Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd year in a row at this property, so obviously we really enjoy it. But, this year we noticed that things needed attention. When we arrived the disposal, dishwasher, washing machine and outdoor fire pit all had pieces that need to be replaced . Some pots and pans we're missing as well. Can openers didn't work. We called for assistance and the maintenance man they sent was wonderful. He did his best to fix everything he could. We actually saw him on his day off and he took the time to text his manager to verify the washing machine was going to be fixed. He went above and beyond in our opinion. Unfortunately, the washing machine and fire fit were not fixed when we left. Mashing machine company was called and they no showed on us. Not sure if fire pit company was ever contacted. Covid has created difficulties for everyone so I want to acknowledge that as I write this review. We have some wonderful memories of our time spent here.

The room for the kids, 10, 9 and 6 was perfect. 3 separate beds that they used and of course made a great fort. Our 18 month old slept with his folks in the king bedroom next door.The 2 car underground parking and the off site office parking worked perfectly. Very limited sun but couldn't have had a better home for our vacation.

This condo was stunning! Panoramic views of the beach. We watched the sunset everyday from the balcony. Clean amenities, modern kitchen, very spacious. Checking in and out processes were so easy. We would love to come back someday!

The views, the kitchen, and all the amenities made our stay so wonderful. Check in was a breeze and parking felt safe. The only thing was someone from another unit had a party and parked in our spot. They were smoking weed and you could smell it all the way in the halls. It was upsetting because I’m pregnant and you’re not allowed to smoke on the property. However, that is not Beachfronts fault. It was just very frustrating.

Was concerned about the internet and the elevator from previous reviews but they all worked fine, which made things easier especially for my elderly mother. I didn’t want to leave this excellent location and setting.

We had a fabulous week at this rental, it was right on the beach, close to everything. The doors opening up to the ocean were perfect for enjoying the outdoors, even when you are inside. The pictures perfectly represent what the condo looks like. Very clean, and a very smooth and organized process for everything. We live close by, and we will definitely be making this a yearly staycation!

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. It was comfortable and enough space for all. Being right in front of the ocean was the best part for me, very relaxing. The only negative was that internet was not very reliable.

The property was perfect, truly a dream stay. With all the comforts of home. The views are magnificent, heavenly and so much more. The restaurants close by were wonderful as well. I was a little nervous hearing about the train, I want to put your mind at ease that never once was it a disturbance at all. I highly recommend this property and will be back again.

If you have older kids, they can play at the beach and you can sit with the doors open and watch them. Everything felt fresh & clean. The kitchen includes everything you need + more! We stayed at the height of quarantine which meant bringing all of our own food. There was nothing we needed for as far as kitchen supplies! You do have to walk up quite a few stairs to get to this unit (4) so if you have small kids with a lot of stuff, you may consider a different unit. My only complaint is that the bedroom are very bright at night as there are no dark window coverings. So if you need it black to sleep, you may want to bring a sheet or something to cover the window. We already have our next trip booked and can’t wait!!!
