Location Clean Room suite

Breakfast could be improved with more hot choices that are fresh. People who stay for a week need more choices that vary

The beautiful location, and the space and amenities of the room. Can’t beat this hotel!!

There was not anything that we didn’t like

Staff were very helpful and very accommodating!

One elevator was out of service for the entire duration of our stay.

The front desk ladies are so sweet and a pleasure to talk too. The hotel is in a perfect location

Parking is limited and most nights had to park at the hotel next to it

The lobby is cozy. The breakfast is good. The cable tv is good. The staff is helpful.

The fire pit was not working during our stay. Fruits need to be restocked for breakfast. The Queen bed was small and uncomfortable.

We have stayed here before in the past. It is our go to hotel when we visit Hilton Head. The staff is always so friendly and the hotel is always clean. Must say they have gotten better with the breakfast.

The hotel was modern, clean, comfortable and in good repair. The price charged was very reasonable for the quality of the accommodations. My room was spacious and the kitchenette is a very practical feature. Key features for me in any hotel room are the comfort of the bed and the cleanliness and functionality of the bathroom. Home2 Suites in Hilton Head scored very well on both counts.

More fruit and yoghurt options would have been nice but this is a quibble.

The coffee was good and it was close to the golf course.

It smelled of sewage and the staff tried to add additional fees to the bill.

We enjoyed it for being a quick getaway from our getaway. We wanted a day at the beach so that’s why we came to Hilton Head. The location was very central and perfect for us.

The staff on evenings were not as personable. They weren’t at the front desk and it took awhile for anyone to notice I was standing there.

good location. nice pool. when we got the room we'd booked it was great - but that was night 3 of a 4 night stay

We arrived to be told that our room was cancelled due to an invalid credit card that could not be charged. No attempt to contact us to remedy this was made. Eventually we were given a room with one queen bed not the 2 we had booked. Hotel tried to charge rack rate for this. We had no choice but to accept and I had to ask to be moved when a 2 bed room became available. it was not offered. Then we were told the original cost would be honoured, then a rack rate was applied. On night 3 we got the room we should have had at outset - it was very nice. But we'd spent 2 nights in a queen bed and we're not a couple and we're both tall and broad so not ideal! on checkout we did pay the original price - really we should have been charged a lower rate for 2 nights in an inferior room. A shame, as otherwise a decent hotel.

Very nice and professional staff. Comfortable room, quiet, the breakfast was very good and the pool was very clean.

I'm not a fan of the sliding bathroom door. There is no handle from the inside.

There was a variety of choices for breakfast that every taste bud would enjoy. For me it was the oatmeal and the add-ins, also the omelet. The different types of juice available for quest was refreshing

Room was very comfortable, user friendly. Staff was exceptional- friendly, helpful, very pleasant people in every department encountered. Burned out bathroom light was replaced right away.

Ice machine was not working on 3rd floor which meant going to other floors to obtain ice. Having the bed right next to the air conditioner is not ideal. Sleeping adjacent to the AC unit doesn’t seem to,be wise or healthy. Not sure why a requested room refresh did not include making the bed.

As soon as we arrived I got a towel out, they were not clean. I went down to inform the staff at the front desk to ask for more clean towels…she acted clueless- I also showed her a picture of damage that was in the room so I wouldn’t get charged for it…looked like water damage to the cabinet area. I can’t say I really liked the staff. One of the elevator buttons were broken. The hallways were hot getting to our room, we paid 1,500 for 4 night…I mean come on can they not afford to cool the hallways?!? again to complain about the staff..we were swimming in the pool and noticed no towels at the pool, so I went and asked for them to bring some out…45 mins when by and I went back in and she forgot- she was more interested in being in her phone. Not to mention this was at 9:30 at night, so no customer to attend to, just my towels she just didn’t seem to wanna get. This say could have been way better for the price I payed.

Fairly clean. Bedding was a challenge

Bedding was not the best. Comforter kept falling off the bed. Fitted sheets didn’t fit

The hotel staff were wonderful; Michelle is A++++. Breakfast had good variety and was good. Hotel area is very nice with good restaurants nearby. We will definitely be back!

no paper bowls to take breakfast in your car. but that was just a LITTLE “not like” lol I put it in a plastic cup. lol

I picked a room with 2 queens only got one and a pull out couch. We stayed 5 days so was very uncomfortable. The couch was also very dirty and cushions were not even zipped up in the back.
