Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is in a great location and it is very nice. The kitchen is fine but the dishwasher is in a very awkward location. I love the fact that it had a key for the back sliding door - which is where we entered and exited throughout our stay. Getting to the front door from the garage is difficult to navigate if you are trying to carry luggage or anything. We ended up unpacking at the curb which made it much easier to unpack and pack. The unit was not very well cleaned when we arrived. The table was dusty, food particles on the chairs, and the floor was not even swept. We cleaned everything ourselves since we arrived a bit late but when our daughter came to visit the next day, her little one still found old cereal bits on the floor. The Vacation rental representative offered to have the cleaning crew come back over to clean but by that time we had already re-cleaned. So I did feel that my cleaning fee was too much because of this issue.

Our unit was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. It was updated and very clean! We had a wonderful week enjoying the beach and pools. The property was beautiful and lush with grass, tropical plants and waterfalls. The unit was full of everything we needed for cooking, playing and relaxing. The beach was clean and not too crowded. Only families from the other homes in the area. This is hands down my favorite family beach area now! I can’t wait to come back again next summer.

Have always loved Oceanside. Sad to see such rocky beaches. Kids were still able to have fun in the sand but you have to wear shoes to get to the surf. The apartments is lovely and very convenient half block to the beach. Kids also loved the heated pool.
