This house was perfect for our family and kids friends: 2 adults, 4 teens and our dog. Clif was always available to call or text foranything we needed.The outdoor area has lots of fun things to do, volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, bikes, ping pong, etc. On a quiet dirt road, a quick drive away from Edgartown center.

Easy to communicate with the owner and a good location. The house is a bit older but nice and clean.

Clif the owner takes great pride in his homes. He stresses how he is available at all times. We did not travel with kids but I could see how it is a great place to stay with them. He has bikes and other outdoor items set up around his houses to provide a safe area for them to be out on their own. Close to Edgartown is always a bonus.

Nicely located in Egartown off a private road. Place was comfortable for our family of 6. Cliff was very hospitable and even loaned us a bike for my mom. Very relaxing and enough TVs for the kids to recluse to after very long beach days.

Cliff was the best....made everything easy. His home is so close to the best restaurants on the island!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was clean and comfortable. It had absolutely everything we needed. The kitchen is well stocked and each bedroom is comfortable with comfortable beds, large closets, and plenty of towels. The location of this house is perfect. We could quickly access Edgartown and OB & VH were a very short drive. We used the bike path frequently. Additionally, we had an easy walk "just across the street" to Caroline Tuthill Wildlife Preserve. This was wonderful for an early morning easy nature walk to get the day going. Clif was extremely responsive to all our needs; he is a great host. We will return to this property on our next stay on MV.

My family rented this home just last week and we loved our stay. The home is comfortable, clean, has central AC and kitchen items. It also had grill an lovely outdoor area. The owner was attentive and very helpful; when we thought there may be an issue with the AC he was right on top of it( turns out there was really no issue). Each downstairs bedroom had two beds in it a queen and a full which was nice for us as we have a two year old who could sleep in our room but not with us. We like to cook on vacation and were able to do that here. I know this is small but the large trash can in the kitchen is critical when you have a house full and we loved that. Washer and dryer were present and worked great. My only feedback would be to update the lighting in the bathrooms, it's dim and a bit noisy. Also maybe updating the bathroom rugs would be a good idea to modernize. I must also say i loved the furniture; it was solid wood. I wondered at first how comfortable the futons would be but they were truly very comfy and we napped heavenly on them. I loved the outdoor shower and the fact that they had beach chairs for us to use. The house gives you a great amount of privacy outdoors which was nice for hanging out in the evenings.
