurable.
