We really enjoyed our stay at this property, and we already booked it again for next year. We've stayed in numerous vacation rentals in Cocoa Beach over the years and feel like we finally found the one we want to return to. Cathy is a great host, good communication. Thank you!

Overall, this property was great. The location was extremely close to the beach and amenities were within walking distance or just a short car ride. The house was well stocked with items that you might need; although, some were broken (for example, a few beach chairs) but nothing that made our stay any less enjoyable. There was ample room in the house for our entire family to be comfortable for the week. The temps during our stay were a bit chilly so the pool could have been warmer but we still used it anyway. Thanks for a great stay!

Kids loved the pool and ocean. Very close to Kennedy space center and only a 1 hour drive to Universal and airport.

The house has a nice setup. Very easy to get to and easy access to restaurants and the beach. It does need some work as there were some, what looked to be mold on the ceilings. The mattress's as well were very broken down and need to be addressed. Overall the house was nice just needs some tlc.

We had a wonderful stay and all in the group were very happy with the accommodations. The house has a lot of extras for the pool, the beach and for young children. Also owner gave us many helpful tips along the way. Will definitely book again when visiting Cocoa Beach.

The house was beautiful and exceeded all of our expectations. It was the perfect house for all of our family. We loved the access to the beach as well as the private pool. The beach chairs and beach toys added to our enjoyment of the ocean, and if we were to go back to Cocoa Beach, we would rent this house again. Thank you so much for making this available to us.

Our family has been to the Seahorse several years in a row. It is a perfect place to rest, relax and enjoy the sun. It is only a block from the beach and near restaurants and other attractions. With 5 bedrooms, the house is set up up to host a large family or group of friends. The pool area is absolutely beautiful and is a favorite place to gather. The house is lovely and anyone would feel right at home. We appreciate the cleanliness and ease of communicating with the owner. Our family has already booked another week here.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! Kathy was super communicative and there were so many fun beach/pool toys for our use and a wagon to take them all. We had such a fun time and we will be back!

Our stay was amazing! The house is a very short half a block to an amazing beach. There were beach toys provided that made our stay great. The only thing that was a little dissapoining was the lack of toiletries provided. We had to travel through airports where the limit on liquids makes it hard to bring enough for a multi-day vacation. There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided. Also no coffee- I know it's a bonus if coffee is provided, but all other properties we've stayed at has provided atleast a mornings worth of coffee so you could get your self kick-started before heading to the grocery store. Otherwise anything you needed was there- towels, toys, and a very nice working grill! You are very close to a Publix, the pier, mini-golf, an aerial park, shopping and restaurants- the location really is perfect! The house sleeps ten easy, the beds and pillows were all very comfortable, unfortunately the main seating area only has room for 5 to sit comfortable- the rest of us had to move in dining room chairs to sit on while watching a movie during the rain. It would be nice if there was enough seating for your whole party to be comfortable! Other than the few small things I 10/10 recommend staying here! The property manager was in constant communication and I'm sure she would have helped with anything needed promptly! If you are visiting Cocoa Beach - you should stay here!

We enjoyed our stay. It was in a good, quiet location with close proximity to the beach and area attractions. We especially loved the pool & lanai. There was plenty of pool furniture & pool toys provided. The bikes, ice coolers, beach cart & abundance of beach items was a plus. Everything was very clean.

The property and location were amazing! Our group of 10 fit nicely, with plenty of room and spaces for all. The beach was even closer than we thought!! The pool and patio area was a big hit! Highly recommend this property!

The property was better then advertised. Very Clean with lots of space to spread out. Wee look forward to staying here again. This owner responds quickly and answers all questions you may have. Don't hesitate to book the house!

The host was very helpful making sure my family was comfortable during a couple of strange, cold nights in Florida. The property was equipped with everything we could have needed for small babies, teenagers and adults. From bikes to multiple tvs to high chairs, we had everything we needed.

The property was as pictured. And, the property owner was helpful and responsive to the following issues. But, twice we had major sewer line problems and major sewer backup on the first floor. In addition, our stay was during the cold snap at Christmas and the heating system would not function correctly. So the owner had to go out and buy space heaters so that we could stay warm.

Great location right off Cocoa Beach. The heated pool was fantastic. Great open kitchen. Will definitely do again

Located off the main drag, with entrance to beach just a few houses away. Lots of room on both floors. Nice kitchen, closed in patio areas, and pool. Master bath has shower and hot tub. Beach gear and bikes available. Easy to communicate with owners. Check in and check out easy.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! It had everything we needed for a great stay! Well equipped kitchen, new flooring upstairs, clean

From the time we opened the door this house was easy to stay in. The kitchen was well equipped. Even the knives were sharp. There were enough common spaces that we all had space. The furniture and beds were comfortable. Even the outside furniture was of good quality. There were pool toys and beach equipment for adults and children. The house was very clean. And ahhh the pool. One block to the beach. The owner was very responsive to texts and even reached out to us when there was an unscheduled launch. All of us agreed that it was a perfect vacation home.

If you’re looking for a beach access property for a family getaway, this is a good choice. Spacious house with amenities for a comfortable stay. The property is well stocked with beach and pool toys, towels etc. A short walk to the beach was very convenient. The property owner/manager was accessible if we needed her, however everything was fine so really didn’t have to reach out to her. At booking we inquired about a reference for a photographer for a family photo session on the beach during our stay and she supplied us with an excellent choice. Happy all the way around.

Everything was great. Very close to beach. Everything we needed was at the house; chairs, beach wagon, bikes, boogie boards, etc. We especially enjoyed the pool. We would highly recommend and use in the future.

Second time we’ve booked with this house. It’s location is perfect on a dead end road to beach. House has everything you’d need for your stay and play on the beach. Love everything about it. Definitely will use again next year too

The location and closeness to the beach were great assets, along with the pool. Besides offering a screened-in porch, the lanai, which opened up to the pool area was a great addition for our meals. Although this was to be a relaxing extended family trip, ages 5-81, our day at the Kennedy Space Center was a delight to all. Further, on Friday afternoon before our departure, SpaceX launched a rocket which was clearly seen from the beach. The owner and property manager were most helpful with reminders and suggestions regarding restaurants. Would consider returning and highly recommend to others.

Everything was great with house. Only thing I would recommend is maybe some updating on kitchen supplies and beach supplies

The house worked out perfectly for our large family and 2 young children. The owner has the house well equipped, including all the beach toys anyone would need for a stay at the beach. Included sand toys for little ones. The bikes were an added plus. The house had plenty of room for all of us to have our own space and as a group for family time. The owner stayed in communication with us the whole time and was very accommodating. We had a wonderful time staying at this house and would do it again in the future.
