Overall our stay was excellent - the house was clean and well stocked with everything you need. The pool was always crystal clear and great to have with the heat. They were very accommodating of our dog as well and we appreciated the welcome basket.

Our group of six could easily gather together in the kitchen or living room; or keep to ourselves in our bedrooms when needed. We found everything in the description to be very accurate! Every amenity you could think of was a available from a crockpot to hand soap. When they say you don’t need to bring much, they mean it! The pool/patio was beautiful with ample seating for our group and the pool temp was perfect. The beach is less than a 10 min walk out the front door. All the beach amenities were provided, too! The check-in process was simple and seamless. I would definitely stay here again.

House is even closer to the beach than advertised (practically across the street from beach access with restrooms/showers/etc.), beautiful and well heated pool and spa, large bedrooms all with their own bath, tons of space, and the most well stocked rental kitchen I can imagine (multiple coffee makers, appliances, tools, batteries for remotes - everything you could imagine).Beverly and team are so responsive and helpful and loved our welcome snacks. We will always rent with this team and would love to return to this same house!

The 5 min walk to the beach was incredible, we used the pool everyday, and close to a bunch of shops and restaurants.

Our family enjoyed every minute of our vacation in Hilton Head. The pool and living spaces at 12 Wren were delightful and the location is just a short walk to the beach where we had the pleasure of meeting friendly locals and other visitors to the island. All the amenities we could need were carefully considered and available for us to use -- including comfy beach chairs, umbrellas, and wagon for transport. We will be back!

The rest of the time was spent biking on all the many bike paths . The Salty Dog was just a short bike ride away. We had everything we could ask for within Sea Pines. We’ll definitely be back!

The property was as promised; seems simple but embellishments are all too common. It is a beautiful home & pool. and so well designed you feel immediately refreshed. It was also clean and well appointed with essentials including nice kitchen appliances, dishes, even antibacterial soap and wipes! The management team is thoughtful and thorough. We will be back.

BESTNEST by Beverly Serral did not disappoint! The property was well maintained and very up-to-date. The VRBO listing was a great representation of the home. The property included a well-stocked kitchen, all the linens and beach towels needed for the week, and tons of beach supplies to make our trip a very memorable one. The pool was beautiful and a perfect size for the six kids and four adults that stayed a the property. The beach was a quick walk down the road and the beach carts and wagon made for easy transport of all your beach necessities. Sea Pines is a very quiet and quant community and there are miles of bike trails to explore the area, including stables and many great restaurants and shopping. We will return to Hilton Head again in the future and Beverly Serral properties will be the only company that we use in the future. They were responsive to all our needs and replied quickly to all of our questions. They made our vacation not only enjoyable but EASY!
