Location was great. Clean and comfortable. Staff was professional and accessible. Breakfast was good.

Location was ok, easy to move around HH island if you have a car
Has a pool
A/C was full blast on throughout the hotel and the room the first day we arrived, and after going to the pool and then going back to our room, our 4yrs old got imeediately a cold as it was absolutely freezing
The room had the most amount of moisture we have ever had in our life. No option for air recycling as you cannot open the windows. Nothing could possibly dry in the room so had to leave our beach towels and swimming suits in the car to dry!!
Floor was disgusting, so dirty and with the humidity was getting even worse.
Never cleaned our room even if we told them that we are heading out and they should clean it whilst we are not in
Will definitely not going back there

Staff was great! Hotel was squeaky clean. Breakfast was yummy!
Our A/C broke last night and we had to take a journey at 1am to a new room, but it was so hot and ACs break so we took it in stride. Everyone was so nice.

I loved the area!
I didn’t like how I was charged fully for my stay at check-in. I feel as though the clerk made a judgment as if I would not pay for my stay due to having card issues at check in. I was charged fully as soon as I arrived.

The staff is super nice
The elevator to go up to the second floor is small including the hallway area. The rooms are dark, have a mold smell, the carpet in the floor is stained, dirty and old. The walls look as if they have not been cleaned in years and had stains on them. The beds are very uncomfortable. I was traveling with family and had several rooms and the beds and the rooms were all the same issues. This hotel need to remodel and upgrade their rooms or change their rates to Motel rates.

The room was clean but had a old musky smell. the gap under the door was too wide, had to cover with a towel. you could here every time someone walked in the hallway

The staff was VERY accommodating, the breakfasts were exceptional, varied and delicious, the pool was clean, the housekeeping staff greeted us with a beautiful butterfly made out of towels and information of the area was in the lobby and thoughtfully available to us.
Well, the room needs more light ... a lamp in the corner of the room would be nice instead of a hanger. Most annoying though was the cold water. We patiently waited for the hot water tank to be repaired, however, it did not help our room much. The shower takes 9 minutes to give warm water and that was disappointing.

once again the morning breakfast crew were awesome. polite warm greeting and everything warm and fully stocked. Nice to have cookies upon our return from dinner. Good crew!

I can say that we will never book through booking.com again. I could not get a hold of anyone to speak to. We wound up leaving a day early. Could not get a refund for the last day because nobody would take our call . I had my confirmation number via email did not ever get a pin code so without that they will not take your call.
Booking.com needs to be available in case of changes to your booking. I sent text messages as well as an email as well as tried to call several times. Could never get anybody

the area is extremely dark. when we arrived it was dark, bypassed the entrance and had to turn around

The facility was clean and the staff we’re welcoming.
The toilets were too short for adults, especially those adults with disabilities.
