Comfortable apartment, underground parking place.

Nice apartment with quite a large terrace and tasteful design.

It's not clean, hair on the floor, dishes not clean. It smells really bad in the bathroom. The kitchen is practical, but not well equipped: only one fork, no towels to dry dishes,... It could be a perfect place to stay if these things would be taken care of - price is high enough to pay a better cleaning service and solve the sewer problem!

I liked the room because it was clean and cozy.

The first 3 pictures in the advertisement for the apartment are not real! It’s ok but please take those pictures off the platform because it’s not a flat with living room it’s only a studio flat and the bath from the picture doesn’t exist, so just to advise please take those pictures off if apartment it’s not with living room, sofa and fancy bathroom🤣 Thanks anyway, it’s definitely a 10👍

Very large cosy apartment with a strong modern feel. With it being so large it could probably benefit by having some board games for.guests.

The shower is a lil awkward. It's not obvious how to turn from hot to cold. As well as the water not draining the best. The shower door doesn't fully close now as well. Isn't really a massive issue.

- building is not so bad but nothing extraordinary. - is not so small - Smart tv.

- from my point of view, the apartment is not so clean, also glasses etc etc... - i didnt find toilet paper so i bought it.

I couldn't fill the tub with water because it doesn't hold water and the tv in the bedroom dosen't respond to remote control

the apartment looks great, good view, we got what we sew on booking,

there is no actual service we needed to figure out things alone and some of the messages were not respond.

If you care about cleanliness this is not a place for you - if you don't want to read through the whole text just look at the pictures provided. We've booked the apartment based on other reviews and expected a cosy above average place and service. As we arrived we needed to contact the owner to open the garage door for us and then again to find us a parking spot as the one we were directed to was taken. This wasn't a big issue, but pointed to lack of organization. We then entered the apartment and found it very dirty and unsanitary (you could tell this apartment would need a deep clean. Walls, doors, coffee machine, kettle, sink, windows, etc. were absolutely disgusting -> see pictures!). After contacting the owner about this we got the information that somebody was wrongfully in that apartment for 1 hour before we arrived, again because of lack of organization. We were told, the cleaning staff "should have" cleaned afterwards. But no matter what, it was still filthy. We were promised one day reinbursed due to this (but haven't received it as of now) and that the place will be cleaned at 10am the next day. We planned to be away because of that and came back 4 hours later, discovering no one cleaned anything. Contacting the owner, we got some strange excuse again and had to leave, to our inconvenience, so that the place can finally be cleaned. This didn't happen, though. The terrace that was extremely dirty and full of spider nets got vacumeed, but this was all - all the other issues we pointed to the property's manager on a call were left as we got them (pictures).. At this point we were very unhappy as we needed to spend our time again and again contacting the owners instead of enjoying our holiday. We contacted booking.com for assistance with this but found their customer support/protection basically nonexistent and we will be using alternatives in the future.
