We stayed with my family this is our very first time using VRBO and we found the perfect house for us we can’t ask for nothing else this House is literally near of everywhere Nice Restaurant, Fast Food Shopping Store most important near to the Beach and the WaterPark . This property was exactly what I needed for a group trip to the beach. Location was great.

The inside property was clean, space was ok but bedrooms should have dressers with drawers. The yard could be organized better with trash containers located elsewhere. Although we did not utilize the grilling area it could be located somewhere permanent without having to move it around. Also it would be a plus for future tenants if there was a shed with beach chairs & umbrella available. A KEURIG would be another plus.

Upon checking into the property, I found a roach in the closet, ants in the kitchen, a broken door on the microwave, disgusting shower curtains in the bathrooms, a dead fly in the refrigerator, items in the freezer, a dirty stove and a beeping smoke detectors that needed a battery. The home was NOT clean nor prepared for someone to stay. It was my birthday trip and I was mortified and embarrassed beyond measure for myself and my guests. Additionally it was July 4th holiday so I had to find other lodging at the last minute. The owner REFUSED responsibility for the condition of the home and would NOT refund the CLEANING FEE for a home that was CLEARLY not cleaned properly for rental. I would not recommend this owner for ANY of her properties due to her lack of morals, her greed and her lack of cleanliness for her properties. It’s shameful that after several attempts to have civil conversation about what’s right and what’s wrong this owner still wouldn’t refund the cleaning fee even after the huge inconvenience her negligence caused.

We stayed here for a 5 day vacation and really liked the location. It was close to the beach and local stores. It was very clean and the property manager was very easy to contact. She fixed any problems that came up immediately and was very friendly. We would definitely rent from her again.

We arrived on Thursday and there were a lot of planes overhead however on Friday the planes stopped by the afternoon. The Owner was great!! Overall we had a great stay!!

Me and the family stayed at the house for a week. House was clean and great shape and was about 5 minutes from the beach. We will stay here again in the future.

It provided a great place for me and my family to be together. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. When we needed more blankets and pillows the owner was right over.

They properly was beautiful!! It looked exactly like the pictures, maybe better!! Beautiful decorated! We had fun at the beach. The owner gave us place we should try.. beautiful!! The neighborhood was very nice. People waved hello. My grand baby loved it! Stores were convenient. I will probably go back and stay longer. Thank you Chris!!!

We were centrally located to all beach activities. The house was clean and the owner was accessible and informative. We have a great time and definitely want to return in the future.

We stayed at 141 Ackiss during the winter time for a number of months while we transitioned to another state. Since all of our belongings were in storage and we needed extra space to homeschool, this was a perfect fit. Not only did it provide everything we needed, but it was only 1 mile from the beach and very close to other trails. The neighbors were friendly and very helpful. Christea was beyond compare. She made sure we were all okay even while my husband left for his job a few months early. We have nothing but positive things to say! We hope to return soon.
